Fig. 1 shows the connection lines of the air conditioner electric control components in the first embodiment of the air conditioner fault detection method of the present invention, and for convenience of description, only the parts related to the present embodiment are shown.
As shown in the figure, the air conditioner of the embodiment of the present invention mainly aims at a fixed frequency air conditioner, and comprises an indoor unit, an outdoor unit, and a control line between the indoor unit and the outdoor unit, wherein the indoor unit mainly comprises an MCU and related load driving circuits such as an inner fan driving circuit, a compressor driving circuit, an outer fan driving circuit, and a four-way valve driving circuit, and further comprises inner fan loads (not shown in the figure) driven by the inner fan driving circuit, and the driving circuits are controlled by the MCU to drive corresponding loads to operate, wherein the loads of the compressor, the outer fan, and the four-way valve are arranged in the outdoor unit, and are connected through an indoor and outdoor control line to control the operation. The air conditioner also comprises a current detection device, such as a current detection module in the figure, which is connected in series with the compressor drive output control line and is used for detecting the running current value of the compressor and inputting the running current value into the MCU. Three lines L (live wire), N (zero wire) and GND (ground wire) input by a power supply of an indoor unit of the air conditioner are connected to the indoor unit and respectively supply power to a load through the driving circuit, wherein the L line for supplying power to the load except the compressor passes through a safety FUSE.
As shown in fig. 2, the fault detection method based on the air conditioner includes:
step S101, entering a refrigeration or heating mode after receiving a starting instruction, and controlling the compressor to operate for a preset time period to obtain an operating current value of the compressor;
in this embodiment, the air conditioner enters a cooling or heating mode after receiving a start instruction of a user, at this time, the MCU of the air conditioner controls the operation of the compressor load and the external fan load according to a control rule of the cooling or heating mode, and obtains an operation current value of the compressor within a preset time for the compressor to start operating, where the preset time may be 30 seconds to 5 minutes, preferably 1 to 3 minutes, and the preset time for the compressor to operate in the cooling or heating mode for starting the air conditioner is selected to obtain a current value of the compressor, which can be well combined with the actual operation of the air conditioner controlled by the user to detect the current value, thereby preventing the normal use of the air conditioner by the user from being affected by the operation current value of the compressor that needs to be obtained by separately starting the compressor to drive.
In this embodiment, the MCU obtains the operating current value of the compressor by reading the current detection module, where the current detection module can be implemented based on a current detection circuit with a current transformer as a main component, and these circuits belong to the prior art and are not described herein again.
And S102, when the running current value is smaller than a first preset current threshold value, determining that the connection between a compressor control line and an outer fan control line is wrong.
In this embodiment, the MCU determines whether the compressor control line and the external fan control line are connected in error by comparing the operating current value with a preset value. Specifically, when the running current value is smaller than a first preset current threshold value, the compressor control line and the outer fan control line are determined to be connected in a wrong way.
Because the difference between the current consumed by the compressor and the current consumed by the external fan during operation is very large, for example, for a large air conditioner, the working current of the compressor can reach about 4A (800- & gt 900W) during normal operation, and the working current of the external fan is less than 1A (generally only dozens of W) during normal operation, therefore, when the control lines of the compressor and the external fan are connected in error, the current values detected by the compressor and the external fan are very large, and whether the control lines are connected in error or not can be judged. Specifically, when the detected current value is smaller than a first preset current threshold value, the compressor control line and the outer fan control line are determined to be connected in a wrong way.
When the compressor and the outer fan are controlled to operate simultaneously for a preset time, because the working current of the compressor is larger than that of the outer fan, if the operating current obtained by the current detection 1 module is smaller than a first preset threshold value, the compressor control line and the outer fan control line can be determined to be connected in a wrong way, when the first preset threshold value is set to be 1A, if the operating current value is detected to be smaller than 1A, the current actually-operated load can be determined not to be the compressor, so that the compressor control line and the outer fan control line are determined to be connected in a wrong way, namely, if the compressor control line and the outer fan control line are connected in a reverse way, and at the moment, the actually-controlled operation of the outer fan is performed so as.
Further, after the compressor control line and the external fan control line are determined to be connected in error, the compressor and the external fan load can be controlled to stop working, a code corresponding to the fault is displayed through a display device of the air conditioner, such as an LED display screen, and/or a buzzer is used for alarming. The air conditioner is prompted to be in a fault state for maintenance, and damage to the air conditioner caused by use in the fault state is avoided.
