Background
With the rapid development of international trade and ship transportation industry, the tonnage of ships is continuously increased, and the atmospheric pollution and the greenhouse effect caused by ship exhaust gas using petroleum products as fuel are highly valued worldwide. The tail exhaust of the marine diesel engine mainly comprises the following components: CO 2 +H 2 O+CO+NO X +SO 2 +C X H X More than 10 substances such as +PM, most of which are toxic to human beings, some of which are even carcinogenic substances, are subject to stricter regulations on emissions in countries around the world. At present, most marine diesel engines have specific emission requirements on tail gas, and the emission amounts of carbon dioxide (containing CO) and sulfur oxynitride are controlled within the allowable range of regulations. Therefore, the pollution of the tail gas to the atmosphere is mainly soot particles (namely common black smoke) and SO 2 Etc.
At present, the engine room of the offshore wind power installation vessel is arranged below a main deck in the middle of the hull, and a chimney is generally arranged at the side of a pile leg pile fixing frame, the height of the chimney is about 8 meters and is lower than the pile fixing frame; the untreated tail gas from the generator set, if discharged directly into the air through the top of the stack via the exhaust pipe and muffler, typically results in the following problems: 1. the exhaust gas of the generator set causes the outer surfaces of the pile leg and the pile fixing frame to be blackened; 2. the exhausted high-temperature gas influences the service life of the pile-fixing frame top equipment and the service life of the nearby paint surface; 3. the untreated tail gas causes pollution to the air.
