S5: data comparison and identification; the control system is used for corresponding the code scanning data and the pre-led repair data one by one, and according to the comparison result, the control system sends out an instruction and controls the servo positioning mechanism in the horizontal direction to drive the first slider 522 to move in the horizontal direction and to move to the position above the dismantling station.
S6: detecting a multidirectional visual compensation error mechanism; and starting a multi-azimuth vision compensation error mechanism to position from vision, and sending detected data to a control system.
S7: the dismantling mechanism moves; the control system controls the servo positioning mechanism in the vertical direction, drives the second slider 531 to move in the vertical direction, and continuously adjusts the position of the dismantling mechanism according to the detection data of the multi-azimuth visual compensation error mechanism until the dismantling mechanism is positioned at a proper station.
S8: the removing blade 32 removes the HDD head 8; when the dismantling mechanism is positioned at a proper position of the dismantling station, the control system controls the dismantling knife 32 to dismantle the HDD magnetic head 8 to be dismantled, so that the dismantling of the HDD magnetic head 8 to be repaired is completed.
The invention provides an HDD magnetic head repairing and dismantling device, which is internally provided with a bar code importer, and can rapidly identify the HDD magnetic head to be dismantled under the control of a control system, thereby improving the dismantling efficiency. In addition, the magnetic head positioning and clamping mechanism is arranged in the HDD magnetic head repairing and dismantling device, so that the accurate positioning and dismantling of the HDD magnetic head by the dismantling mechanism can be realized, and the damage to other HDD magnetic heads is avoided. Meanwhile, a multidirectional visual compensation error mechanism is arranged in the HDD magnetic head repairing and dismantling device, so that errors are compensated visually, and the dismantling accuracy is further improved. The device has high automation degree, small fault rate of mutual coordination among the systems and convenient maintenance.
It should be noted that the above-mentioned embodiments illustrate rather than limit the invention, and that those skilled in the art will be able to design alternative embodiments without departing from the scope of the appended claims.

Claims (4)

1. An HDD head removing apparatus connected to a control system, characterized in that: the device comprises a supporting platform (1), at least one dismantling mechanism, at least one magnetic head positioning and clamping mechanism and a detection and positioning system, wherein the dismantling mechanism, the magnetic head positioning and clamping mechanism and the detection and positioning system are all arranged on the supporting platform (1), an organic box frame is fixedly arranged on the supporting platform (1), the detection and positioning system comprises a bar code importer, a horizontal servo positioning mechanism and a vertical servo positioning mechanism which take the supporting platform (1) as a reference, and a multi-azimuth visual compensation error mechanism, the horizontal servo positioning mechanism is fixedly arranged above the inside of the organic box frame, and the vertical servo positioning mechanism is mutually and vertically connected with the horizontal servo positioning mechanism through a connecting piece; the dismantling mechanism is connected below the servo positioning mechanism in the vertical direction and is linked with the servo positioning mechanism in the vertical direction; the magnetic head positioning and clamping mechanisms are correspondingly arranged below the dismantling mechanisms, each magnetic head positioning and clamping mechanism comprises a station positioning assembly and a workpiece clamping assembly (42), and the workpiece clamping assemblies (42) are connected with the station positioning assemblies and fixedly arranged on the station positioning assemblies; the multidirectional visual compensation error mechanism is arranged corresponding to the dismantling mechanism and the magnetic head positioning and clamping mechanism;
the machine box frame is of a door type frame body structure and comprises a machine box frame body (21), and an indicator lamp assembly and an alarm (22) which are arranged on the machine box frame body (21); the alarm (22) is connected with an indicator lamp assembly, and the indicator lamp assembly comprises an alarm indicator lamp (23) and an operation indicator lamp (24);
the servo positioning mechanism in the horizontal direction comprises a first linear guide rail (521), a first sliding block (522) and a first driving servo, wherein the first linear guide rail (521) is positioned in the machine box frame body (21) and is connected with two sides of the machine box frame body (21), and the first sliding block (522) is arranged on the first linear guide rail (521) and can reciprocate on the first linear guide rail (521) through the first driving servo;
the servo positioning mechanism in the vertical direction comprises a second linear guide rail, a second sliding block (531) and a second driving servo, wherein the second linear guide rail is arranged on the first sliding block (522) and is connected with the first sliding block (522) through a connecting piece, and the second sliding block (531) is arranged on the second linear guide rail and can reciprocate on the second linear guide rail through the second driving servo;
the dismantling mechanism is positioned at the bottom end of the second sliding block (531) and can reciprocate along the vertical direction under the drive of the second driving servo; the dismantling mechanism comprises a fixing piece (31) and a dismantling knife (32), wherein the dismantling knife (32) is connected with the fixing piece (31) and fixedly arranged on the fixing piece (31);
the dismantling knife (32) comprises a connecting part (321) and a dismantling part (322), wherein the connecting part (321) is connected with the dismantling part (322) and is integrally formed, the connecting part (321) is connected with the fixing piece (31) and is fixedly arranged in the fixing piece (31), and the dismantling part (322) is connected with the fixing piece (31) through the connecting part (321) and is positioned below the fixing piece (31);
the station positioning assembly comprises a sliding rail (411), a sliding piece (412) and a driving air cylinder (413), wherein the sliding piece (412) is positioned on the sliding rail (411), and the driving air cylinder (413) is connected with the sliding piece (412) and can drive the sliding piece (412) to reciprocate on the sliding rail (411); the slide rail (411) is also provided with a dismantling station;
the workpiece clamping assembly (42) is connected with the sliding piece (412) through a connecting plate (43), the connecting plate (43) is arranged on the sliding piece (412), the workpiece clamping assembly (42) comprises a handle (421), a bottom plate (422) and a positioning structure, the handle (421) is arranged at one end of the bottom plate (422) and connected with the bottom plate (422), and the positioning structure is arranged on the bottom plate (422); the side surface of the bottom plate (422) is contacted with the connecting plate (43), the bottom plate (422) is provided with a first positioning structure and a second positioning structure, the first positioning structure and the second positioning structure are positioned at two sides of the HDD magnetic head (8), and the bottom plate also comprises a pressure head (425) positioned at the middle position of the HDD magnetic head (8) and a dividing structure;
a clamping cylinder (44) is further arranged on one side of the workpiece clamping assembly (42), and the clamping cylinder (44) is positioned on the supporting platform (1) and arranged outside the machine box frame;
the multidirectional visual compensation error mechanism is arranged at least one corresponding to the dismantling mechanism, each multidirectional visual compensation error mechanism comprises a first camera (61) and a second camera (62), the first camera (61) is located above the dismantling station, and the second camera (62) is arranged on the other side of the workpiece clamping assembly (42).

