Description

Method, device and equipment for identifying user and account registration
Technical Field
The present disclosure relates to the field of information technologies, and in particular, to a method, an apparatus, and a device for identifying a user and an account registration.
Background
In some scenarios, the service platform needs to identify a user who cares for a taxi driver from among registered users.
A typical scenario is that the service platform is specifically an electronic payment platform, and the electronic payment platform performs collection two-dimensional code promotion activities. A taxi driver (usually registered on an electronic payment platform, and an account number is allocated to the taxi driver by the electronic payment platform) can apply for opening a bus fee account (namely, opening a bus) on the electronic payment platform, and paste a collection two-dimensional code corresponding to the bus fee account at a position visible to passengers in the taxi, so that the passengers can scan the collection two-dimensional code by using a mobile phone and pay bus fee to the bus fee account of the taxi driver. In this promotional activity, taxi drivers who have successfully opened an account may receive rewards.
In practice, some registered users who do not have a professional taxi driver may also apply for an account opening to the electronic payment platform in order to get the reward (for example, a person maliciously registers a large number of account numbers and uses the account numbers to apply for an account opening to get the reward), but this is obviously contrary to the intention of the electronic payment platform. To prevent this, the electronic payment platform needs to identify a user who is professional with a taxi driver from among registered users, and only allow the identified user to open an account.
In the existing method for identifying users, a service platform requires a registered user to provide a certificate (such as taxi operation qualification certificate) that the registered user careers for a taxi driver, so as to identify the user careers for the taxi driver from the registered user.
Based on the prior art, a more convenient method for identifying a user is needed.

Detailed Description
In the prior art, the service platform would typically require the registered users to provide their own proof of occupation by taxi drivers in order to identify the users who are in occupation by taxi drivers from among the registered users. However, providing the above-mentioned proof to the service platform may cause inconvenience to the user, and sometimes the user may not be willing to provide the above-mentioned proof to the service platform, which also results in that the service platform cannot easily identify the user who has a professional in which a taxi is a driver from among registered users. That is, the existing method for identifying the user may bring inconvenience to both the user and the service platform.
In the invention, for any account registered on the service platform, if the personal information associated with the account is the payee information corresponding to a certain taxi service order, whether the user attribution information corresponding to the account is matched with the service position information corresponding to the taxi service order can be further judged, and the account of the user taking a taxi driver as a career can be identified from the registered users according to the judgment result.
In order to make the technical solutions in the present specification better understood, the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present specification will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in one or more embodiments of the present specification, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present specification, and not all embodiments. All other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art without any inventive step through the embodiments of the present description shall fall within the scope of protection of the present description.
The technical solutions provided by the embodiments of the present description are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of a method for identifying a user according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, where the method includes the following steps:
s100: and the service platform acquires service position information and payee information corresponding to the taxi service order.
In the embodiment of the present specification, the service platform may specifically be a device (such as a server, a personal computer, a mobile phone, and the like) with service processing capability.
In the embodiment of the present specification, the taxi service refers to a transportation service provided to a passenger by a taxi driver driving a taxi, and one taxi service order is generated for one taxi service. The service position information corresponding to one taxi service order is information of a position related to the corresponding taxi service (such as a passenger boarding position, a passenger travel destination and the like); the payee information corresponding to a taxi service order is usually personal information (such as a mobile phone number, an identification card number, a gender, a name, etc.) of a person (generally, a taxi driver) providing a corresponding taxi service.
It should be noted that, in the process shown in fig. 1, the service platform may obtain service location information and payee information corresponding to one taxi service order, or may obtain service location information and payee information corresponding to multiple taxi services, respectively. The service platform performs steps S100 to S106 for each taxi service order. For convenience of description, the service platform obtains service location information and payee information corresponding to a taxi service order as an example for illustration.
