When the air conditioner unit receives a shutdown command, the air conditioner unit generates and maintains shutdown reporting flag information, then whether the shutdown reporting flag information receives a startup command within a time lasting T4 is judged, and if the shutdown reporting flag information does not receive the startup command, the startup reporting flag information is always maintained;
and after the shutdown report flag information lasts for T4 time, sending the running data of the air conditioning unit within T5 time before the shutdown report flag information is generated and within T6 time after the shutdown report flag information is generated to an air conditioning monitoring server.

Within T4 minutes when the air conditioner mainboard continuously sends the shutdown reporting flag information to the data transmission module, if a startup instruction is received, the shutdown reporting flag information is cleared and the shutdown reporting flag information is stopped being sent to the data transmission module, the startup reporting flag information is generated and the startup reporting flag information is sent to the data transmission module.

when the air conditioner unit receives a shutdown command, the air conditioner unit generates and maintains shutdown reporting flag information, and then sends operation data of the air conditioner unit within T5 time before the shutdown reporting flag information is generated and within T6 time after the shutdown reporting flag information is generated to an air conditioner monitoring server after the shutdown reporting flag information lasts for T4 time;
and in T1 minutes when the air conditioning unit keeps the shutdown reporting mark information, if a startup instruction is received, the shutdown reporting mark information is cleared, and the startup reporting mark information is generated and kept.

A startup and shutdown state monitoring system of an air conditioning unit is characterized by comprising the air conditioning unit and an air conditioning monitoring server which is in communication connection with the air conditioning unit, wherein the air conditioning unit is used for sending operation data of the air conditioning unit within a set time period before and after receiving a startup/shutdown instruction to the air conditioning monitoring server after receiving the startup/shutdown instruction, the air conditioning unit comprises an air conditioning mainboard and a data transmission module,
the air conditioner mainboard is used for generating startup report flag information when the air conditioner unit receives a startup command and continuously sending the startup report flag information to the data transmission module for T1 time;
the data transmission module is used for transmitting the operation data of the air conditioning unit within the time T2 before the generation of the startup reporting mark information and within the time T3 after the generation of the startup reporting mark information to the air conditioning monitoring server after the startup reporting mark information lasts for T1 time,