The HDD head removing apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that: the bar code importer also comprises a bar code gun (51), wherein the bar code gun (51) is arranged on the supporting platform (1) and positioned outside the machine box frame and matched with the station positioning assembly.
3. The HDD head removing apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that: the safety protection system is a safety grating (7), and the safety grating (7) is arranged outside the machine box frame and fixedly positioned on the supporting platform (1).
4. A removing process using the HDD head removing apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterized by comprising the steps of:
s1: importing repair data; pre-leading the data to be repaired into a control system;
s2: fixing the HDD head (8); fixing the HDD head (8) on a bottom plate (422) of the workholding assembly (42), and fixing the workholding assembly (42) on the slider (412) via a connection plate (43) by a clamping cylinder (44);
s3: the bar code gun (51) scans the code; the control system drives a sliding part (412) to move on a sliding rail (411) through a driving air cylinder (413), the driving part drives an HDD magnetic head (8) to move to the side face of a bar code gun (51), then the bar code on the HDD magnetic head (8) is scanned through the bar code gun (51), and code scanning information is fed back to the control system;
s4: the HDD head (8) is moved to a dismantling station; after the HDD magnetic head (8) finishes scanning codes, the control system drives the sliding piece (412) through the driving cylinder (413) and drives the HDD magnetic head (8) to move to the dismantling station;
s5: data comparison and identification; the control system is used for corresponding the code scanning data and the pre-led repair data one by one, and sending an instruction and controlling the servo positioning mechanism in the horizontal direction according to the comparison result, so that the first slider (522) is driven to move in the horizontal direction and move to the position above the dismantling station;
s6: detecting a multidirectional visual compensation error mechanism; starting a multidirectional visual compensation error mechanism to position from vision, and sending detected data to a control system;
s7: the dismantling mechanism moves; the control system controls the servo positioning mechanism in the vertical direction, drives the second slider (531) to move in the vertical direction, and continuously adjusts the position of the dismantling mechanism according to the detection data of the multi-azimuth visual compensation error mechanism until the dismantling mechanism is positioned at a proper station;
s8: a dismantling blade (32) for dismantling the HDD head (8); when the dismantling mechanism is positioned at a proper position of the dismantling station, the control system controls the dismantling knife (32) to dismantle the HDD magnetic head (8) to be dismantled, so that the dismantling of the HDD magnetic head (8) to be repaired is completed.
