Fig. 2 is a first flowchart of an image sharing method according to an embodiment of the present invention, where the method in fig. 2 can be executed by the mobile terminal 100 in fig. 1, and particularly executed by a program module disposed in the mobile terminal 100, as shown in fig. 2, the method at least includes the following steps:
s201, carrying out image recognition on a target image to be shared to obtain an image type; when a new photo is detected to be added to the photo album, the photo is automatically subjected to image recognition, image data contained in the photo is determined, and an image type corresponding to the image data is automatically determined based on the determined image data.
S202, determining an alternative sharing object of the target image according to the identified image type; specifically, based on the image type determined in step S201, at least one candidate sharing object of the target image is determined, where the candidate sharing object may be a contact or a contact group including multiple contacts.
S203, determining at least one target sharing object selected by the user from the candidate sharing objects, and sending the target image to the determined at least one target sharing object, specifically, in order to meet the sharing requirements of different users, a plurality of candidate sharing objects may be displayed on a display screen of the mobile terminal, and the at least one target sharing object is selected according to the selection condition of the user in the candidate sharing objects, where the determined candidate sharing objects may all be selected as the target sharing objects, and may also be partially selected as the target sharing objects.
In the embodiment of the invention, the target image to be shared is subjected to image recognition to obtain the image type; determining an alternative sharing object of the target image according to the image type; and determining at least one target sharing object selected by the user from the alternative sharing objects, and sending the target image to the determined at least one target sharing object. According to the embodiment of the invention, the target sharing object of the target image can be intelligently identified, so that the target image can be conveniently shared to the target sharing object by a user, the intellectualization of image sharing is realized, the image sharing operation is simplified, the target image can be quickly and conveniently shared, and the use experience of the user is improved.
As shown in fig. 3, the S201 performs image recognition on the target image to be shared to obtain an image type, and specifically includes:
and S2011, performing image recognition and classification on the target image by using a pre-trained image recognition model to obtain the image type.
Specifically, in the step S2011, image recognition and classification are performed on the target image by using a pre-trained image recognition model, so as to obtain an image type, and the method specifically includes:
step one, inputting a target image into a pre-trained image recognition model, and recognizing image content in the target image by using at least one of the following image recognition modes, specifically:
(1) the method comprises the steps of carrying out portrait recognition on a target image to obtain first image recognition data, specifically, extracting portrait information from the target image, and determining the category of the portrait information, wherein the category at least comprises the following steps: gender, race, age, for example, to determine whether the portrait information is male or female.
(2) Performing scene recognition on the target image to obtain second image recognition data, specifically, extracting symbolic scene information from the target image and acquiring shooting position information of the target image; and determining second image identification data according to the extracted symbolic scene information and the acquired shooting position information, wherein the symbolic scene information comprises: schools, hospitals, office buildings, parks, scenic spots, restaurants, stadiums, malls, and the like.
(3) Performing character recognition on the target image to obtain third image recognition data, specifically, extracting character information from the target image, performing word segmentation processing on the extracted character information, selecting keywords from the obtained multiple words, performing occurrence frequency statistical analysis on the selected keywords, and determining the third image recognition data according to the statistical analysis result and the expression meanings of the keywords.
(4) Carrying out object recognition on a target image to obtain fourth image recognition data, specifically, extracting contour information from the target image, matching the extracted contour information with a preset object contour sample, determining an object type contained in the target image according to matching similarity, and obtaining the fourth image recognition data, wherein the object type comprises: animals, plants, item hangers, gourmet varieties, and the like.
And secondly, determining the image type of the target image according to at least one of the determined first image identification data, second image identification data, third image identification data and fourth image identification data, wherein the target image can be an image containing child image data, an image containing school image data, an image containing professional technical knowledge image data and the like.
As shown in fig. 4, the determining, in step S202, the candidate sharing object of the target image according to the identified image type specifically includes:
s2021, determining a label attribute value of a target image according to the image type by using a pre-established label mapping model; specifically, the obtained image type is input to a pre-established label mapping model, and a numerical value output by the label mapping model is determined as a label attribute value of the target image.
S2022, determining the contact object tag corresponding to the range of the obtained tag attribute value.
And S2023, taking at least one communication contact object marked with the determined contact object label as an alternative sharing object of the target image.
