CN201443272U 公开了一种平开推拉门窗用开合机构及平开推拉门窗,包括窗扇、窗框和窗扇开启口,窗扇包括上、下横边,前、后立边和玻璃,窗框包括上、下横框和边立框,窗扇轨道附着在窗框横框的内侧。该窗的特点是,关窗时推窗扇向窗扇开启口移动,窗扇的前立边最先移到窗扇开启口。当整个窗扇全部移到窗扇开启口后,向室外方向平推窗扇并克服开合机构里的弹簧弹力,将整个窗扇平移嵌入窗扇开启口内,再将窗锁锁上。这时窗扇的四边框对应贴在窗扇开启口的四边框,其中窗扇前立边贴到窗扇开启口边立框上,它关窗时像平开窗一样,解决了推拉窗关窗密封不严的缺陷。需要开窗时将窗锁打开,在开合机构里的弹簧作用下窗扇自动弹出窗扇开启口。反向推拉窗扇,窗扇向窗框边立框方向移动,窗扇沿轨道离开窗扇开启口即开窗,它像推拉窗一样开窗后的窗扇不占室内空间。可见,CN201443272U的开窗、关窗是由手推拉完成的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种电动式平开推拉门窗即电动漂移窗。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:包括开合机构、窗扇、窗扇下轨道、窗框、窗扇开启口及其边立框,其特征是:在窗扇开启口边立框室外侧和窗扇之间设置一对上、下关窗系统;其中下关窗系统是,在窗扇开启口边立框安装下电动卷绳轮,在窗扇开启口边立框的下端安装关窗下角轮,下导向轮安装在窗扇开启口下横框(即窗框下横框的一段)的D点,关窗钢丝绳的一端固定在下电动卷绳轮上后,关窗钢丝绳依次经过关窗下角轮和下导向轮,另一端固定在窗扇下横边的E点,E点位于下横边中点与窗扇后立边之间,当整个窗扇全部移到窗扇开启口时E点到D点之间的关窗钢丝绳呈室内、外走向;上、下关窗系统呈上、下对称设置;将下关窗系统的下电动卷绳轮称为C轮,将上关窗系统的上电动卷绳轮称为B轮;
在窗扇开启口边立框和窗扇之间还设置一个开窗系统,该系统是,在窗扇开启口边立框安装开窗电动卷绳轮即A轮,在窗扇开启口边立框室内侧的上端、窗框边立框室内侧的上端和下端各安装一个开窗角轮,牵引小车行走在窗扇下轨道上;开窗钢丝绳的一端固定在开窗电动卷绳轮上、再依次经过窗扇开启口边立框上端、窗框边立框上端和下端的开窗角轮后,另一端固定在牵引小车上;牵引绳一端连接在牵引小车上,另一端连接在窗扇下横边上;
上述所有的角轮和定向轮为定滑轮,定滑轮轴向垂直于窗扇玻璃所在的平面。
工作过程是,关窗时启动一对关窗系统,具体是同时打开A、B、C三个轮,B轮逆时针、C轮顺时针旋转,上、下关窗钢丝绳处于收绳状态,A轮顺时针旋转,开窗钢丝绳处于放绳状态,上、下关窗钢丝绳牵引窗扇沿轨道向窗扇开启口行走,E点逐渐走近D点,当窗扇前立边行到窗扇开启口边立框、窗扇停止行走时,E点到D点之间的关窗钢丝绳呈从室内到室外走向,B轮和C轮继续旋转、收绳,牵引窗扇克服开合机构的弹簧弹力向室外方向即窗扇开启口平移,直到窗扇整体嵌入窗扇开启口内,再将窗锁锁上,A、B、C三个轮停电,完成关窗,弹簧处于压缩状态。
当需要开窗时,打开窗锁,弹簧将窗扇弹出窗扇开启口,启动开窗牵引系统,反向打开A、B、C三个轮,A轮逆时针旋转,开窗钢丝绳处于收绳状态,牵引小车向窗框边立框方向行走,B轮顺时针、C轮逆时针旋转,关窗钢丝绳处于放绳状态,牵引小车牵引窗扇向窗框边立框方向行走,窗扇逐渐离开窗扇开启口,打开窗扇。行到需要的位置后,给A、B、C三个轮停电,窗扇打开完毕。
