本实用新型的目的是提供一种运动护膝，可较好地解决运动护膝吸汗性差、透气性不好的问题，提高运动护膝的穿戴舒适度。

一种运动护膝，包括护膝本体、保温防护区、透气区和支撑条，所述护膝本体成筒状，由弹性面料制成，与膝关节紧贴并自膝关节向两端延伸出分别包裹部分大腿和小腿；所述保温防护区由弹性加棉质材料制成，覆于膝盖部；所述透气区由弹性超薄面料织成，位于膝弯处；所述支撑条由塑料材质制成，共两根，位于保温防护区两侧，精密缝制于本体和保温防护区之间。
本实用新型通过保护防护区的设置，提高了本产品的保暖效果和吸汗能力；通过透气区的设置，较好地解决了运动时的透气性，提高了本产品的穿戴舒适度；通过膝盖两侧支撑条的设置，有效缓解膝关节的压力，增强了运动时的防护效果。

本实用新型的一种运动护膝使用时，将筒状护膝本体1套穿在膝关节上，使保温防护区2覆于膝盖处，透气区3位于膝弯处，支撑条4则位于膝盖两侧。运动时保温防护区对膝盖起到一定的保暖和防擦碰作用，支撑条则对膝关节起到一定的运动防护作用，透气区则对膝关节整个包覆部位起到透气排汗的作用，提高护膝使用的舒适性。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种运动护膝，其特征在于：所述支撑条共两根，位于保温防护区两侧，精密缝制于本体和保温防护区之间。