The label mapping model is obtained by training a plurality of image sharing samples, and specifically comprises the following steps:
for example, the image sharing sample is: sharing a photo containing child image data to a contact person or a contact group with a contact object label of 'family'; the range of the tag attribute value corresponding to the contact object tag being "family" is from a to B (e.g., from 0 to 10). Further, in the subsequent intelligent identification process, if the target image contains child portrait data, the determined tag attribute value of the target image belongs to the tag attribute value interval range corresponding to the contact object tag of 'family'.
As another example, the image sharing sample is: sharing a photo containing image data of graduation group photo to a contact person or a contact group with a contact object label of 'classmate'; the range of the tag attribute value range corresponding to the contact object tag of "classmate" is D to E (for example, 11 to 20). Further, in the subsequent intelligent identification process, if the target image contains the portrait data of the graduation group photo, the determined label attribute value of the target image belongs to the label attribute value interval range corresponding to the relation object label of 'classmate'.
For another example, the image sharing sample is: sharing a screenshot of image data containing professional technical knowledge to a contact person or a contact group with a contact object label of 'colleague'; the range of the tag attribute value interval corresponding to the contact object tag of "colleague" is F to G (e.g. 21 to 30). Further, in the subsequent intelligent identification process, if the target image contains portrait data of professional technical knowledge, the determined tag attribute value of the target image belongs to the tag attribute value interval range corresponding to the contact object tag of the colleague.
Specifically, the label mapping model may be represented as: y ═ f (x);
wherein y represents a tag attribute value of the target image, x represents an image type of the target image, i.e., an image type determined from portrait identification data obtained by image recognition and classification, and f represents a correspondence between the image type and the tag attribute value.
When the method is specifically implemented, inputting the image type of the target image into the label mapping model, wherein the output result of the label mapping model is the label attribute value of the target image; after the label attribute value of the target image is determined, determining the label attribute value interval range to which the label attribute value of the target image belongs based on the corresponding relation between the pre-established label attribute value interval range and the contact object label; and taking the contact object label corresponding to the label attribute value interval range as a contact object label of an object to be shared of the target image.
In S2023, the step of using the at least one communication contact object marked with the determined contact object tag as the candidate sharing object of the target image specifically includes:
step one, searching a communication contact object marked with a determined contact object label; the communication contact object may be a contact person or a contact group including a plurality of contact persons.
And step two, taking the searched at least one communication contact object as an alternative sharing object of the target image, for example, if the determined contact object label is 'family', all communication contact objects marked as 'family' are taken as alternative sharing objects of the target image.
Wherein, if the determined number of the alternative sharing objects is multiple, in order to facilitate the user to accept or reject according to the actual sharing requirement, and simultaneously, the tag mapping model can be optimized based on the selection result of the user, so as to improve the accuracy of the intelligently identified sharing object, based on this, the S203 determines at least one target sharing object selected by the user in the alternative sharing objects, and sends the target image to the determined at least one target sharing object, and specifically includes:
the method comprises the steps that firstly, a sharing recommendation list containing a plurality of alternative sharing objects is displayed according to recommendation priority; specifically, if the number of the determined candidate sharing objects is multiple, the sharing degree of each candidate sharing object may be scored based on historical analysis data, the sharing recommendation list is generated according to the sequence of the sharing degree from high to low, and the recommendation priority is determined according to the sharing degree of the candidate sharing objects, so that the user can view the contact or the contact group with the maximum preset sharing probability preferentially.
And step two, sending the target image to at least one target sharing object selected by the user based on the sharing recommendation list.
Further, in order to prevent repeated sharing, the situation that a contact receives the same target image on both the personal contact interface and the contact group interface is avoided, and further inconvenience is avoided for the user, and based on this, the target image is sent to at least one target sharing object selected by the user based on the sharing recommendation list, specifically including:
if the target sharing object selected by the user based on the sharing recommendation list comprises a contact group and contacts, judging whether the contact group comprises the contacts or not aiming at each contact;
if not, taking the contact as a target sharing object;
and if so, taking the contact group as a target sharing object.
Considering that in the intelligent identification process, the contact object tag needs to be matched according to the image type, and then the alternative sharing object is determined according to the contact object tag, the S201 performs image identification on the target image to be shared, and before the image type is obtained, the method further includes:
setting a contact object label for a communication contact object stored in a mobile terminal in advance; the contact object tag may be family, friend, colleague, classmate, etc., for example, the contact object "father" is labeled as "family", and the contact object tag may also be a virtual tag, for example, the contact object "zhang san" is labeled as "pp".