The air conditioner fault detection method controls the compressor and the external fan to operate for the preset time when the air conditioner is started, acquires the operating current value of the compressor, and finally determines that the compressor control line and the external fan control line are connected in error when the operating current value is smaller than a first preset current threshold value, because the working current difference between the compressor and the external fan is large, specifically, the operating current of the compressor is larger than that of the external fan, so that when the compressor control line and the external fan control line are connected in error, the air conditioner cannot normally operate and even components on the air conditioner control main board are damaged, for example, when the compressor and the external fan control line are connected in reverse, the time for controlling the operation of the compressor is originally controlled when the external fan operates, for example, in a wiring mode of the air conditioner electric control board in fig. 1, the current driven by the external fan is relatively large times, therefore, the current passing through the FUSE increases sharply, and thus exceeds the current borne by the FUSE and the current borne by the overcurrent components, such as the relay, in the external fan driving circuit, thereby causing overcurrent damage to the components. Therefore, the air conditioner fault detection method of the embodiment solves the problems that the air conditioner cannot work normally and related components on a control mainboard on the air conditioner are damaged due to the fact that the control line of the outdoor unit of the air conditioner is connected in a wrong mode, improves the working reliability of the air conditioner, can give related prompts to remind a user of maintaining the air conditioner, and is convenient for the user to use.
Further, based on the first embodiment of the air conditioner fault detection method of the present invention, in the second embodiment of the air conditioner fault detection method of the present invention, the obtaining an operating current value of the compressor includes:
the value of the operating current of the compressor is collected,
removing the data value which is larger than the preset current value in the operation current value;
the remaining operating current values of the compressor are averaged to serve as a final operating current value of the compressor.
When the air conditioner is just started, the internal pipeline system in the air conditioner is unstable, the pressure in the pipeline system is not balanced, the pressure of the refrigerant in the pipeline is large and small, and the load applied to the compressor is changed accordingly, so that the running current of the compressor is not stable, the current cannot be detected in the actual running current of the compressor in the large and small time even in a short time, and the collected compressor current value is the running state of the pipeline system of the air conditioner under the relatively stable condition, therefore, in order to obtain the relatively accurate running current value of the compressor in the preset time, the method is adopted that the collection is carried out when the running current value of the compressor is detected to be larger than the preset value, if the running current value is larger than 0.5A, and the average value of the current values collected in the preset time is calculated to obtain the running current value of the compressor in the time, for example, the MCU may read and obtain a current value of the compressor every 5 seconds after the air conditioner is turned on, determine that the current value is valid if the current value is greater than 0.5A, and obtain a total of 36 current value data for 3 minutes, and finally calculate an average value as a final sampled compressor running current value. The reason that the collected current value is effective is judged only when the running current value of the compressor is detected to be larger than the preset value in the processing mode, and the collected current value which is too small or even zero influences the size of the final average value, so that the accuracy of the collected running current value of the compressor is influenced. Therefore, the method can accurately obtain the running current value of the compressor in the relatively stable state of the air conditioner pipeline system within the preset time after starting.
Further, based on the second embodiment of the air conditioner fault detection method of the present invention, in the third embodiment of the air conditioner fault detection method of the present invention, in order to further accurately determine the magnitude of the first preset threshold, before determining that the compressor control line and the external fan control line are misconnected when the operating current value is smaller than the first preset current threshold in the step, the air conditioner fault detection method further includes:
obtaining machine type parameters of an air conditioner;
and determining a first preset current threshold according to the model parameters of the air conditioner.
Because the compressor powers adapted to different types of air conditioners are different, the operating current difference of the compressor is large, for example, the compressor powers of one 26 type air conditioner and two 50 type air conditioners are different by one time, and therefore the corresponding first preset current threshold value is determined according to the type parameters. The first threshold value of the current of the compressor, as determined with the different model 23/26/32/35, is as follows:
model type 23 26 32 35 50
First preset threshold value 0.5A 0.8A 1.2A 1.5A 1.8A
The corresponding first preset current threshold value is determined by determining the model parameters of the air conditioner, so that the judged threshold value is more accurate, and the judgment that the compressor control line and the outer fan control line are misconnected is more accurate.
Further, based on the third embodiment of the method for detecting a fault of an air conditioner of the present invention, in the fourth embodiment of the method for detecting a fault of an air conditioner of the present invention, in order to further accurately determine the magnitude of the first preset threshold, before determining that the compressor control line and the external fan control line are misconnected when the operating current value is smaller than the first preset current threshold in the step, the method for detecting a fault of an air conditioner further includes:
obtaining machine type parameters of the air conditioner and an outdoor environment temperature value of the air conditioner;
and determining a first preset current threshold according to the model parameters of the air conditioner and the outdoor environment temperature value of the air conditioner.