与CN201443272U相比,本发明的积极效果是:实现全自动关窗、开窗。

上述平开推拉门窗为断桥铝合金平开推拉窗,即在平开推拉门窗窗框的外侧依次附着断桥(或称断桥层)和外侧框。
图1是从室外向室内方向看本发明,窗户的左半部分为固定扇1,2是中挺,窗扇开启口4设置在整个窗户的右半部分,窗扇开启口边立框5位于整个窗户的最右边。在窗扇开启口边立框室外侧和窗扇3之间设置一对上、下关窗系统,所述室外侧是指上述断桥层5.1;其中下关窗系统是,在窗扇开启口边立框中的断桥层层厚面上安装下电动卷绳轮8,在窗扇开启口边立框断桥层的下端安装关窗下角轮10,下导向轮12安装在窗扇开启口下横框11断桥层的D点,下关窗钢丝绳9的一端固定在下电动卷绳轮上后,下关窗钢丝绳依次经过关窗下角轮和下导向轮,另一端固定在窗扇下横边3.1的E点,E点位于下横边中点与窗扇后立边3.2之间,当整个窗扇全部移到窗扇开启口时E点到D点之间的关窗钢丝绳9.1呈室内、外走向;上、下关窗系统呈上、下对称设置,即8′是上电动卷绳轮,10′是关窗上角轮,9′是上关窗钢丝绳,12′是上导向轮;将下关窗系统的下电动卷绳轮称为C轮,将上关窗系统的上电动卷绳轮称为B轮;
参见图3,在窗扇开启口边立框5和窗扇3之间还设置一个开窗系统,该系统是,在窗扇开启口边立框框厚面上安装开窗电动卷绳轮7即A轮,在窗扇开启口边立框腔内室内侧的上端、窗框边立框腔内室内侧的上端和下端各安装一个开窗角轮13,牵引小车15行走在窗扇下轨道14上;开窗钢丝绳16的一端固定在开窗电动卷绳轮上后、开窗钢丝绳在边立框腔内再依次经过窗扇开启口边立框上端、窗框边立框上端和下端的开窗角轮后,另一端固定在牵引小车上;牵引绳17一端连接在牵引小车上,另一端连接在窗扇下横边3.1上;
上述所有的角轮和定向轮为定滑轮,定滑轮轴向垂直于窗扇玻璃所在的平面;A、B、C三个轮的轴向均与窗扇下轨道平行。
工作过程是,关窗时启动一对关窗系统,具体是同时打开A、B、C三个轮,B轮逆时针、C轮顺时针旋转,上、下关窗钢丝绳处于收绳状态,A轮顺时针旋转,开窗钢丝绳处于放绳状态,上、下关窗钢丝绳牵引窗扇沿轨道向窗扇开启口行走,E点逐渐走近D点,当窗扇前立边行到窗扇开启口边立框、窗扇停止行走时,E点到D点之间的关窗钢丝绳呈从室内到室外走向,B轮和C轮继续旋转、收绳,牵引窗扇克服开合机构的弹簧弹力向室外方向即窗扇开启口平移,直到窗扇整体嵌入窗扇开启口内,再将窗锁锁上,A、B、C三个轮停电,完成关窗,弹簧处于压缩状态。

1.一种电动式平开推拉门窗,包括开合机构、窗扇、窗扇下轨道、窗框、窗扇开启口及其边立框,其特征是:在窗扇开启口边立框室外侧和窗扇之间设置一对上、下关窗系统;其中下关窗系统是,在窗扇开启口边立框安装下电动卷绳轮,在窗扇开启口边立框的下端安装关窗下角轮,下导向轮安装在窗扇开启口下横框的D点,关窗钢丝绳的一端固定在下电动卷绳轮上后,关窗钢丝绳依次经过关窗下角轮和下导向轮,另一端固定在窗扇下横边的E点,E点位于下横边中点与窗扇后立边之间,当整个窗扇全部移到窗扇开启口时E点到D点之间的关窗钢丝绳呈室内、外走向;上、下关窗系统呈上、下对称设置;将下关窗系统的下电动卷绳轮称为C轮,将上关窗系统的电动卷绳轮称为B轮;
