背景技术
国家和地区有时候会对用于与食品接触应用方面的薄膜和标签制定法规。因此,一些PSL薄膜可能不能被接受用于与食品接触。然而,如果与食品接触的薄膜,例如制备成薄膜的那些、符合食品接触法规,则这些薄膜的实施方案也应当提供可印刷性,耐粘连性,与粘合剂坚固的粘合性和/或防潮性和耐氧性。这些是能够通过本发明公开的组合物、方法以及用途达到的目标的实例。
发明概述
本发明公开了方法、组合物和结构体,其在一个实施方案中是包含多层基础薄膜的薄膜,所述基础薄膜包含芯和施加到多层薄膜至少一个外表面上的至少一个可印刷涂层。该至少一个可印刷涂层可以包含丙烯酸类-基聚合物,并且干燥涂层的重量在0.1g/m2到0.9g/m2的范围内及pH值为至少9。该薄膜符合用于与食品接触的包装和标签的欧洲法规,其为本发明公开的薄膜应用的实例。

发明详述
以下,指向性的术语,例如"以上"、"以下"、"上部"、"下部"、"前面"、"后面"、"顶部"、"底部"等等在涉及附图时可基于便利的目的进行使用。通常,“以上"、"上部"、"向上"、"顶部"以及类似术语指的是离开地球平面的方向,并且"以下"、"下部"、"向下"、"底部"以及类似术语指的是向着地球表面的方向,但是这仅意味着基于说明的目的,并且这些术语并不意在限制本发明的公开内容。
本发明涉及在共挤出的、多层薄膜上的可印刷涂层,其应用方法,由其制备的产品例如袋子、标牌,包装,标签,包含压敏标签(PSL)和其他结构体,以及它们的应用,例如用于包裹,包装,包容或标签食品,饮料和替他制品或产品。更具体地,本发明的公开内容还涉及可印刷的、双面涂覆的聚合物基薄膜和标签,它们是防粘连的同时提供对粘合剂的坚固粘附性和防潮性。
本发明公开内容的一个焦点在于薄膜的可印刷涂层,其可以是水基涂层,该水基涂层具有采用UV油墨(例如包含UV柔性版,UV平版,UV凸版等)增强的可印刷性能以及使得整个薄膜结构体符合欧洲和/或其他国家的食品接触法规。在可印刷涂层的一个实例中,设计其组成以避免在卷轴上与背侧的任何显著的粘连趋势,这允许薄膜/标签卷轴的展开经受较少的粘连问题或不经受粘连问题。本发明公开的多层薄膜的典型芯和结合层可以具有在结构例如PC/C/PC、PC/T/C/T/PC、PC/T/C/T/PC/S、PC/T/C/T/S等上的可印刷涂层("PC"),其中S是密封层或其他表层。芯可以是任何类型的双取向聚丙烯(BOPP)薄膜,透明的和白色的,具有固有地或根据空穴化程度(例如0.50到1)的不同密度值,并且任选地包含一种或多种添加剂。除了双轴取向的聚丙烯("BOPP")之外,任选地取向的均聚物,共聚物,互聚物和三元共聚物,其中这些聚合物可以在密度、立构规整性、制备方法(例如催化的或非催化的)以及其他化学和物理性质上有所不同。为此目的,这些其他的用作芯和/或结合层的聚合物可以是聚酯,聚乙烯,其他聚烯烃和它们的组合,以及本发明下面进行讨论。
本发明的一个目的在于开发一种符合食品接触要求的新型可印刷结构体。基于丙烯酸类乳液聚合物的可印刷涂层通常显示出对UV油墨非常好的可印刷性,该丙烯酸类乳液聚合物是例如XK90或FL780,它们是不含烷基苯酚乙氧基化物("APEO")的类型,但是在一些情况下,印刷的品质并不像其他可印刷涂层那么好,例如阳离子涂层,特别是在半色调印刷领域。并且,印刷过程中油墨迁移的水平可以是较低的。结果就是,当使用FL780基涂层时,印刷后的油墨密度值会略有降低。在一些情况中,例如当使用更关键的UV油墨,例如低迁移油墨时,油墨的粘附性也达不到预期。
符合其它欧洲食品法规的FL780 XP可预期作为用于食品接触改良批准的涂层和薄膜结构体的基础。FL780 XP已经被DSM Neoresins和Keller&Heckman展示并且证明其满足欧洲食品法规的要求,前提是其含量不超过最大审定的水平。
另一方面,公知的是甲基丙烯酸乙酰乙酰氧基乙酯("AEEM")能够改进其它可印刷涂层的油墨粘附性。这种不饱和单体作为粘合促进剂出售并且在一些专利文献中进行了描述。例如参见US专利No.6,893,722;WO/2013112239 A1;WO/2011100029 A1。
首先,已经展示了较低的涂层重量,即0.1到0.3g/m2,以及将氨添加到涂层中会将pH值提高到至少9,优选9到10,改进了油墨粘附性能同时仍然保持了良好的可印刷性。然而,较低的涂层重量看起来会显著的增加卷轴中的粘连倾向。尽管有所改进,油墨粘附性能,油墨迁移水平以及由此导致的油墨密度值都会在一些情况下比期望的更差。由于AAEM也是一种粘合促进剂,并且发现其可以显著的改进其他涂层的可印刷性,因此将一定百分数的,例如~1和~5wt%的这种AAEM添加到FL780 XP基可印刷涂层中。令人惊奇的是,油墨粘附性和油墨密度与我们的期望一致并且与我们的"非食品"接触涂层非常相近。
使用如表1所示的标准芯进行实验以评价许多基于FL780 XP(即丙烯酸类聚合物)的不同可印刷涂层配方在多种薄膜结构体上的印刷性能。该薄膜是透明或白色的并且具有多种密度水平。例如,这些标准薄膜中的一种是白色、不透明、空穴化的具有在0.7-0.75g/cm3范围内密度的聚丙烯薄膜;其他可以使用的标准基础薄膜包含Jindal58SW247表面可印刷的、取向的聚丙烯薄膜(密度为0.95g/cm3),或者是取向的聚丙烯薄膜(密度为0.91g/cm3)。我们观察到一些良好的印刷效果,但是在一些情形中,当使用"标准"涂层重量,例如0.6到1.0g/m2左右(典型地0.8g/m2)时,油墨粘附水平并不理想。
典型/标准基础薄膜的描述