Compared with the second embodiment, the outdoor environment temperature value of the air conditioner is further increased to determine the first preset current threshold, and when the air conditioner is in different working condition environments, specifically, when the outdoor environment temperatures are different, the loads of the compressors during operation are different, so the operation powers of the compressors are also different, for example, when the outdoor environment temperature is higher, the load borne by the compressors during operation is larger, and when the same refrigerating capacity is output, the compressors need to input larger current to act as larger load, that is, the power of the compressors is larger at this time, so that the influence of different outdoor environment temperatures on the operation current of the compressors is larger, and therefore, the first preset current threshold for determining the operation current of the compressors needs to be correspondingly changed.
Specifically, the first preset current threshold determined according to the model parameter and the outdoor environment temperature may be a two-dimensional table as follows:
Figure BDA0001602549870000081
compared with the second embodiment, the corresponding first preset current threshold is determined only through the model parameters, and the first preset current threshold is determined more accurately by combining the outdoor environment temperature and the model parameters.
Further, based on the third embodiment of the method for detecting a fault of an air conditioner of the present invention, in the fifth embodiment of the method for detecting a fault of an air conditioner of the present invention, in order to further accurately determine the magnitude of the first preset threshold, before determining that the compressor control line and the external fan control line are misconnected when the operating current value is smaller than the first preset current threshold in the step, the method for detecting a fault of an air conditioner further includes:
obtaining machine type parameters of the air conditioner and an indoor environment temperature value of the air conditioner;
and determining a first preset current threshold according to the model parameters of the air conditioner and the indoor environment temperature value of the air conditioner.
Compared with the second embodiment, the indoor environment temperature value of the air conditioner is further increased to determine the first preset current threshold value, and similar to the third embodiment, different operation loads are brought to the compressor when the air conditioner operates due to different indoor environment temperatures, so that the operation currents of the compressor are different. For example, when the indoor ambient temperature is higher, the operating current of the compressor is larger, and therefore when the indoor ambient temperature is different, the first threshold for determining the operating current of the compressor also needs to be changed correspondingly.
Specifically, the first preset current threshold determined according to the model parameter and the indoor ambient temperature may be a two-dimensional table as follows:
Figure BDA0001602549870000091
in this embodiment, because the combination of the indoor ambient temperature and the model parameter is added to determine the first preset current threshold, the determination of the first preset current threshold is more accurate than the determination of the first preset current threshold by the combination of a single model parameter.
Further, based on the third embodiment of the method for detecting a fault of an air conditioner of the present invention, in the sixth embodiment of the method for detecting a fault of an air conditioner of the present invention, in order to further accurately determine the magnitude of the first preset threshold, before determining that the compressor control line and the external fan control line are misconnected when the operating current value is smaller than the first preset current threshold in the step, the method for detecting a fault of an air conditioner further includes:
obtaining machine type parameters of the air conditioner and an alternating current input voltage value of the air conditioner;
and determining a first preset current threshold according to the model parameters of the air conditioner and the alternating current input voltage value of the air conditioner.
Because the power of the air conditioner compressor is different when the alternating current input voltage of the air conditioner is different, namely the running current value of the compressor is different, the size of the first preset current threshold value can be accurately determined by further combining the alternating current input voltage value on the basis of machine type parameters.
Specifically, the first preset current threshold determined according to the model parameter and the ac input voltage value may be a two-dimensional table as follows:
Figure BDA0001602549870000092
Figure BDA0001602549870000101
further, based on the third embodiment of the method for detecting a fault of an air conditioner of the present invention, in the seventh embodiment of the method for detecting a fault of an air conditioner of the present invention, in order to further accurately determine the magnitude of the first preset threshold, before determining that the compressor control line and the external fan control line are misconnected when the operating current value is smaller than the first preset current threshold in the step, the method for detecting a fault of an air conditioner further includes:
obtaining machine type parameters of the air conditioner, an outdoor environment temperature value of the air conditioner, an indoor environment temperature value of the air conditioner and an alternating current input voltage value of the air conditioner;
and determining a first preset current threshold according to the model parameter of the air conditioner, the outdoor environment temperature value of the air conditioner, the indoor environment temperature value of the air conditioner and the alternating current input voltage value of the air conditioner.
In this embodiment, on the basis of the third to fifth embodiments, the four parameters, i.e., the model parameter of the air conditioner, the outdoor environment temperature value of the air conditioner, the indoor environment temperature value of the air conditioner, and the ac input voltage value of the air conditioner, are further combined to determine the first preset threshold, and the four parameters related to the air conditioner are combined to determine the first preset current threshold, so that the accuracy of the determination result can be further improved. Meanwhile, when the first preset current threshold is determined according to the four parameters, the corresponding table data volume is much larger than the table data volume determined by the two parameters.
