Abstract

Description

Background
The sealing technology of jar type containers has a wide demand in the brewing field, such as brewing, storage and transportation of wine. Jar seals, such as wine jar seals, are traditionally made by: (1) After the jar is filled with wine, kraft paper is covered on the wine jar mouth, and then plastic film and cloth are covered on the jar, and the wine jar mouth is fastened by rubber band; (2) After the wine jar is filled with wine, the cover is arranged at the jar opening, and the sealing jar mud or the sealing jar wax is directly covered on the cover. To solve this problem, the applicant has proposed in the prior 201410194896.1 patent a wine jar sealing device: the jar mouth is provided with a ceramic jar cover, and a metal cover is arranged outside the ceramic jar cover. Example 3
As shown in fig. 3, this embodiment discloses a built-in pressing type sealing jar, which is different from embodiment 2 in that: in this embodiment, instead of using a bolt structure, one or more springs 27 are disposed between the pressing plates 22 of the cover 21, and the lower portion of the springs 27 is positioned in a spring slot 28 on the cover 21, so that the upper cover 25 and the pressing plates 22 can move up and down together and can rotationally stagger the slot notches together (not shown in fig. 3). (1) The number of the clamping pins of the pressing piece can be flexibly set according to the factors of different sizes, attractive appearance and the like of the jar mouth, preferably 2-6 clamping pins; the shape of the containing groove on the cover body is matched with the shape of the pressing piece. The positions and the number of the hand grip grooves are flexibly arranged according to the plane layout of the cover body.
Fig. 8b shows an example of two clamping legs of the pressing piece and the corresponding cover; fig. 8a shows an example of three clamping legs and corresponding cover.
(2) The cover body is also not provided with a containing groove.
(3) The upper holding part of the cover body can be designed to be convenient for holding the edge of the cover body (the position indicated by the arrow in the figure) as shown in fig. 9a, or can be one or a plurality of bulges (the position indicated by the arrow in the figure) as shown in fig. 9 b.
(4) The compressing sheet can be connected with the cover body in an up-and-down movable way. For example, the pressing piece is pin-connected with the cover body, but the pressing piece can slide up and down along the pin rod.
Claims (11)
1. A sealed lid assembly, characterized in that: comprises a cover body which can be inserted into the jar mouth, a pressing piece supported on the cover body, and a cover body sealing surface matched with the jar mouth sealing surface arranged on the side surface or the lower surface of the cover body; the radial size of the pressing piece is equal to the inner diameter of the jar mouth, and the periphery of the pressing piece is provided with a group of clamping feet which can be inserted into the clamping groove at the inner side of the jar mouth; the cover body supports the compression sheet in a bolt supporting mode, and the bolt penetrates through a screw hole in the compression sheet and abuts against the cover body to compress the cover body when the jar opening is packaged; the number of the bolts is one or more, and the bolt heads are small bolt heads which are required to be operated by a user or large bolt heads which can be operated by bare hands.
2. The seal cover assembly as set forth in claim 1 wherein: the sealing surface of the cover body is one of the following (1) the sealing surface of the cover body is the peripheral part of the bottom surface; (2) The sealing surface of the cover body is a side surface and is a downward contracted inclined surface or an arc surface.
3. The seal cover assembly as set forth in claim 1 wherein: the compressing sheet can be connected with the cover body in an up-and-down movable way.

The seal cover assembly as set forth in claim 1 wherein: the upper surface of the cover body is provided with a containing groove matched with the shape of the pressing piece, and the pressing piece is arranged in the containing groove; the cover body is provided with a part for grasping by hands.
5. The seal cover assembly as set forth in claim 1 wherein: the clamping feet on the pressing piece are 2 to 6 circumferentially arranged.

The seal cover assembly as set forth in claim 1 wherein: an upper cover is fixed above the cover body, the pressing piece can be arranged between the upper cover and the cover body in an up-down movable mode, an opening is formed in the position, corresponding to the screw hole of the pressing piece, of the upper cover, and a position for being gripped by hands is formed in the upper cover.

A sealed jar as defined in claim 7 wherein: the clamping groove is in one of the following forms: (1) A groove communicated with the inner side of the whole jar mouth in a circle is arranged above the groove, a plurality of notches penetrating up and down are arranged above the groove, and the positions and the number of the notches are matched with the arrangement of clamping feet of the pressing piece; (2) A plurality of discontinuous grooves are formed in the same circumference on the inner side of the jar opening, each groove is provided with one or more notches which penetrate up and down, and the positions and the number of the grooves and the notches are matched with the arrangement of the clamping feet of the pressing piece; (3) Taking an inner eave above the jar mouth as a clamping groove, wherein a plurality of notches penetrating up and down are formed in the inner eave, and the positions and the number of the notches are matched with the arrangement of clamping feet of the pressing piece; (4) A plurality of through holes are formed in the same circumference on the inner side of the jar opening, the positions and the number of the through holes are matched with the arrangement of the clamping pins of the pressing piece, and after part of the clamping pins are inserted into the corresponding through holes, the rest clamping pins can enter the jar opening and are inserted into the rest corresponding through holes; (5) The inner side of the jar is provided with continuous or discontinuous grooves, and at least one part of the grooves has a depth which enables part of the clamping feet to be inserted into the jar opening and the rest of the clamping feet to be inserted into the clamping grooves.