这里,芯层可以是任何类型的透明、白色、不透明和实心白色版本的BOPP薄膜。其密度范围可以在0.50到1g/cm3之间。优选地,可以使用50MB210(透明的,密度=0.91g/cm3),60LH242(白色不透明的,密度为0.72g/cm3)和58SW247(实心白色,密度为0.95g/cm3)。
可印刷涂层可以由100份每一百("PHR")的FL780 XP,0.1到25PHR的AAEM,优选2到5,以及0到5PHR,优选低于1PHR并且典型地0.4PHR的抗粘连颗粒例如Sylobloc S45制备。其他抗粘连剂颗粒可以使用例如PMMA、硅酮颗粒和/或其他颗粒。可印刷涂层组合物的干燥涂层重量可以在0.05g/m2到2g/m2的范围内,优选为0.1g/m2到0.8g/m2且典型地为0.2g/m2左右。
可以将纯的Mica底漆用于可印刷涂层之下以及粘合剂接收层之上,如表1所示。该涂层重量可以低于0.01g/m2且典型地为0.004g/m2左右。还可以使用其他类型的底漆并且其可以包含聚乙烯亚胺,聚氨酯或者甚至FL780 XP基涂层。在可印刷涂层之下底漆的存在是任选的。可印刷涂层粘合可能是足够的足以提供可接收的薄膜性能。然而,基于实践和工艺的原因,使用这种类型的底漆是有利的。
在本发明公开的实验中,可印刷涂层一侧上的原料包含:(1)来自Sigma Aldrich的甲基丙烯酸乙酰乙酰氧基乙酯(AEEM)(95%固体);(2)来自Mica Corporation的Mica底漆(11.6%固体,pH为9.4);(3)来自DSM Neoresins的FL780 XP(44%固体,pH为8.5到9.0);以及(4)来自Grace Davison的Sylobloc 45(100%固体)。
对本发明公开的具有可印刷涂层的薄膜测量粘连性能。用于进行以下评价的样品在中试设备(中试涂覆器)上制备,除了使用"涂覆器50MB210"和"涂覆器60LH247"基础薄膜的样品,其用工业涂覆器进行涂覆。将基于FL780与0.4PHR Sylobloc 45的可印刷涂层以0.2g/m2的干燥涂层重量涂覆在50MB210基础薄膜(透明版)和60LH242(白色不透明版)上。不使用底漆或使用聚乙烯-亚胺基底漆将该涂层直接施加到电晕处理的基础薄膜上。对来自Mica Corporation的Mica也进行评价。在FL780 XP基础涂层(包含0.4phr的S45)中具有2和5PHR AAEM的配方也进行了测试。测试的8个配方如表2所示。

