(6) the sintered aggregate is sent into a vibration screening box 9 for particle size screening, the aggregate with small particle size sequentially passes through a screening plate 902 and falls on the bottom of the vibration screening box 9, the aggregate with larger particle size sequentially falls in a cavity 903 formed by the screening plate 902 and the vibration screening box 9, after screening is finished, a timing program is set in a program setting module of a control system, a telescopic hydraulic column 905 is started by timing control, the vibration screening box 9 is inclined towards a grading discharge port 904, the aggregates with different particle sizes after screening are discharged from respective grading discharge ports 904, and then production of the aggregate is finished.

1. The intelligent control system for aggregate production comprises a plurality of single-machine devices and a control system for production, and is characterized in that the single-machine devices for production comprise a grinding mechanism, a metering mechanism, a forming and sintering mechanism and a screening mechanism, the grinding mechanism comprises a plurality of raw material pretreatment devices and a ball mill, each raw material pretreatment device comprises a lifting bin and a roller press, different raw materials are crushed by the raw material pretreatment devices and then enter the metering mechanism, and a feed opening of the roller press is provided with a temperature sensor I for measuring the temperature of the materials and preventing the roller press from overheating;
the metering mechanism and the raw material pretreatment device are provided with a plurality of sets in a matched manner and are respectively arranged below each roller press, each set of metering mechanism comprises a feeding device and a weighing device, the feeding device comprises a conical feeding pipe, a material storage box and a material guide pipe, a plurality of flow distribution plates with weighing sensors I mounted at the bottoms are arranged in the material guide pipe, the lower end of the material guide pipe is provided with a control valve, and the flow distribution plates are sequentially arranged on the inner wall of the material guide pipe through a rotating shaft; the weighing device comprises a belt scale, a weighing sensor II and a speed measuring sensor, wherein the weighing sensor II and the speed measuring sensor are arranged below the belt scale;
the feeding port of the ball mill is respectively connected with the discharging end of the belt scale through a discharging pipe, the discharging port of the ball mill is communicated with the forming mechanism, a temperature sensor II for measuring the discharging temperature and preventing the ball mill from overheating is arranged at the discharging port, the forming sintering mechanism comprises a granulator, a drying box and a sintering furnace, and the material ball-milled by the ball mill enters the forming sintering mechanism from the discharging port;
the screening mechanism comprises a vibration screening box for screening the size of the sintered aggregate, a feed hopper is arranged above the vibration screening box, screening plates with different apertures are arranged in the vibration screening box, the screening plates divide the vibration screening box into a plurality of independent cavities, a grading discharge port is arranged on one side of each cavity, a telescopic hydraulic column is arranged below the vibration screening box, and the hydraulic column is electrically connected with a control system;
the control system comprises a communication module, a program setting module and a processor which are connected with each other, wherein the processor receives signals sent by a temperature sensor I, a weighing sensor II, a speed measuring sensor and a temperature sensor II which are arranged on the single-machine equipment through the communication module, and processes and sends instructions to the received signals.

The intelligent aggregate production control system according to claim 1, wherein the inner wall of the storage box is uniformly provided with a plurality of spiral material distributing plates with different lengths, and materials sliding from the spiral material distributing plate above fall on the spiral material distributing plate below.
3. The intelligent control system for aggregate production according to claim 1, wherein the flow distribution plate is uniformly provided with holes, and the diameters of the holes are increased in sequence from top to bottom on the inner wall of the material guide pipe.
4. The intelligent aggregate production control system of claim 1, wherein each single machine is provided with a motor.

The intelligent aggregate production control system according to claim 1, wherein the granulator is provided with an angle measuring instrument and a rotation speed sensor, the angle measuring instrument and the rotation speed sensor transmit signals to the processor through the communication module, and the processor regulates and controls the angle and the rotation speed of the granulator according to a program set by the program setting module.
6. The intelligent control system for aggregate production according to claim 1, wherein a grading material receiving box is arranged below the grading discharge hole.

8. The use method of the intelligent control system for aggregate production according to claim 1, characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) firstly, setting the highest temperature of a temperature sensor I and a temperature sensor II, the transmission speed range of a speed measuring sensor, the weight threshold of a weighing sensor I, the rotation range of an angle measuring instrument and the rotation speed range of a rotating speed sensor by a program setting module of a control system, and then setting the preset weight of the weighing sensor II according to the mixing ratio of raw materials;
(2) various raw materials required for producing the aggregate respectively enter respective raw material pretreatment devices, are conveyed to a roller press through a lifting bin, are primarily crushed by the roller press and are respectively conveyed to a metering mechanism from a feed opening of the roller press; when the temperature of a feeding hole of the roller press exceeds a set high temperature, a signal is sent to the alarm module and the processor by the temperature sensor I through the communication module, the alarm module gives out an alarm, and the processor adjusts the running state of the roller press;
(3) the crushed raw materials respectively enter respective metering mechanisms, are fed into a storage box through a conical feeding pipe, are sequentially dispersed to a material guide pipe through a spiral material distribution plate in the storage box, are conveyed to a belt weigher through the material guide pipe, reach the weight required by the proportion after being regulated and controlled by a weighing sensor II, a control valve at the lower end of the material guide pipe is closed, all the raw materials are conveyed to a ball mill through the discharge end of the belt weigher, and the transmission speed of the belt weigher is adjusted according to the feeding speed in the conveying process;
(4) the raw materials are uniformly mixed in the ball mill, when the temperature of a discharge port of the ball mill and the temperature of a feed port of the roller press exceed set high temperatures, signals are sent to an alarm module and a processor by a temperature sensor I and a temperature sensor II through a communication module, the alarm module gives out an alarm, and the processor adjusts the running states of the roller press and the ball mill;
(5) regulating and controlling the angle and the rotating speed of the granulator through a program set by a program setting module, so that the ground raw materials are molded in the granulator, and the molded blanks are dried and sintered to prepare aggregates;
(6) the sintered aggregate is sent into the vibration screening box to be screened for the particle size, the aggregate with small particle size sequentially passes through the screening plate and falls on the bottom of the vibration screening box, the aggregate with large particle size sequentially falls in a cavity formed by the screening plate and the vibration screening box, after screening is finished, a timing program is set in a program setting module of a control system, a telescopic hydraulic column is started by timing control, the vibration screening box is inclined towards the grading discharge port, the aggregates with different particle sizes after screening are discharged from respective grading discharge ports, and production of the aggregate is finished.
