本发明公开了一种PVC塑料粒子配方,解决了现有硬质PVC的耐腐蚀性较差、维卡软化点以及拉伸屈服力较低的问题,其特征是包括以下重量成分:PVC树脂70‑80份、有机锡稳定剂2‑3份、硬钙0.7‑0.8份、润滑剂0.7‑1.7份、氧化聚乙烯蜡0.1‑1份、氯化苯甲烃铵0.7‑1.7份、抗冲改性剂一2‑3份、抗冲改性剂二0.5‑1.5份、石粉3.5‑4.5份、配色粉0.112‑0.2306份和氯化聚乙烯0.5‑1.5份,本发明使PVC塑料粒子具有良好的耐腐蚀性,较高的维卡软化点以及拉伸屈服力,以提升用该PVC塑料粒子注塑而成的管件、阀门的使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种PVC塑料粒子配方。
背景技术
PVC由氯乙烯在引发剂的作用下聚合而成的热塑性树脂。PVC具有较好的机械性能,抗张强度60mpa左右,冲击强度5-10kj/m2,有优异的介电性能,在实际应用中需加入稳定剂以提高对热和光的稳定性。在具体应用方面,按照PVC产品的主要性状可分为硬质PVC和软质PVC,其中硬质PVC主要应用在管件、阀门、型材等方面,而软质 PVC主要应用在电缆、软管、电器等方面。现有技术中,硬质PVC应用在管件、阀门时,由于硬质PVC的耐腐蚀性较差、维卡软化点以及拉伸屈服力较低,导致管件、阀门的使用寿命较低。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种PVC塑料粒子配方,使 PVC塑料粒子具有良好的耐腐蚀性,较高的维卡软化点以及拉伸屈服力,以提升用该PVC塑料粒子注塑而成的管件、阀门的使用寿命。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:
一种PVC塑料粒子配方,其特征是包括以下重量成分:PVC树脂 70-80份、有机锡稳定剂2-3份、硬钙0.7-0.8份、润滑剂0.7-1.7 份、氧化聚乙烯蜡0.1-1份、氯化苯甲烃铵0.7-1.7份、抗冲改性剂一2-3份、抗冲改性剂二0.5-1.5份、石粉3.5-4.5份、配色粉 0.112-0.2306份和氯化聚乙烯0.5-1.5份。
优选的,所述配色粉包括碳黑0.01-0.02份、钛青兰0.001-0.0016 份、红粉0.001-0.009份和钛白粉0.1-0.2份。
优选的,所述PVC树脂75份、有机锡稳定剂2.5份、硬钙0.75 份、润滑剂1.2份、氧化聚乙烯蜡0.6份、氯化苯甲烃铵1.2份、抗冲改性剂一2.625份、抗冲改性剂二1份、石粉4份、配色粉0.1713 份和氯化聚乙烯1份。
优选的,碳黑0.015份、钛青兰0.0013份、红粉0.005份和钛白粉0.15份。
优选的,所述抗冲改性剂一由甲基丙烯酸甲酯丶丁二烯丶苯乙烯三元共聚而成。
优选的,抗冲改性剂二为丙烯酸酯。
本发明的优点为:通过上述配方能够生产出具有良好的耐腐蚀性、较高的维卡软化点以及拉伸屈服力的PVC塑料粒子,以提升用该PVC 塑料粒子注塑而成的管件、阀门的使用寿命;润滑剂和氧化聚乙烯蜡的混合,显著的提升了产品表面的光洁度;抗冲改性剂一和抗冲改性剂二的混合显著的提升了产品的强度;有机锡稳定剂和硬钙的混合显著的提升了产品的稳定性。

通过实施例1至3以及相应的实验数据对本发明PVC塑料粒子配方作进一步的说明。
实施例一:一种PVC塑料粒子配方,其特征是包括以下重量成分: PVC树脂70份、有机锡稳定剂2份、钛白粉0.1份、硬钙0.7份、润滑剂0.7份、氧化聚乙烯蜡0.1份、氯化苯甲烃铵0.7份、抗冲改性剂一2份、抗冲改性剂二0.5份、石粉3.5份、碳黑0.01份、钛青兰0.001份、红粉0.001份和氯化聚乙烯0.5份。
试验结果:
实施例二:一种PVC塑料粒子配方,其特征是包括以下重量成分: PVC树脂80份、有机锡稳定剂3份、钛白粉0.2份、硬钙0.8份、润滑剂1.7份、氧化聚乙烯蜡1份、氯化苯甲烃铵1.7份、抗冲改性剂一3份、抗冲改性剂二1.5份、石粉4.5份、碳黑0.02份、钛青兰0.0016份、红粉0.009份和氯化聚乙烯1.5份。
试验结果:
实施例三:一种PVC塑料粒子配方,其特征是包括以下重量成分:所述PVC树脂75份、有机锡稳定剂2.5份、钛白粉0.15份、硬钙 0.75份、润滑剂1.2份、氧化聚乙烯蜡0.6份、氯化苯甲烃铵1.2 份、抗冲改性剂一2.625份、抗冲改性剂二1份、石粉4份、碳黑 0.015份、钛青兰0.0013份、红粉0.005份和氯化聚乙烯1份。
试验结果:

2.根据权利要求1所述的PVC塑料粒子配方,其特征是:所述配色粉包括碳黑0.01-0.02份、钛青兰0.001-0.0016份、红粉0.001-0.009份和钛白粉0.1-0.2份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的PVC塑料粒子配方,其特征是:所述PVC树脂75份、有机锡稳定剂2.5份、硬钙0.75份、润滑剂1.2份、氧化聚乙烯蜡0.6份、氯化苯甲烃铵1.2份、抗冲改性剂一2.625份、抗冲改性剂二1份、石粉4份、配色粉0.1713份和氯化聚乙烯1份。
4.根据权利要求2所述的PVC塑料粒子配方,其特征是:碳黑0.015份、钛青兰0.0013份、红粉0.005份和钛白粉0.15份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的PVC塑料粒子配方,其特征是:所述抗冲改性剂一由甲基丙烯酸甲酯丶丁二烯丶苯乙烯三元共聚而成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的PVC塑料粒子配方,其特征是:抗冲改性剂二为丙烯酸酯。
