技术领域
本发明涉及灯具技术领域,尤其涉及一种LED球灯泡。
背景技术
单个LED所处环境及其内部发热量对其使用性能有重大影响,研究表明输人LED的电能约85%被转化为热能,所以在LED结区会产生很高的热量,与小功率LED相比,高亮LED球泡灯所用的大功率LED,其结区产生的热量更高,结区高的温升会减小LED光输出、缩短其寿命、使光源颜色发生偏移。由于单只LED的光通量较小,为获得与白炽灯或荧光灯相当的光照度,球泡灯这类高亮LED一般是由多只LED构成的LED阵列,因此会在LED结区产生更高的温度。
发明内容
根据以上不足,本发明提供一种结构简单、散热性能良好且亮度高的LED球灯泡。
为实现上述目的,本发明LED球灯泡,主要内容为:包括灯罩、电路板、安装螺钉、外壳、内壳、触头、反射镜和螺纹灯头,其特征在于:所述灯罩底端内孔加工有螺纹,所述外壳上端加工有外螺纹,所述灯罩底端固定安装在外壳上,所述电路板通过安装螺钉固定安装在外壳内,所述内壳固定安装在外壳中心孔内,所述反射镜固定安装在内壳上且位于外壳内,所述螺纹灯头底面中心设有半球状触头,所述内壳底端固定安装在螺纹灯头上。
作为优选,所述电路板上焊接安装有多颗LED光源。
作为优选,所述内壳中心孔内布有导线。
本发明有益的效果是:该球泡灯结构简单,散热性能良好,可以满足稼定地高亮照明要求。

实施例,见附图1,一种LED球灯泡,包括灯罩1、电路板2、安装螺钉3、外壳4、内壳5、触头6、反射镜7和螺纹灯头8,其特征在于:所述灯罩1底端内孔加工有螺纹,所述外壳4上端加工有外螺纹,所述灯罩1底端固定安装在外壳4上,所述电路板2通过安装螺钉3固定安装在外壳4内,所述内壳5固定安装在外壳4中心孔内,所述反射镜7固定安装在内壳5上且位于外壳4内,所述螺纹灯头8底面中心设有半球状触头6,所述内壳5底端固定安装在螺纹灯头8上。
优选的,所述电路板2上焊接安装有多颗LED光源。
优选的,所述内壳5中心孔内布有导线。

1.一种LED球灯泡,包括灯罩、电路板、安装螺钉、外壳、内壳、触头、反射镜和螺纹灯头,其特征在于:所述灯罩底端内孔加工有螺纹,所述外壳上端加工有外螺纹,所述灯罩底端固定安装在外壳上,所述电路板通过安装螺钉固定安装在外壳内,所述内壳固定安装在外壳中心孔内,所述反射镜固定安装在内壳上且位于外壳内,所述螺纹灯头底面中心设有半球状触头,所述内壳底端固定安装在螺纹灯头上。
