The invention overcomes the defects that the sealing film of the packaging cup is easy to wrinkle and the patterns of the sealing film are difficult to align on the basis of realizing full automation of sealing film, cutting and ejection of the packaging cup.

The packaging cup refers to a general name of various cup-shaped packaging containers used in the packaging industry, has the characteristics of large mouth and small body, and is commonly used for packaging various dairy products; many of the common yoghourt, jelly, chocolate and the like in supermarkets adopt cup-shaped packaging forms, the mouth of a packaging cup needs to be covered and sealed after materials are filled, as most of sealing is a hot pressing process, the sealing film is easy to wrinkle after air expands with heat and contracts with cold to affect the appearance, and especially, the packaging often has product information and the like printed on the sealing film, a purchaser can obviously perceive the wrinkling of the sealing film when reading the product information, and poor quality impression is brought. At present, wrinkles are eliminated by reducing the pressing temperature, shortening the pressing time, replacing the film types and the like, but the effect is poor, and a series of quality problems are brought.
And because the sealing film is printed with product information, when the sealing film is sealed at the cup mouth of the packaging cup, the part printed with the product information needs to be aligned with the cup mouth, and when the pattern or the product information is not aligned with the cup mouth for pressing, the appearance of the packaging cup is obviously reduced, and the strong inferior texture is brought. the sealing film 5 is tensioned on the film feeding device 1 and the film collecting device 2, the sealing film 5 moves from the film feeding device 1 to the film collecting device 2, the tension is controlled by the tension controller to keep tensioning, and the correction machine ensures the accuracy of the transverse position; the packaging cup 9 is clamped in the packaging cup clamp 8 and is transported by the clamp transporting device 6 to synchronously move with the sealing film 5, the packaging cup clamp 8 and the sealing film 5 synchronously move to the lower part of the hot pressing device 3 and synchronously stop moving, the pressing knife 103 on the flattening and aligning device 10 moves downwards to press the sealing film 5 to isolate the crease transfer, the longitudinal position of the sealing film 5 is adjusted according to the feedback of the aligning sensor 104, and the hot pressing device 3 moves downwards after the position alignment to press and bond the sealing film 5 on the cup mouth of the packaging cup 9, so that the alignment sealing of the cup mouth of the packaging cup 9 is realized; the packaging cup clamp 8 and the sealing film 5 continue to synchronously move to the lower part of the edge cutting device 4 and then synchronously stop moving, the edge cutting device 4 downwards moves to punch out the sealing film 5 along the outer edge of the cup opening of the packaging cup 9, and after punching out, part of the sealing film 5 attached to the cup opening of the packaging cup 9 is separated from the whole sealing film, so that the sealing film 5 attached to the cup opening of the packaging cup 9 can move along with the packaging cup, and other whole sealing films are rolled up by the film collecting device 2; the sealed packaging cups 9 move to the lower part of the ejection device 7 along with the packaging cup clamp 8, the ejection device 7 is provided with a plurality of ejector rods 73 which are in one-to-one correspondence with the clamping through holes 81 on the packaging cup clamp 8, and the ejector device 7 moves downwards to drive the ejector rods 73 to extend into each clamping hole 81, so that the sealed packaging cups 9 clamped in the clamping holes 81 are ejected.