Establishing a corresponding relation between a contact object label and a label attribute value interval range, specifically, referring to the corresponding relation when training a label mapping model, that is, taking the image type of a sample image, the contact object label of a shared contact person or contact group, and the corresponding relation between the label attribute value interval ranges of the contact object labels as an image sharing sample when training the label mapping model.
For example, the range of the tag attribute value range corresponding to the contact object tag being "family" is from a to B (e.g., from 0 to 10);
the range of the tag attribute value interval corresponding to the contact object tag of "classmate" is from D to E (for example, from 11 to 20);
the range of the tag attribute value interval corresponding to the contact object tag of "colleague" is F to G (e.g. 21 to 30).
Specifically, the contact object tag of each communication contact object may be manually set by the user, or may be automatically set based on the image sharing record of the user, and based on this, the setting of the contact object tag for the communication contact object stored in the mobile terminal in advance specifically includes:
and setting a contact object tag for the communication contact object stored in the mobile terminal according to the image sharing record of the user, wherein if the sharing object related to the image sharing record is not set with the contact object tag, the system automatically sets the contact object tag for the sharing object.
Correspondingly, in order to realize that when the relevance of the subsequent target image and the image related in the image sharing record is relatively high, the communication contact object marked with the contact object label of the sharing object is automatically used as the alternative sharing object of the target image, the method further comprises the following steps:
updating a label mapping model according to an image sharing record of a user, wherein the label mapping model is used for determining a label attribute value of a target image, and specifically, the image sharing record includes: and taking the image sharing record as an image sharing sample according to the image type of the image, the label of the contact object of the sharing object and the corresponding relation between the label attribute value interval ranges of the label of the contact object label, and training the label mapping model again based on the new image sharing sample.
Further, in order to improve the accuracy of the intelligently identified sharing object and make the determined sharing object better conform to the sharing preference of the user, as shown in fig. 5, the method further includes:
s204, obtaining a sharing object selection result of the user aiming at the target image; the sharing object selection result is determined based on a target sharing object selected by the user besides the alternative sharing object, that is, if the determined alternative sharing object does not include the target object to be shared by the user, at this time, the target sharing object manually selected by the user is inconsistent with the system recommendation result, which indicates that the accuracy of the intelligently identified sharing object is relatively low.
And S205, sending the target image to a target sharing object selected by the user besides the alternative sharing object.
S206, updating a tag mapping model according to the obtained sharing object selection result, where the tag mapping model is used to determine a tag attribute value of the target image, and the sharing object selection result specifically includes: and taking the selection result of the user as an image sharing sample, and training the label mapping model again based on the new image sharing sample.
In specific implementation, the determined alternative sharing objects are displayed on a display screen of the mobile terminal, a selection control (default is a selected state) is displayed at a preset position of each alternative sharing object, and if click confirmation of a user is received, the target image is shared to the corresponding contact or the contact group.
For example, a small V takes a baby photo, the photo is subjected to image recognition and classification, the obtained image type is the type containing child portrait data, the contact object label is determined to be 'family', the communication contact object marked as 'family' is displayed on the display screen of the mobile terminal, a selection control (default is in a selected state) is displayed at a preset position of each communication contact object, and if click confirmation of the small V is received, the photo is shared with the family.
For another example, if a small V returns to a mother school and takes a picture of the school, the picture is subjected to image recognition and classification, the obtained image type includes school portrait data, the contact object label is determined to be "classmate", the communication contact object marked as "classmate" is displayed on the display screen of the mobile terminal, a selection control (default is selected state) is displayed at the preset position of each communication contact object, and if click confirmation of the small V is received, the picture is shared with the classmate.
For another example, a small V engaged in software development work carries out screenshot storage on a technical paragraph, the picture is subjected to image recognition and classification, the obtained image type is the portrait data containing professional technical knowledge, the contact object label is determined to be a colleague, the communication contact object marked as the colleague is displayed on the display screen of the mobile terminal, a selection control (the default is a selected state) is displayed at a preset position of each communication contact object, and if click confirmation of the small V is received, the picture is shared with the colleague.
According to the image sharing method, the target image to be shared is subjected to image recognition, and the image type is obtained; determining an alternative sharing object of the target image according to the image type; and determining at least one target sharing object selected by the user from the alternative sharing objects, and sending the target image to the determined at least one target sharing object.
