Abstract
A vortex type water garbage cleaning device is characterized in that a top plate is fixedly provided with two spiral drivers through supporting rods, floating blocks are respectively fixed on four guide rails fixed on the top plate, motor supports are fixed at the lower ends of the four guide rails, motors are mounted on the motor supports, and vortex blades are mounted on motor shafts. Background
Traditional lake surface garbage cleaning mainly comprises manual cleaning, and is picked up through a large net or a mechanical arm, but the existing mode can only clean garbage with larger volume on the lake surface, but can not effectively clean fine floaters.

In the device, four buoyancy blocks are respectively connected with four guide rails; the collecting net is matched with the four vertical guide rails through pulleys at the four vertexes of the collecting net; two horizontal guide rails are arranged on the bottom surface of the top plate below the solar cell panel, and two pickers are matched with the horizontal guide rails through pulleys respectively. When the collecting net is positioned at the top, the top plate, the dustbin and the collecting net below the solar cell panel form a sealed cuboid.
The working process and principle of the device are as follows: the manual remote control device is started after reaching the designated position of the lake surface, the vortex blades are driven to rotate under the energy supply condition of the solar panel to generate vortex affecting a specific range, the garbage on the lake surface in the range is gathered towards the center of the vortex, namely the center of the device under the action of the rotating vortex, and reaches the upper surface of the collecting net, namely the square net, and the garbage gathering amount on the net reaches a certain degree after a certain time. At this time, the net moves upwards synchronously by the electric hoist on four guide rails through pulleys at four vertexes of the net to separate garbage from the lake surface. Finally, the net reaches the middle of the bottom of the dustbin and is tightly attached to the dustbin to form a closed space. Under the action of a screw stepping motor, two pickers respectively move to two sides of the dustbin along the guide rail through pulleys, push on-line garbage into protruding positions on two sides of the dustbin, and achieve the accommodation of the garbage. After the single collection is completed, the net is quickly lowered to the original height along the guide rail, the operation process is repeated, and the repeated collection of garbage is realized. The two spiral drivers are driven under the functional condition of the solar panel to realize position switching on the lake surface, and the range of cleaning the lake surface by the device is widened through multiple operations.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:

Fig. 1 and 2 show a vortex type water garbage cleaning device, wherein two garbage cans 5 are fixed below a rectangular top plate 4 left to right, and the openings of the two garbage cans are inward; the top plate 4 is symmetrically and laterally fixed with a supporting rod 9 respectively, the lower end of each supporting rod 9 is fixedly connected with a screw driver which consists of a screw propeller 11 arranged on a motor shaft in a shell 12; four guide rails 7 are vertically fixed below the top plate 4, four rollers 14 are respectively fixed on four corners of the square net 10, the four rollers 14 and the four guide rails 7 form rolling pairs respectively, and the square net moving mechanism is as follows: a vertical stepping motor 21 is arranged in the middle of the top plate, the shaft of the vertical stepping motor is connected with a vertically arranged ball screw through a coupler, a cross bracket is fixed at the bottom of the square net 10, the lower end of a pull rod is connected with the bracket, the upper end of the pull rod is fixed on a nut, and the nut is screwed on the ball screw; the square network moving mechanism is either: an electric winch is arranged in the middle of the bottom surface of the top plate 4, a cross bracket is fixed at the bottom of the square net 10, and the outer end of a steel wire rope of the electric winch is connected with the bracket;
a floating block 8 is fixed on each of the four guide rails 7 through a support rod 3;
the lower ends of the four guide rails 7 are fixed with a motor support 2, the motor 1 is arranged on the motor support, and a vortex blade 13 is arranged on a vertically arranged motor 1 shaft;
left and right pickpocket moving mechanisms with the same structure are symmetrically arranged on the bottom surface of the top plate 4, and the right pickpocket moving mechanism is as follows: the shaft of the transverse stepping motor 19 is connected with a speed reducer through a coupler and then is connected with a ball screw, a first roller 16 on the right scraper 15 and a first guide rail 17 on the bottom surface of the fixed top plate form a rolling pair, and the right scraper 15 is fixed on a nut screwed with the ball screw; a solar panel 18 is fixed on the top surface of the top plate 4. The four guide rails 7 have the same shape as the square net in plan view. The electric hoist is a small-sized hoisting device for hoisting a heavy object by winding a wire rope around a drum. The inner end of the steel wire rope of the winding machine is fixed on the winding drum.
The square net can be lifted and lowered in the vertical direction through an electric winch, and can also be realized through rotation of a vertical screw rod, and a nut on the screw rod vertically moves upwards or downwards along the screw rod, so that the square net is driven by a pull rod to move upwards or downwards in the vertical direction. The lateral stepper motor 19 (referred to as a laterally disposed motor) is mounted outside the top plate (as in fig. 1 and 2) and may also be mounted inside the top plate.
A power supply 20 is fixed on the top surface of the top plate 4, the power supply 20 is a storage battery, the solar panel 18 is connected with the storage battery through a charger to charge the storage battery, and the power supply supplies power to a vertical stepping motor 21, two horizontal stepping motors 19, a motor of a motor 1 screw driver and electric equipment of an electric hoist.
