Claims (6)

1. A method for uniformly settling cross-regional bus cards is characterized by comprising the following steps:
acquiring first attribute information of a first bus card in a first area;
when the first bus card is used in a second area, forming a first fee according to a first charging rule, and charging the first fee for the first bus card;
according to the first expense and the first attribute information of the first bus card, transferring the first expense from a first fund pool of the first area to a second fund pool of the second area;
the first area is a local use area of a first bus card, and the second area is a different-place use area of the first bus card;
the method further comprises the following steps:
identifying head portrait information of a user from a camera on a bus;
judging whether the head portrait information of the user is consistent with the head portrait information reserved in the first bus card,
if so, the first fee is transferred from the first fund pool of the first area to the second fund pool of the second area.
2. The settlement method of claim 1, wherein the transferring the first fee from the first fund pool in the first region to the second fund pool in the second region further comprises:
obtaining the position information of the first bus card according to the positioning information;
determining whether the location information of the first bus card falls within a second zone,
if in a second zone, the first fee is transferred from the first fund pool in the first zone to a second fund pool in the second zone.
3. The settlement method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
when the first bus card is used in the first area, second charges are formed according to a second charging rule;
judging whether the first cost is larger than the second cost;
when the first fee is greater than the second fee, the first fee is transferred from the first fund pool of the first area to the second fund pool of the second area according to the second fee.
4. The settlement method of claim 3, wherein the method further comprises:
and deducting a second fee from the pre-stored fund pool of the first bus card.
5. A device for uniformly settling trans-regional bus cards is characterized by comprising:
the first obtaining unit is used for obtaining first attribute information of a first bus card in a first area;
the first charging unit is used for forming a first fee according to a first charging rule and charging the first fee for the first bus card when the first bus card is used in a second area;
and the first transfer unit is used for transferring the first expense to a second fund pool of the second area from a first fund pool of the first area according to the first expense and the first attribute information of the first bus card.
6. A device for uniformly settling cross-regional bus cards comprises a memory, a processor and a computer program which is stored on the memory and can run on the processor, and is characterized in that the processor executes the program to realize the following steps:
acquiring first attribute information of a first bus card in a first area;
when the first bus card is used in a second area, forming a first fee according to a first charging rule, and charging the first fee for the first bus card;
and transferring the first expense to a second fund pool of the second area from the first fund pool of the first area according to the first expense and the first attribute information of the first bus card.
