本发明公开了一种抗菌袜的制备方法,其特征是,将坯袜依次经前处理、脱水、浸入整理液中、第二次脱水、浸泡黏合剂、第三次脱水、烘干;本发明工艺简单,成本低,所制得袜子可以达到良好的抗菌效果,对金黄葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌具有较强的抑菌效果,同时袜子的色牢度也达到国家标准。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种袜子的制备方法,尤其涉及一种具有抗菌功能袜子的制备方法。
背景技术
纺织品抗菌一般是通过抗菌卫生整理,它是国际上正在蓬勃兴起的纺织品染整加工高新技术。核心是保持原质原色、耐洗涤,具有抗菌功能。采用抗菌剂对织物进行整理,其目的不仅是为了保持织物清洁,同时也希望能起到抗菌作用;更重要的是为了防止传染疾病,保证人体的健康和穿着舒适,降低公共环境的交叉感染率.具有重大的社会效益。
但目前市场上很多应用的试剂都是有机的抗菌制剂,大多存在很多问题,例如抗菌谱、耐久性、安全性等问题。银离子,是利用前沿纳米技术将银纳米化,纳米技术出现,使银在纳米状态下的杀菌能力产生了质的飞跃,极少的纳米银就可产生强大的杀菌作用,可在数分钟内杀死650多种微生物。纳米银颗粒作用在细胞膜、细胞壁、蛋白质,破坏细菌的正负电荷平衡,导致细菌死亡。纳米技术的最大优点除了它本身的优良特性外,就是它的“绿色”性,即对环境无污染.所以,纳米无机类抗菌剂除了具有优良的抗菌性能外,还具备了有机抗菌剂无法比拟的环保安全性,对人体和环境没有任何损。
发明内容
基于上述问题,本发明一种抗菌袜的制备方法,利用载银纳米二氧化钛,经纳米液整理的袜子,对大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌等有很高的抑制作用。
本发明采用如下的技术方案实现:
一种抗菌袜的制备方法,将坯袜依次经前处理、脱水、浸入整理液中、第二次脱水、浸泡黏合剂、第三次脱水、烘干;前处理,是先将坯袜洗净,去除杂质;整理液,为在水中加入纳米材料5-8%,分散剂4-6%,固色剂3-7%,水溶性香精1-2%,稳定剂2-5%,所得水溶液在高剪切乳化机下乳化30分钟,即得整理液;所述浸入整理液中,浴比1:10,室温下浸泡30分钟;浸泡黏合剂,浴比1:10,温度为40℃。
分散剂为聚山梨醇酯。
黏合剂采用水性聚氨酯,如阳离子水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯。
纳米材料为载银纳米二氧化钛溶液。
本发明工艺简单,成本低,所制得袜子可以达到良好的抗菌效果,对金黄葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌具有较强的抑菌效果,同时袜子的色牢度也达到国家标准。
具体实施方式
以下详细描述本发明的技术方案。
实施例1
一种抗菌袜的制备方法,将坯袜依次经前处理、脱水、浸入整理液中、第二次脱水、浸泡黏合剂、第三次脱水、烘干;首先进行前处理,将坯袜洗净,去除杂质、油污等;然后脱水,脱水后的袜子,放入整理液中,浴比1:10,室温下浸泡30分钟,整理液为在水中加入纳米材料5-8%,分散剂4-6%,固色剂3-7%,水溶性香精1-2%,稳定剂2-5%,所得水溶液在高剪切乳化机下乳化30分钟,即得整理液;然后再进行第二次脱水,接下来浸泡黏合剂,浴比1:10,温度为40℃,浸泡30分钟,黏合剂采用水性聚氨酯,如阳离子水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯;最后进行脱水及烘干处理,即可得抗菌袜。分散剂为聚山梨醇酯,纳米材料为载银纳米二氧化钛溶液。

1.一种抗菌袜的制备方法,其特征是,将坯袜依次经前处理、脱水、浸入整理液中、第二次脱水、浸泡黏合剂、第三次脱水、烘干;所述前处理,是先将坯袜洗净,去除杂质;所述整理液,为在水中加入纳米材料5-8%,分散剂4-6%,固色剂3-7%,水溶性香精1-2%,稳定剂2-5%,所得水溶液在高剪切乳化机下乳化30分钟,即得整理液;所述浸入整理液中,浴比1:10,室温下浸泡30分钟;浸泡黏合剂,浴比1:10,温度为40℃。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌袜的制备方法,其特征在于所述的分散剂为聚山梨醇酯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌袜的制备方法,其特征在于所述的黏合剂采用水性聚氨酯,如阳离子水性聚氨酯丙烯酸酯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种抗菌袜的制备方法,其特征在于所述的纳米材料为载银纳米二氧化钛溶液。