In an embodiment of the present specification, the service platform may obtain payee information corresponding to the taxi service order from another platform (e.g., a network appointment platform, a server of a taxi company, etc.) providing the taxi service. Further, the service platform may be specifically an electronic payment platform (providing an electronic payment service for a user registered on the electronic payment platform).
In practical application, the electronic payment platform can cooperate with the car appointment platform, the electronic payment platform provides an interface for a client of the car appointment platform, and the client of the car appointment platform is allowed to call the payment function of the electronic payment platform. When a user of the electronic payment platform rides a taxi assigned by the taxi appointment platform, the client of the taxi appointment platform can be used for calling the payment function of the electronic payment platform, and the taxi taking fee is paid through the electronic payment platform.
When it is monitored that any user pays for a taxi service order through the electronic payment platform, the electronic payment platform can acquire payee information corresponding to the taxi service order, position the user, and take a positioning result as service position information corresponding to the taxi service order.
The electronic payment platform may locate the user by using a Location Based Service (LBS) to locate a terminal (e.g., a mobile phone) carried by the user. When the user pays for the taxi service order through the electronic payment platform, the position of the terminal carried by the user is the position of the taxi taken by the user. For example, the service location information may be that when it is monitored that the user pays for a taxi service order through the electronic payment platform, the electronic payment platform locates a city where the user is located at the moment, and uses a city name obtained by the locating as the service location information.
S102: and determining an account number associated with the payee information from account numbers registered on the service platform.
Generally, for each account registered on a service platform, the service platform stores user personal information corresponding to the account, and establishes an association relationship between the account and the user personal information corresponding to the account. Therefore, the account associated with the payee information among the accounts registered on the service platform is the account with the associated user personal information being the same as the payee information.
S104: and judging whether the determined user attribution information corresponding to each account is matched with the service position information.
In this embodiment of the present specification, for each account registered on the service platform, the service platform stores user attribution information corresponding to the account. The user attribution information corresponding to the account is generally information of a living area of the user corresponding to the account. Specifically, the user home location information corresponding to the account may be at least one of a city name of a home location of the user corresponding to the account, a city name of a living of the user corresponding to the account, and a home city name of a mobile phone number of the user corresponding to the account.
In this embodiment, the criteria for matching the user home information and the service location information may be: the user home information is the same as the service location information. The above criteria may also be: the location determined from the service location information is within the range of the user's home determined from the user's home information.
In addition, when the payee information is a payee name and the user personal information associated with the account of the service platform is a user name, multiple account numbers with the same associated user name may exist in the account numbers registered on the service platform. Therefore, more than one account number associated with the payee name may be determined through step S102. For example, the name of the payee is zhang san, and the names of users associated with a plurality of accounts in the account registered on the service platform are zhang san, so that a plurality of accounts in the account registered on the service platform are associated with the name of the payee.
The multiple account numbers of the business platform associated with the payee name are not typically all account numbers of the payee person himself. And an account number of the payee himself may be screened from a plurality of account numbers associated with the payee name, via step S104.
The present specification considers that, when the number of accounts associated with a payee name corresponding to a taxi service order is more than one, for each account associated with the payee name, if the user attribution information corresponding to the account matches the service location information corresponding to the taxi service order, it is indicated that the account is an account of the payee person corresponding to the payee name.
S106: and determining the account number of the user taking the taxi driver as the occupation according to the judgment result.
In this specification embodiment, the account determined in step S104 and matching the service location information may be an account of a user who cares for a taxi driver.
Here, as described above, when the payee information is a payee name and the user personal information associated with the account of the service platform is a user name, the account number of the payee can be screened from the plurality of account numbers associated with the payee name in step S104. However, there may be more than one account of the payee himself screened in step S104. However, based on common sense, a user will typically register only one account on the service platform. Based on this, when it is determined that the number of account numbers matching the service location information is 1, the account number matching the service location information may be determined as an account number of a user who cares about a taxi driver.
