Abstract

The invention discloses a diaphorina citri repellent, which comprises one or more active ingredients of beta-pinene, caryophyllene, benzoic acid, salicylate and thioether. The repellent provided by the invention is mainly derived from volatile components of plants, has the advantages of nature and no pollution, cannot generate pesticide residue and environmental damage, cannot cause death of natural enemies, cannot generate drug resistance, and has a good application prospect in the aspect of preventing and treating diaphorina citri.

Description

Diaphorina citri repellent
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of pest control, relates to an insect repellent, and particularly relates to a diaphorina citri repellent.
Technical Field
The Diaphorina citri (Diaphorina citri) belongs to Homoptera (Homoptera) psyllidae (Chermidae), is an important pest in the young shoot stage of Rutaceae plants such as citrus, mandarin orange, lemon, wampee, Murraya paniculata, medlar and the like, most adults lay eggs on young shoots of hosts, young shoot juice is absorbed after nymphs are hatched until adults emerge, and the young shoots of the damaged hosts can wither, have young shoots distorted and the like. The diaphorina citri also secretes white honeydew and adheres to branches and leaves, and can cause the occurrence of soot diseases. What is worse, the diaphorina citri can produce a large amount of bacteria-carrying imagoes by feeding, laying eggs and reproducing on the diaphorina citri diseased plant, and the imagoes can spread the diaphorina citri by transferring into a new harmful plant. The citrus yellow shoot disease is the most destructive citrus disease, and causes great economic loss to the citrus industry in China.
The diaphorina citri is a transmission medium of the yellow shoot disease and has great harm to citrus fruit trees, so the diaphorina citri is usually killed as much as possible in the aspect of prevention and control, the chemical pesticide is used most commonly in China as the most effective prevention and control measure of the diaphorina citri in the peak period, however, the problems of environmental damage, mass death of natural enemies, pesticide residue, drug resistance of the diaphorina citri and the like are more and more prominent along with the mass use of the chemical pesticide, and the development of a sustainable, pollution-free and high-prevention-effect prevention and control technology is urgently needed.
The insect pest harm is controlled by utilizing the insect pest aversion to certain chemical substances, so that not only can a better control effect be achieved, but also no environmental pollution caused by chemical pesticides can be caused, and therefore, the insect pest control method is one of green pest control means. At present, the pesticide for preventing and controlling pests mainly comprises two types of attractant and repellent, wherein the attractant attracts pests into a pest killing device to kill the pests, and the repellent repels the pests to prevent the pests from spawning and propagating on crops. However, no repellent specially aiming at the diaphorina citri is developed at present.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a diaphorina citri repellent.
The above purpose is realized by the following technical scheme:
a diaphorina citri repellent contains one or more of beta-pinene, caryophyllene, benzoic acid, salicylate and thioether as active ingredients.
Preferably, the active ingredients are beta-pinene, caryophyllene, salicylate and thioether, and the volume ratio of the beta-pinene to the caryophyllene to the salicylate to the thioether is (1-3): (1-5): (2-8): (1-5).
Further preferably, the volume ratio of the beta-pinene to the caryophyllene to the salicylate to the thioether is 1: 1: 2: 1.
preferably, the salicylate is methyl salicylate.
The caryophyllene is selected from alpha-caryophyllene, beta-caryophyllene, caryophyllene oxide and the like, and preferably is beta-caryophyllene.
The sulfide is selected from the group consisting of diallyl disulfide, methallyl trisulfide, dimethyl disulfide, diallyl trisulfide, preferably dimethyl disulfide.
Through a great deal of research on the life habits of the diaphorina citri, the applicant finally discovers several compounds aiming at the diaphorina citri, the compounds have a strong repelling effect on the diaphorina citri, and have a poor repelling effect on other common plant diseases and insect pests such as rust ticks, fruit flies, leaf moths and trialeurodes vaporariorum, and the results show that the compounds have certain specificity on the repelling of the diaphorina citri, can be used for reducing the feeding and spawning reproduction of the diaphorina citri on crops, and further reduce the occurrence of the plant diseases and insect pests.
In addition, the applicant also finds that the combination of the compounds can remarkably improve the repellent effect on the diaphorina citri, is beneficial to improving the stability of the repellent and prolonging the lasting time of the repellent.
Detailed Description
The present invention is further illustrated by the following specific examples, which should not be construed as limiting the scope of the invention.

Dissolving the active ingredients of the repellent with a small amount of glycerin respectively, dripping the dissolved active ingredients on cotton, placing the cotton in a container, hanging the container on the field branches, and recording the adult number of the branches at 0d, 12h, 1d, 3d, 5d and 7 d. Meanwhile, the glycerin is dropped on the cotton to be used as a blank control.
The calculation method of the decline rate comprises the following steps: the rate of decline (%) - (% live insect number before application-live insect number after application)/live insect number before application × 100%.
Table 2 adult numbers (heads) and reduction rates (%)% of citrus psyllids at shoot after field application of repellent
Figure BDA0001621178350000031
Figure BDA0001621178350000041
As can be seen from the table 2, the repellent provided by the invention has an obvious effect on repelling adult diaphorina citri in fields, the decline rate of adult trematodes in 7 days can reach about 50%, the highest decline rate can reach 83.3%, and the decline rate gradually increases along with the time extension, so that the repellent provided by the invention has a long lasting time on repelling diaphorina citri. In some of the examples, the increased numbers of adult shoots and decreased rates of decline occurred on day 5 or day 7, which may be associated with poor repellent stability, and were depleted by day 5 or day 7, resulting in the diaphorina citri returning to the shoots.
By comprehensively comparing the above examples, the result shows that the reduction rate of the example 9 on the diaphorina citri is the highest, and the reduction rate is stably increased along with the time, which indicates that the repellent effect is the most stable, the lasting time is the longest, and the comprehensive effect is the best.
