Because the condensing structure of steam is optimally designed, and particularly, the exhaust air duct and the cooling fan are additionally arranged, the condensing box is arranged in the exhaust air duct with the cooling fan, and the outer wall of the condensing box is continuously air-cooled by the cooling fan, so that the steam in the condensing cavity can be in a continuous and efficient condensed state. Therefore, how to reduce the discharge of steam moisture becomes an urgent problem of the steam cooking device to be solved.
In addition, after the cooking is completed, a large amount of high-pressure steam still remains in the cooking cavity by the steam cooking device (such as a steam oven), and at this time, if the user directly opens the oven door, a large amount of steam is likely to be directly blown to the user to cause injury. In addition, the existing steam cooking device generally has no drying function and program control, so that residual water vapor in the cooking cavity cannot be automatically dried, manual wiping is needed, and the user experience is poor.

In the present invention, unless otherwise indicated, terms of orientation such as "upper, lower, top, bottom" are used generally with respect to the orientation shown in the drawings or with respect to the positional relationship of the various components with respect to one another in the vertical, vertical or gravitational directions.
The present invention provides a novel steam cooking device, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, for solving a series of problems that the existing steam cooking device (such as an embedded steam oven) has increased ambient humidity due to continuous discharge of cooking steam (including insufficiently condensed steam) into indoor atmosphere during cooking. The steam cooking device comprises an exhaust air duct 1, a condensation box 2 and a steam exhaust pipe 3, wherein a cooling fan 4 is arranged at the inner end of the exhaust air duct 1, an exhaust port 10 is formed at the outer end of the exhaust air duct, the condensation box 2 is arranged close to the cooling fan 4 and at least partially stretches into the exhaust air duct 1, and the steam exhaust pipe 3 is communicated with a cooking cavity 50 of the steam cooking device and a condensation cavity 20 (see fig. 3) of the condensation box 2.
As can be seen from this, in the steam cooking device according to the present invention, since the condensation structure of the steam is optimally designed, and in particular, the exhaust air duct 1 and the cooling fan 4 are additionally provided, the condensation box 2 is disposed in the exhaust air duct 1 having the cooling fan 4, and the outer wall of the condensation box 2 is continuously cooled by the cooling fan 4, so that the steam in the condensation chamber 20 can be in a state of being continuously and efficiently condensed, and therefore, all the water vapor in the steam can be condensed, so that the tail gas discharged from the exhaust port 10 of the steam cooking device is a dry "dry wind" without any water vapor. Therefore, the steam cooking device realizes the effect of zero emission of steam in the cooking process, and improves the satisfaction degree of users.
The steam cooking device of the present invention is mainly exemplified by an embedded steam oven, but the steam cooking device of the present invention is not limited thereto, and the steam cooking device may be a product such as a steam oven or a microwave steam oven.
In order to increase the air cooling effect in the exhaust air duct 1, the exhaust air duct 1 is a closed air duct with an opening at the outer end, so that the cooling wind energy of the cooling fan 4 is maximally utilized to the cooling effect of the condensation box 2.
In the steam cooking device of the present invention, the cooling fan 4 and the condensing box 2 may be selectively installed at different positions, for example, on an outer wall surface of a rear wall plate of the cooking cavity 5, etc., according to actual product conditions. Preferably, in an in-line steam oven as shown in fig. 1 and 2, a cooling fan 4 and a condensing case 2 are installed above a top wall of a cooking cavity 5 of a steam cooking device, and an exhaust port 10 of an exhaust duct 1 is provided at a front end of the steam cooking device. Therefore, referring to the gas flow direction a in the exhaust duct of fig. 2 and 6, after the steam is discharged from the cooking cavity 50 and enters the condensation cavity 20 along the steam exhaust pipe 3, the condensation box 2 is continuously cooled along with the cooling fan 4 so that the condensation box 2 can be kept in a low temperature state all the time, so that the high temperature steam passing through the condensation cavity 20 can be fully condensed into condensed water, and other dry and moisture-free "dry wind" gas is finally discharged along with the air flow in the exhaust duct 1.
Of course, there are various structures of the condensation box 2, such as an irregular box body having a plurality of bent passages (to enhance the condensing effect by enhancing the steam flow path), and the like. The steam cooking device of the present invention further optimizes the structure of the condensation box 2, as shown in fig. 4, preferably, the condensation box 2 may include a condensation funnel 21 embedded in the exhaust air duct 1 and an upper cover 22 covering over the condensation funnel 21, a condensation box drain hole 211 is provided at the bottom of the condensation funnel 21, and the steam exhaust pipe 3 is connected to the upper cover 22.
Of course, the material of the whole condensation box 2 can be plastic or metal, but the condensation funnel 21 is preferably a conical funnel made of metal with a flaring top in consideration of factors such as condensation effect and production cost, so that not only is the condensation effect of steam facilitated, but also the funnel-shaped bottom condensation funnel 21 is also beneficial to the collection effect of condensed water.
In the condensation box 2, the upper casing 22 may include a plastic body 220, and a top wall of the plastic body 220 may be further embedded with a detachable metal cover top plate 221. Among them, the plastic body 220 is advantageous in reducing the cost, while the metal cover top plate 221 contributes to the condensation effect, and the condensation box 2 with the top opening can also be used as a viewing port for maintenance. In addition, in order to enhance the sealing effect of the exhaust duct 1 and the condensation box 2, a sealing gasket 222 is further interposed between the metal cover top plate 221 and the plastic body 220.
As shown in fig. 3 and 5, a concave water collecting area 60 is formed in the exhaust air duct 1 below the condensation funnel 21, and at the same time, the steam cooking device may further include a waste water tank 8, and a condensation drain pipe 7 is connected between the concave water collecting area 60 and the waste water tank 8. Therefore, the condensed water in the condensation box 2 can flow back to the waste water tank 8 through the concave water collecting area 60 and be discharged in time, so as to ensure that the condensation work of the steam normally and continuously operates. Of course, the steam cooking device of the present invention is not limited thereto, and for example, the condensed water may be directly returned to the water storage tank to be recycled as a water source.
Still further, the bottom wall of the recessed water collection area 60 may be formed as a sloped wall with the bottom end of the sloped wall located directly below the condensation funnel 21 to facilitate timely collection and drainage of condensate.
In particular, the steam cooking device of the present invention may further include a suction fan (not shown) for drawing steam from the cooking chamber 50 to the condensing chamber 20. After cooking is completed, the exhaust fan can be used for continuously pumping residual steam in the cooking cavity 50 into the condensing box 2 for condensation, so as to play a role in pressure relief or auxiliary drying.
Meanwhile, the steam cooking device further includes a controller configured to: the cooling fan 4 is controlled to be turned on and the suction fan (not shown) is controlled to be turned off during cooking of the steam cooking device.