Through the method for identifying a user shown in fig. 1, a service platform obtains service location information and payee information corresponding to a taxi service order, determines an account number associated with the payee information from account numbers registered on the service platform, further determines whether user attribution information corresponding to each determined account number matches with the service location information, and finally determines an account number of a user taking a taxi driver as a career according to a determination result. The service platform can identify the user who cares for the taxi driver from the registered users without requiring the registered users to provide the evidence that the registered users cared for the taxi driver, and the service platform is more convenient for the registered users and the service platform.
In addition, in the embodiment of the present specification, for an account of each user who cares about a taxi driver (especially when the account is an account registered on an electronic payment platform), a license plate number may be extracted from a vehicle-related service record (such as a highway payment record, a parking record, a car insurance record, a violation record, and the like) corresponding to the account. And if the number of the extracted license plate numbers is 1, establishing and storing a corresponding relation between the account number and the extracted license plate numbers so as to register other account numbers associated with the account number according to the stored corresponding relation.
In the description, it is considered that, for a user who cares about a taxi driver, if there is only one vehicle that the user uses daily, the vehicle that the user uses is considered to be a vehicle for providing a taxi service (i.e. a taxi). Based on this, for an account of a user who careers about a taxi driver, if only one license plate number can be extracted from the vehicle-related records corresponding to the account, it is indicated that the vehicle corresponding to the extracted license plate number is a taxi. Therefore, the service platform can identify the user taking the taxi driver as the occupation from the registered users, and can further judge whether the user taking the taxi as the occupation actually operates a taxi.
Fig. 2 is a method for registering an account according to an embodiment of the present specification, including the following steps:
s200: and the service platform acquires the account number of the user to be checked.
S202: and judging whether the account number of the user taking the taxi driver as the occupation comprises the account number of the user to be checked, if so, executing a step S204, and otherwise, executing a step S206.
S204: and registering other accounts associated with the account of the user to be audited.
S206: and refusing to register other account numbers associated with the account number of the user to be checked, or registering other account numbers associated with the account number of the user to be checked after the user to be checked provides a proof that the user uses a taxi driver as a career.
The scenario applied by the method shown in fig. 2 is to register other accounts associated with the account for the user to be audited, and specifically may be the scenario of the two-dimensional code collection mentioned in the background technology part of this specification, and the service platform is an electronic payment platform.
Under the scene of the two-dimensional code for collection, a person can register on the electronic payment platform, open a common account and obtain an account number allocated by the electronic payment platform (the person becomes a user of the electronic payment platform). If a certain user of the electronic payment platform cares for a taxi driver, the user can apply for another opening of a bus fee account to the electronic payment platform, wherein the bus fee account is different from a common account and is an account special for collecting bus fees. If the user passes the audit of the electronic payment platform (namely the electronic payment platform determines that the user takes a taxi driver as a career), the bus fee account can be successfully opened. Subsequently, the electronic payment platform can generate a collection two-dimensional code corresponding to the bus fee account according to the opened bus fee account, and return the generated collection two-dimensional code to the user, so that the user posts the received collection two-dimensional code at a designated position (specifically, a position visible to the passenger) in the taxi. The electronic payment platform can receive the in-vehicle environment picture which is sent by the user and displayed with the collection two-dimensional code, and audit the in-vehicle environment picture according to a preset audit rule, and if the in-vehicle environment picture passes the audit, rewards are issued to the user. Wherein, the audit rule may be: and judging whether the two-dimensional code displayed in the in-vehicle environment picture sent by the user is the two-dimensional code corresponding to the riding fee account of the user, if so, determining that the audit is passed, and otherwise, determining that the audit is not passed. Further, when the award is cash of a specified amount, the specified amount may be added to a general account of the user or a ride rate account of the user.
When the user (with the identity of a taxi driver) drives a taxi to carry passengers, the passenger can scan the collected two-dimensional code by using the mobile phone and pay the riding fee to a riding fee account opened on the electronic payment platform by the user, and the passenger does not need to pay the riding fee to the user by using cash and scan the two-dimensional code corresponding to the common account of the user by using the mobile phone.
