本发明涉及一种装潢材料,具体涉及一种具有3D效果的装饰板。
背景技术:
装饰板是一种人造板材。它是用多种专用纸张经过化学处理后,用高温高压胶合剂制成的热固性层积塑料,板面具有各种木纹或图案,光亮平整,色泽鲜艳美观,同时具有较高的耐磨、耐热、耐寒、防火等良好的物理性能。许多高级房舍的墙壁、屋顶,制作讲究的柜、橱、桌、床,精密仪器的工作台,实验室的实验台、电视机、收音机以及其它广播电讯设备的外壳,大都采用这种新型的装饰板。然而现有的装饰板在使用过程中存在一些缺陷,例如,现有的装饰板不具备环保、阻燃、耐磨、耐用等效果,同时现有的装饰板还不具备3D视觉效果的功能,功能比较单一,使用不方便,为了解决上述技术问题,特提出一种新的技术方案。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是为了克服上述现有技术存在的不足之处,而提供一种具有3D效果的装饰板。
本发明采用的技术方案为:一种具有3D效果的装饰板,装饰层一侧设有隔光层,隔光层上设有缓冲层,装饰层另一侧设有凹面,凹面由若干圆弧组成,相邻两个圆弧之间所成的角度为钝角。
所述的缓冲层能替换为粘贴层。
所述的粘贴层的配方由氯丁橡胶、己二酸二辛酯、丙烯酸酯、环烷油、聚乙烯醇及硫酸亚铁组成,该配方的各组分的重量份数为氯丁橡胶1.3-2.6份、己二酸二辛酯1-5份、丙烯酸酯2.68-3.12份、环烷油1.5-3份、聚乙烯醇1.2-4.2份及硫酸亚铁1.5-3份。
所述的隔光层的配方由二氧化钛、氧化铈及氧化锆组成,该配方各组分的重量份数为二氧化钛1-10份、氧化铈2-15份及氧化锆1-10份。
所述的缓冲层的配方为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚及脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚,该配方各组分的重量份数为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚5-15份及脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚10-20份。
所述的装饰层的配方由PVC、碳酸钙、石蜡、稳定剂、环氧树脂、聚氯乙烯、发泡调节剂、发泡剂、固化剂、阻燃剂及尿荃树脂组成,该配方各组分的重量份数为PVC30-100份、碳酸钙10-20份、石蜡10-15份、稳定剂1-10份、环氧树脂50-80份、聚氯乙烯10-20份、发泡调节剂1-10份、发泡剂2-5份、固化剂3-6份、阻燃剂1-5份及尿荃树脂15-20份。
所述的稳定剂由异辛酸锌及有机锡组成,该稳定剂各组分的重量份数为异辛酸锌1-2份及有机锡1-2份。
所述的发泡调节及为烷基硫酸盐、烷基苯磺酸盐或聚氧乙烯烷基脂肪酸酯一种或两种以上混合而成。
所述的发泡剂的配方由氯化聚烯烃、酸盐及过氧酸盐组成,该配方各组分的重量份数为氯化聚烯烃1-5份、酸盐1-3份及过氧酸盐2-3份。
本发明的有益效果是:此装饰板采用缓冲层、隔光层及装饰层,三层组成一块装饰板,而这三层的配方中没有任何毒素物质,能够达到环保无毒的效果,同时在装饰层中增加了固化剂能够增加装饰板的耐磨和耐用效果,在装饰层中还增加了阻燃剂,能够做到防火的效果,同时装饰板上设有凹面,通过连续凹面的效果,能够做到3D的效果。

6.根据权利要求1所述的具有3D效果的装饰板,其特征在于:所述的装饰层的配方由PVC、碳酸钙、石蜡、稳定剂、环氧树脂、聚氯乙烯、发泡调节剂、发泡剂、固化剂、阻燃剂及尿荃树脂组成,该配方各组分的重量份数为PVC30-100份、碳酸钙10-20份、石蜡10-15份、稳定剂1-10份、环氧树脂50-80份、聚氯乙烯10-20份、发泡调节剂1-10份、发泡剂2-5份、固化剂3-6份、阻燃剂1-5份及尿荃树脂15-20份。
7.根据权利要求6所述的具有3D效果的装饰板,其特征在于:所述的稳定剂由异辛酸锌及有机锡组成,该稳定剂各组分的重量份数为异辛酸锌1-2份及有机锡1-2份。
8.根据权利要求6所述的具有3D效果的装饰板,其特征在于:所述的发泡调节及为烷基硫酸盐、烷基苯磺酸盐或聚氧乙烯烷基脂肪酸酯一种或两种以上混合而成。
9.根据权利要求6所述的具有3D效果的装饰板,其特征在于:所述的发泡剂的配方由氯化聚烯烃、酸盐及过氧酸盐组成,该配方各组分的重量份数为氯化聚烯烃1-5份、酸盐1-3份及过氧酸盐2-3份。
