Abstract
本发明公开了一种柑橘木虱引诱剂,它由以下重量配比的成分组成:α‑蒎烯1‑5%、D‑柠檬烯50‑80%、罗勒烯1‑5%、芳樟醇1‑5%、γ‑萜品烯10‑20%、萘1‑5%、正十四烷1‑5%、乙酸芳樟酯1‑5%、水杨酸甲酯1‑5%、月桂酸1‑5%、柠檬醛1‑5%、乙酸1‑5%。本发明具有引诱效果好,特异性强,持效时间长等优点,而且对天敌、益虫、人畜及作物不会造成危害,靶标害虫不会产生抗性,具有高效天然、环保等优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于害虫防治领域,具体涉及一种柑橘木虱引诱剂。
技术背景
柑橘木虱Diaphorina citri Kuwayama,属半翅目Hemiptera,木虱科Psyllidae,是世界范围内最严重的柑橘害虫,能够传播由韧皮部内寄生的革兰氏阴性细菌CandidatusLiberibacter spp.,造成高度破坏性的柑橘黄龙病。柑橘黄龙病能够侵染包括柑橘属、枳属、金柑属和九里香等多种芸香科植物,染病树出现各种症状,包括叶片褪绿、小枝枯死、落果、畸形、小果、降低果实品质甚至导致果树死亡,目前还没有完全治愈这种疾病的方法。
对于柑橘木虱的防治,目前主要依靠化学杀虫剂,但是化学杀虫剂在杀灭或引诱柑橘木虱的同时,还会杀灭或引诱其它昆虫甚至是益虫,而且随着化学杀虫剂应用越来越广泛,柑橘木虱会对其产生抗性,导致防治效果下降成本增加,另外,长期使用化学合成的杀虫剂还会导致农药残留,严重威胁人类健康。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种柑橘木虱引诱剂,该引诱剂不仅具有很好的引诱效果,而且其成分全部来源于柑橘自身释放的挥发性物质,因此具有无毒、不会产生抗性等优点。
本发明提供的柑橘木虱引诱剂,它由以下重量配比的成分组成:α-蒎烯1-5%、D-柠檬烯50-80%、罗勒烯1-5%、芳樟醇1-5%、γ-萜品烯10-20%、萘1-5%、正十四烷1-5%、乙酸芳樟酯1-5%、水杨酸甲酯1-5%、月桂酸1-5%、柠檬醛1-5%、乙酸1-5%。
优选的,所述的柑橘木虱引诱剂,它由以下重量配比的成分组成:α-蒎烯3%、D-柠檬烯55%、罗勒烯3%、芳樟醇3%、γ-萜品烯15%、萘3%、正十四烷3%、乙酸芳樟酯3%、水杨酸甲酯3%、月桂酸3%、柠檬醛3%、乙酸3%。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明是在对柑橘自身释放的挥发性物质进行成分鉴定的基础上实现的,它不同于普通的化学杀虫剂,具有纯天然、环保等优点,不会对天敌、益虫、人畜及作物造成危害,也不会使柑橘木虱产生抗性。
(2)本发明对柑橘木虱的引诱具有很强的特异性,既不引诱益虫,也不引诱锈壁虱、实蝇、叶蛾、白粉虱等其它害虫,因此是一种柑橘木虱的专用引诱剂。
(3)本发明能从源头上治理柑橘木虱的危害及黄龙病的传播,具有持效时间长的优点,具有更好的农业应用价值。
具体实施方式
以下通过具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细说明,但不应理解为是本发明保护范围进行的限制。
实施例1
一种柑橘木虱引诱剂,是通过以下研究得到:采用顶空吸附-固相微萃取方法收集柑橘抽梢期嫩芽释放的挥发性物质,经气相色谱-质谱联用仪分析,根据谱库图谱和标样保留时间比较分析,鉴定得出几十种挥发性物质成分,然后将这些成分逐一对柑橘林中的常见害虫进行趋避试验,结果发现十几种能特异性引诱柑橘木虱的化学成分,这些成分对其它害虫如锈壁虱、实蝇、叶蛾、白粉虱都没有引诱效果或引诱效果很差。
为了提高引诱能力,延长野外使用的持效期,我们对这十几种成分进行了大量的创造性组合试验,最终确定了引诱剂的十二种成分,同时确定了各成分之间的配比,从而实现本发明。
该柑橘木虱引诱剂由以下成分组成:α-蒎烯、D-柠檬烯、罗勒烯、芳樟醇、γ-萜品烯、萘、正十四烷、乙酸芳樟酯、水杨酸甲酯、月桂酸、柠檬醛、乙酸十二种物质组成。
各成分之间最佳的重量配比是:α-蒎烯3%、D-柠檬烯55%、罗勒烯3%、芳樟醇3%、γ-萜品烯15%、萘3%、正十四烷3%、乙酸芳樟酯3%、水杨酸甲酯3%、月桂酸3%、柠檬醛3%、乙酸3%。
在室内利用Y型嗅觉仪检测引诱剂对柑橘木虱成虫的引诱效果,用移液枪吸取不同成分和配比的引诱剂1ml滴于滤纸上并放于Y型嗅觉仪的一端,另一端设置清水对照,捕捉柑橘木虱成虫,放置20头于Y型嗅觉仪的主臂端,观察木虱的趋向并记录,结果见表1和表2。

试验结果表明:编号为1、2、3、5、6的引诱剂对柑橘木虱成虫的引诱数量很少,未达到50%的最低引诱目标,在野外产生的实际应用价值较低,而编号为4和7的引诱剂可引诱大多数的柑橘木虱成虫,其中编号4的引诱率达到90%,几乎可以全部引诱。
实施例2
在柑橘林进行野外引诱试验,用移液枪吸取编号4的引诱剂3ml加于三角诱捕器诱芯笼的棉球中,随机均匀悬挂于柑橘林内,于诱捕器放置后第0.5、1、3、5、7、15天检查诱捕器粘板上的柑橘木虱成虫数量,结果如表3所示。

以上结果表明,该引诱剂对柑橘木虱成虫具有非常明显的引诱效果,且持效时间很长,在野外使用15天后,引诱的柑橘木虱成虫数量还在明显增加,这可能与十一种成分的化学性质(如挥发性)有关,而其它引诱剂化学性质不稳定,短期内就大量或全部挥发,从而失去引诱能力。

1.一种柑橘木虱引诱剂,其特征在于由以下重量配比的成分组成:α-蒎烯1-5%、D-柠檬烯50-80%、罗勒烯1-5%、芳樟醇1-5%、γ-萜品烯10-20%、萘1-5%、正十四烷1-5%、乙酸芳樟酯1-5%、水杨酸甲酯1-5%、月桂酸1-5%、柠檬醛1-5%、乙酸1-5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的柑橘木虱引诱剂,其特征在于由以下重量配比的成分组成:α-蒎烯3%、D-柠檬烯55%、罗勒烯3%、芳樟醇3%、γ-萜品烯15%、萘3%、正十四烷3%、乙酸芳樟酯3%、水杨酸甲酯3%、月桂酸3%、柠檬醛3%、乙酸3%。