In the prior art, in order to prevent some users who do not use taxi drivers as careers from applying for an account and claiming a reward, the electronic payment platform can audit whether the users who apply for the account use the taxi drivers as careers. Specifically, the service platform may request the user applying for account opening to provide the number of the taxi operation qualification certificate and the photo of the taxi operation qualification certificate. The electronic payment platform recognizes the number of the taxi operation qualification certificate from the photo provided by the user by using an image recognition engine, compares the recognized number with the number provided by the user, and if the recognized number is consistent with the number provided by the user, the user is considered to be professional with a taxi driver, so that a bus fee account can be opened for the user.
However, sometimes, the photos provided by the user are fuzzy, or the recognition capability of the image recognition engine is limited, so that the electronic payment platform cannot extract the number of the taxi operation qualification certificate from the photos provided by the user, and cannot perform comparison, thereby causing abnormal termination of the account opening process of the user.
In the embodiment of the specification, the electronic payment platform can screen users who take taxi drivers as occupation from registered users, so that if the users to be checked who apply for opening an account are among the screened users, the electronic payment platform can directly open an account for the users without requiring the users to be checked to provide pictures and numbers of taxi operation qualifications; if the user to be audited is not among the screened users, the electronic payment platform can refuse to open an account for the user to be audited, or the user to be audited is required to provide a picture and a number of taxi operation qualification certificate, and the user to be audited is audited by adopting the prior art.
In addition, in the prior art, the electronic payment platform sometimes requires not only the user applying for the account opening to provide the number of the taxi operation qualification certificate and the photo of the taxi operation qualification certificate of the user, but also requires the user to provide the license plate number of the taxi actually operated by the user and the photo of the taxi with the license plate number displayed, so that the user can be confirmed to not only use the taxi driver as the occupation, but also actually operate a taxi.
In the embodiment of the present specification, before registering another account associated with the account for the user to be audited, the license plate number provided by the user to be audited may be obtained, and it is determined that, in the stored correspondence between the account and the license plate number of the user who uses a taxi driver as a career, a correspondence between the account of the user to be audited and the license plate number provided by the user to be audited exists. The stored corresponding relationship is the above, and the service platform establishes, for each account of a user who uses a taxi driver as a career, a corresponding relationship between the account and a unique license plate number extracted from a vehicle-related service record corresponding to the account.
That is to say, according to the embodiment of the present specification, a user to be checked who applies for an account opening only needs to provide a license plate number to an electronic payment platform, and the electronic payment platform queries whether a corresponding relationship between an account number of the user to be checked and a license plate number provided by the user to be checked exists in a stored corresponding relationship between an account number of the user to be checked and a license plate number of the user to be checked, where a taxi is a career. If yes, determining that the user not only careers about the taxi driver, but also actually operates a taxi, and further allowing the user to open an account and issuing rewards for the user. If not, refusing to open an account for the user to be audited, or requesting the user to be audited to provide the number of the taxi operation qualification certificate, the picture of the taxi operation qualification certificate and the picture of the taxi with the license plate number, and auditing the user to be audited by adopting the prior art.
Based on the method for identifying a user shown in fig. 1, an embodiment of the present specification further provides a device for identifying a user, as shown in fig. 3, including:
the obtaining module 301 obtains service location information and payee information corresponding to the taxi service order;

the second determining module 304 determines the account number of the user who cares about the taxi driver according to the judgment result.
The obtaining module 301 obtains, by the service platform, payee information corresponding to the taxi service order from another platform providing the taxi service.
The device has an electronic payment function;
when it is monitored that any user pays for a taxi service order through the device, the obtaining module 301 obtains payee information corresponding to the taxi service order, positions the user, and takes a positioning result as service position information corresponding to the taxi service order.
If the number of the account numbers matched with the service location information is 1, the second determining module 304 determines the account number matched with the service location information as the account number of the user who cares about the taxi driver.
