本发明涉及一种防护袋，尤其是电焊高温防护袋，包括前防护袋、后防护袋、隔热内胆、松紧带和皮带穿袢；所述前防护袋和后防护袋的内部装有隔热内胆，前防护袋和后防护袋的顶部均设有皮带穿袢，前防护袋和后防护袋的侧面通过松紧带连接。本发明提供的电焊高温防护袋能有效保护腹部和下体、减少热辐射伤害、穿戴方便、可洗涤。

电焊高温防护袋
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防护袋，尤其是电焊高温防护袋。
背景技术
电弧焊的电弧温度在6000～8000℃左右，熔滴平均温度达到2000℃，溶池平均温度达到1750℃。在焊接过程中会产生较大的热辐射，在狭小的空间中热辐射对人体的影响很大，长期从事此类工作，会导致腹部和裆部的敏感部位受热辐射影响导致生理缺陷。现有的电焊防护服对于腹部和下体没有进行有效的保护。
发明内容
为解决上述问题，本发明提供一种能有效保护腹部和下体、减少热辐射伤害、穿戴方便、可洗涤的电焊高温防护袋，具体技术方案为：
电焊高温防护袋，包括前防护袋、后防护袋、隔热内胆、松紧带和皮带穿袢；所述前防护袋和后防护袋的内部装有隔热内胆，前防护袋和后防护袋的顶部均设有皮带穿袢，前防护袋和后防护袋的侧面通过松紧带连接。
通过采用上述技术方案，皮带穿在皮带穿袢上，通过皮带将前防护袋和后防护袋束缚在腰间，前防护袋和后防护袋内的隔热内胆保护腹部和下体，松紧带连接前防护袋和后防护袋，使活动方便。
优选的，所述隔热内胆为硅酸铝耐火纤维。
通过采用上述技术方案，硅酸铝耐火纤维具有低热容量、低热导率、优良的热稳定性、不含结合剂和腐蚀性物质，能有效隔断热辐射，保护人体，且对人体无不良影响。
优选的，所述内胆为硅酸铝耐火纤维棉、硅酸铝耐火纤维板、硅酸铝耐火纤维毯、硅酸铝耐火纤维毡中的一种。
优选的，所述前防护袋和后防护袋的顶部设有开口，开口处装有魔术贴。
通过采用上述技术方案，开口方便隔热内胆的安装和取出，方便清洗前防护袋和后防护袋。
优选的，所述松紧带为防火松紧带。
通过采用上述技术方案，防火松紧带能延长使用寿命，避免被焊渣烫坏。
优选的，所述松紧带通过魔术贴与前防护袋和后防护袋连接。
通过采用上述技术方案，采用魔术贴使用方便，且容易调整松紧带位置。

本发明提供的电焊高温防护袋能有效保护腹部和下体、减少热辐射伤害、穿戴方便、可洗涤。

现结合附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1、图2和图3所示，电焊高温防护袋，包括前防护袋1、后防护袋2、隔热内胆、松紧带3和皮带穿袢11；前防护袋1和后防护袋2的内部装有隔热内胆，前防护袋1和后防护袋2的顶部均设有皮带穿袢11，前防护袋1和后防护袋2的侧面通过松紧带3连接。
皮带穿在皮带穿袢11上，通过皮带将前防护袋1和后防护袋2束缚在腰间，前防护袋1和后防护袋2内的隔热内胆保护腹部和下体，松紧带3连接前防护袋1和后防护袋2，使活动方便。
隔热内胆为硅酸铝耐火纤维棉。硅酸铝耐火纤维棉具有低热容量、低热导率、优良的热稳定性、不含结合剂和腐蚀性物质，能有效隔断热辐射，保护人体，且对人体无不良影响。
前防护袋1和后防护袋2的顶部设有开口12，开口12处装有魔术贴。开口12方便隔热内胆的安装和取出，方便清洗前防护袋1和后防护袋2。
松紧带3为防火松紧带。防火松紧带能延长使用寿命，避免被焊渣烫坏。
松紧带3通过魔术贴与前防护袋1和后防护袋2连接。采用魔术贴使用方便，且容易调整松紧带3位置。

1.电焊高温防护袋，其特征在于，包括前防护袋(1)、后防护袋(2)、隔热内胆、松紧带(3)和皮带穿袢(11)；所述前防护袋(1)和后防护袋(2)的内部装有隔热内胆，前防护袋(1)和后防护袋(2)的顶部均设有皮带穿袢(11)，前防护袋(1)和后防护袋(2)的侧面通过松紧带(3)连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电焊高温防护袋，其特征在于，所述隔热内胆为硅酸铝耐火纤维。
3.根据权利要求2所述的电焊高温防护袋，其特征在于，所述内胆为硅酸铝耐火纤维棉、硅酸铝耐火纤维板、硅酸铝耐火纤维毯、硅酸铝耐火纤维毡中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的电焊高温防护袋，其特征在于，所述前防护袋(1)和后防护袋(2)的顶部设有开口(12)，开口(12)处装有魔术贴。
5.根据权利要求1所述的电焊高温防护袋，其特征在于，所述松紧带(3)为防火松紧带。
6.根据权利要求1或5所述的电焊高温防护袋，其特征在于，所述松紧带(3)通过魔术贴与前防护袋(1)和后防护袋(2)连接。
