The invention discloses a deodorant for treating odor of pesticide-containing organic amine waste, which is mainly prepared from grinding scrap iron obtained by mechanically grinding metal and is combined with polyaluminium chloride, guar gum, zeolite powder, alanine and essence. Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages: the deodorant can effectively treat various malodorous substances such as isopropylamine, triethylamine, butachlor and the like under a solid phase condition, can effectively treat various hazardous wastes with peculiar smell generated by pesticide enterprises, such as inorganic distillation residues, pesticide-containing sludge and the like, and can perform a stabilization reaction on malodorous gas to generate corresponding metal complexes and high-boiling-point compounds, thereby achieving the aim of removing the peculiar smell.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of environmental protection, in particular to a technology for removing peculiar smell of dangerous waste.
Background
The malodorous gas pollution is all gas substances which stimulate olfactory organs to cause unpleasant feelings and harm living environment of people. It is recognized by various countries in the world as a typical environmental pollution, and developed countries use it as a single pollution to study and implement control by a special law. In recent years, China also pays attention to monitoring and prevention of malodors, and establishes emission standards (GB14554-93) of partial malodorous compounds and a matched analysis method, one of the prevention targets of malodorous pollution is to reach the emission standards of malodorous substances (ammonia, trimethylamine, hydrogen sulfide, methylthiohydrogen, methyl mercaptan, methyl sulfide, dimethyl disulfide, carbon disulfide, styrene and the like) specified in GB14554-93, and finally aims to eliminate the malodors and create a odorless working and living environment.
The ideal deodorant is to carry out redox degradation to thoroughly remove malodorous substances, but in the actual treatment process of hazardous wastes, the cost is high, the feasibility is general, and a stabilizing method is considered to carry out a complex reaction of malodorous amine and related compounds of iron to generate a malodorous chelate so as to treat the malodorous chelate.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to overcome the defects of the prior art and provides a deodorant for treating the peculiar smell of pesticide-containing organic amine waste.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme: a deodorant for disposing the peculiar smell of pesticide-containing organic amine waste is characterized in that: the deodorant comprises grinding scrap iron, wherein the grinding scrap iron is cutting mud or grinding mud generated after a workpiece is machined by a grinding machine in the machining industry.
As a further improvement to the above, the deodorant further contains polyaluminium chloride and zeolite.
As a further improvement to the scheme, the deodorant comprises 200 parts by weight of grinding scrap iron, 10-20 parts by weight of polyaluminium chloride and 2-3 parts by weight of zeolite.
As a further improvement of the scheme, the deodorant also contains 1-1.5 parts of alanine.
As a further improvement to the scheme, the deodorant also contains 5 parts of guar gum.
As a further improvement to the scheme, the deodorant also contains 0.5-1 part of essence.
The invention also provides a using method of the deodorant for treating the odor of the pesticide-containing organic amine waste, which comprises the following steps: taking 10 parts of the object to be treated by weight, adding 1 part of water, uniformly stirring, adding the deodorant, uniformly mixing, adjusting the pH value to 7-9 by using hydrated lime, continuously stirring for 10 minutes, and standing, wherein the usage amount of the deodorant is a component corresponding to 4 parts of grinding scrap iron.
The odor source is eliminated by chemical reaction, and the treatment is thorough. The grinding scrap iron is mainly cutting mud and grinding mud obtained by metal mechanical grinding, the cutting mud and the grinding mud contain a plurality of ferrous and ferric compounds, the main odor gas source in the pesticide organic amine waste is organic amine, and iron ions and the organic amine are subjected to a complexing reaction under a gas-solid condition to generate an odorless high-boiling-point iron-amine chelate, so that odor is effectively reduced, and the aim of deodorization is fulfilled; in addition, the cutting mud and the grinding mud are generated after workpieces are processed by a grinding machine in the machining industry, wherein the cutting mud and the grinding mud contain some grease, a plurality of ester groups in the grease and organic amine of peculiar smell molecules are subjected to ammonolysis reaction under the alkalescent condition to generate an amide compound without obvious smell, and the amide compound can play a synergistic effect with the iron ion deodorization effect; in addition, the cutting mud and the grinding iron chips are porous, loose and powdery, have large specific surface area, have strong adsorbability, can be fully contacted and adsorbed with peculiar smell molecules, can adsorb peculiar smell gas, and can be effectively attached to and treated objects, thereby effectively degrading peculiar smell.
The reaction is rapid, and effective treatment can be realized in a short time. The polyaluminium chloride can promote the reaction, the Lewis acid polyaluminium chloride and triethylamine (organic amine) react to generate high-boiling triethylamine (organic amine) aluminum chloride salt, the odor is reduced, the main components of the zeolite powder are alumina and silicon dioxide, the zeolite powder is porous, pore channels and cavities containing exchangeable cations are arranged in a framework in a unit cell structure, the adsorbability is very strong, the cutting mud and odor molecules are fully contacted and adsorbed, and the adsorption effect of active carbon is equivalent to that of active carbon, so that the odor is effectively degraded.
In addition, alanine has amphipathy, and can show different degrees of acidity and alkalinity due to carboxyl and amino contained at two ends, so that alanine can be combined with acid and alkali to form salt, and volatilization in the reaction process of malodorous molecules can be reduced, so that odor can escape. The guar gum has good inorganic salt compatibility and good emulsifying property, and can well emulsify the rest ingredients of the deodorant with malodorous substances for uniform reaction.
