Abstract
The invention relates to a reverse alarm device of a pump, which comprises a main shaft, a first bearing, a second bearing, a clock shell, a knocking hammer and a fixed seat, wherein the clock shell is fixed on a frame of the pump by the fixed seat; when the pump rotates positively, the rotating shaft drives the outer ring of the second bearing to rotate together; when the pump is reversed, the rotating shaft drives the main shaft to rotate together through the second bearing; one end of the knocking hammer is fixedly connected with the main shaft, the other end of the knocking hammer is positioned in the bell shell, and the knocking hammer can collide with a bump on the inner wall of the bell shell to give out alarm when the main shaft rotates. Has the advantages that the automatic alarm device with pure mechanical principle, the sensitivity and stability are good, and the safety is high; simple structure, small volume, convenient installation and convenient maintenance.

The reverse pressure relief caused by the reverse rotation of the pump of the water supply equipment and the pump galloping phenomenon cause serious threat to the safe operation of the equipment. Further, the clock shell comprises an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder which are coaxially arranged, the inner cylinder is fixedly connected with the outer ring of the first bearing coaxially, and a plurality of protruding blocks are arranged on the inner side wall of the outer cylinder.
The improved clock has the advantages that the clock shell can be conveniently and fixedly connected with the outer ring of the first bearing through the inner cylinder of the clock shell, and the connection mode can be interference fit, key connection or welding and the like.

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the invention provides a reverse alarm device of a pump, which comprises a main shaft 1, a first bearing 2, a second bearing 3, a clock shell 4, a knocking hammer 5 and a fixing seat 6, wherein the fixing seat 6 is used for fixing the clock shell 4 on a frame 7 of the pump, an inner ring of the first bearing 2 and an inner ring of the second bearing 3 are both sleeved and fixed on the main shaft 1, an outer ring of the first bearing 2 is fixedly connected with the clock shell 4, the second bearing 3 is a one-way bearing, an anti-slip rubber sleeve 8 is sleeved on the outer ring of the second bearing 3, and the second bearing 3 is in friction transmission connection with a rotating shaft 9 of the pump through the anti-slip rubber sleeve 8; when the pump rotates positively, the rotating shaft 9 drives the outer ring of the second bearing 3 to rotate together; when the pump is reversed, the inner ring and the outer ring of the second bearing 3 are locked, and the rotating shaft 9 drives the main shaft 1 to rotate together through the second bearing 3; one end of the knocking hammer 5 is fixedly connected with the main shaft 1, the other end of the knocking hammer 5 is positioned in the bell housing 4, and the knocking hammer 5 can continuously collide with the bump 10 on the inner wall of the bell housing 4 to continuously give out alarm when the main shaft 1 rotates.
As shown in fig. 1, in one embodiment of the present invention, the clock shell 4 includes an inner cylinder and an outer cylinder that are coaxially disposed, the inner cylinder is fixedly connected with the outer ring of the first bearing 2 coaxially, and a plurality of protrusions 10 are disposed on the inner side wall of the outer cylinder. The inner cylinder and the outer ring can be fixedly connected in an interference fit, key connection, welding, bonding and the like. The inner cylinder and the outer cylinder can be connected through an annular end cover arranged at one end, and the inner cylinder, the outer cylinder and the annular end cover can be integrally formed; the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder can be connected through a plurality of connecting rods/blocks/sheets which are arranged radially.
It should be noted that the bell shell may also be a single cylinder, and the outer ring of the first bearing is welded with the annular end cover at one end of the bell shell, or the outer ring of the first bearing is directly fixedly connected with the inner side of the wall of the bell shell through a plurality of connecting rods/blocks/sheets.
As shown in fig. 1 or fig. 2, in one embodiment of the present invention, the striking hammer 5 includes a fixing bolt 50, an elastic member 51, and a hammer head 52, one end of the elastic member 51 is fixedly connected with the main shaft 1 through the fixing bolt 50, the other end of the elastic member 51 is fixedly connected with the hammer head 52, the elastic member 51 is a spring, and the hammer head 52 is a metal sphere or a metal cylinder.
As shown in fig. 2, in one embodiment of the present invention, the fixing base 6 is an angle steel, one end of the angle steel is fixedly connected with the frame 7 of the pump, and the other end is fixedly connected with the bell housing 4.
In one embodiment of the invention, as shown in fig. 2, the anti-slip gum cover 8 is made of polyurethane or leather. The anti-slip rubber sleeve is fixedly connected with the outer ring of the second bearing.
The invention is arranged on a machine pump, and the working principle is that when the machine pump works normally, namely, when the machine pump rotates positively, a rotating shaft of the machine pump and a second bearing are in friction transmission through an anti-slip rubber sleeve, an outer ring of the second bearing rotates together with the rotating shaft (namely, when the machine pump rotates positively, the second bearing rotates along the unidirectional rotation direction of the second bearing), when the machine pump works abnormally, namely, when the machine pump reverses, the second bearing has a rotation trend opposite to the unidirectional rotation direction of the second bearing, but the second bearing is a unidirectional bearing, so that the inner ring and the outer ring of the second bearing are locked, the rotating shaft of the machine pump can drive a total shaft to rotate through the locked second bearing, a knocking hammer connected with the total shaft rotates along with the total shaft after the total shaft rotates, and at the moment, a worker in a pump room can timely process the reversed machine pump by hearing the alarming sound.