The device further comprises: the processing module 305 extracts a license plate number from a vehicle related business record corresponding to each account of each user who uses a taxi driver as a career; and if the number of the extracted license plate numbers is 1, establishing and storing a corresponding relation between the account number and the extracted license plate numbers so as to register other account numbers related to the account number according to the stored corresponding relation.

acquiring service position information and payee information corresponding to a taxi service order;
determining an account number associated with the payee information from account numbers registered on the device;
judging whether the determined user attribution information corresponding to each account is matched with the service position information or not;
and determining the account number of the user taking the taxi driver as the occupation according to the judgment result.
Based on the account registration method shown in fig. 2, an embodiment of the present specification further provides an account registration device, as shown in fig. 6, where the device includes one or more processors and a memory, where the memory stores a program and is configured to be executed by the one or more processors to perform the following steps:

The embodiments in the present specification are described in a progressive manner, and the same and similar parts among the embodiments are referred to each other, and each embodiment focuses on the differences from the other embodiments. In particular, as for the apparatuses shown in fig. 5 and 6, since they are substantially similar to the method embodiments, the description is simple, and the relevant points can be referred to the partial description of the method embodiments.
In the 90 s of the 20 th century, improvements in a technology could clearly distinguish between improvements in hardware (e.g., improvements in circuit structures such as diodes, transistors, switches, etc.) and improvements in software (improvements in process flow). However, as technology advances, many of today's process flow improvements have been seen as direct improvements in hardware circuit architecture. Designers almost always obtain the corresponding hardware circuit structure by programming an improved method flow into the hardware circuit. Thus, it cannot be said that an improvement in the process flow cannot be realized by hardware physical blocks. For example, a Programmable Logic Device (PLD) (e.g., a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA)) is an integrated circuit whose Logic functions are determined by a user programming the Device. A digital character system is "integrated" on a PLD by the designer's own programming without requiring the chip manufacturer to design and fabricate a dedicated integrated circuit chip. Furthermore, nowadays, instead of manually manufacturing an Integrated Circuit chip, such programming is often implemented by "logic compiler" software, which is similar to a software compiler used in program development, but the original code before compiling is also written in a specific programming Language, which is called Hardware Description Language (HDL), and the HDL is not only one kind but many kinds, such as abll (Advanced boot Expression Language), AHDL (alternate hard Description Language), traffic, CUPL (computer universal programming Language), HDCal (Java hard Description Language), lava, lola, HDL, PALASM, rhydl (Hardware Description Language), VHDL (Hardware Description Language), and vhul-Language, which is currently used most commonly. It will also be apparent to those skilled in the art that hardware circuitry that implements the logical method flows can be readily obtained by merely slightly programming the method flows into an integrated circuit using the hardware description languages described above.
The controller may be implemented in any suitable manner, for example, the controller may take the form of, for example, a microprocessor or processor and a computer-readable medium storing computer-readable program code (e.g., software or firmware) executable by the (micro) processor, logic gates, switches, an Application Specific Integrated Circuit (ASIC), a programmable logic controller, and an embedded microcontroller, examples of which include, but are not limited to, the following microcontrollers: ARC 625D, atmel at91SAM, microchip PIC18F26K20, and Silicone Labs C8051F320, the memory controller may also be implemented as part of the control logic of the memory. Those skilled in the art will also appreciate that, in addition to implementing the controller as pure computer readable program code, the same functionality can be implemented by logically programming method steps such that the controller is in the form of logic gates, switches, application specific integrated circuits, programmable logic controllers, embedded microcontrollers and the like. Such a controller may thus be regarded as a hardware component and the means for performing the various functions included therein may also be regarded as structures within the hardware component. Or even means for performing the functions may be regarded as being both a software module for performing the method and a structure within a hardware component.
The systems, apparatuses, modules or units described in the above embodiments may be specifically implemented by a computer chip or an entity, or implemented by a product with certain functions. One typical implementation device is a computer.