如表3所示使用50LL539(透明的)和60LH538(白色不透明的)薄膜的背侧进行粘连测试。撕裂性是当通过手动以高速(定性测试)将片材分离时用于粘连测试的样品撕裂的趋势:数值为1时最好,其等于没有观察到撕裂。

所有的透明版都显示出非常低的粘连值。与透明版(较高的压缩性)相比白色不透明版显示出较高的粘连值,但是值得指出的是添加了AAEM后从未对在加速条件下测量的粘连值不利。
然而,在卷轴中的粘连倾向评价是更可靠的。该测试主要在于在炎热条件下(即38℃和90%的相对湿度)储存狭缝卷(例如320mm宽,~500m)一周并且之后在实验室切条机上以高速(例如最小400m/min)展开该狭缝卷。对于透明和白色版本两者,甚至在这些非常苛刻的测试条件下都表现出不显著的粘连。
现在转向印刷品质和油墨粘附性,使用不同的变量进行印刷试验并且在中试涂覆器即图1-4B和工业涂覆器即图5-8B上进行制备。在透明版和白色不透明版上的试验结果以及测试方案包含在这些图中。低迁移,UV油墨(其更关键)用于透明版。相对于油墨或涂层对柔性包装材料的粘合性的测试流程记录为条带测试后残留在薄膜上的油墨的百分数。在印刷机(Reynders Boechout)上进行印刷,将Scotch 810 MagicTM型条带用于粘合性测试。
对于涉及的透明版,即图3,有或没有粘合促进剂时都观察到了优异的结果。然而,具有粘合促进剂的版本显著的超越了非食品级版本的性能。
关于白色版,即图2,当添加2和5PHR的AAEM时,具有低迁移(LM Ancora)和标准UV油墨的油墨粘合性和密度性能非常类似于非食品级(参考)。
图6和7显示了在工业涂覆器样品上进行的印刷测试结果。该结果也清楚好表明较低的涂层重量(0.15-0.20g/m2左右)和pH值调整(例如pH=9或10)对油墨粘合性是有利的,如由50LL536和60LH536版本的较差结果所示,其具有较高涂层重量(干重)且没有pH值调整。
对本发明公开的可印刷涂层在多层薄膜上的另一个参数量度是耐热水性。在80℃水中30分钟之前和之后测量的雾度值(没有AAEM的版本)如表4所示。

对现有的50LL539标准版(非食品)和新FL780基版本(其为丙烯酸类-基可印刷涂层)两者评价浸没在热水中之后的耐变白性。在热水中30分钟后雾度增加仅限于两个透明版,并且实际上其并不显著。这两个版本都在制造实验("ME")期间在工业涂覆器上制备。最终的值保持在可接收的水平。
不论是否进行空穴化,在透明和白色薄两者上,FL780基可印刷涂层的印刷品质和油墨粘附性可以通过使用甲基丙烯酸乙酰乙酰氧基乙酯(AEEM)粘合促进剂进行改进。低涂层重量,即0.1-0.2g/m2左右干重以及添加了氨进一步提高pH值(例如优选至少9到10)是改进的额外因素。还发现这种类型的涂层配方使卷轴中粘连/粘附倾向的水平保持为非常低的水平。具有不同粘合剂接收层(背侧)的多种薄膜结构都成功地进行了测试。由此,具有一些AAEM的FL780 XP基涂层显示出与其他更复杂(例如阳离子)的涂层相当的可印刷性性能(并且在一些情形中甚至更好)。此外,一些可印刷涂层符合新的欧洲食品接触法规。
在可印刷性和其他性质,例如在卷轴中粘连,雾度,摩擦系数等方面,本发明所述可印刷涂层还是进一步增强薄膜性能和PSL应用的潜在构件。
回到能够与本发明公开的可印刷涂层一起使用的多层薄膜的说明上,该多层薄膜可以是或者可以不是单轴或双轴取向的。在挤出方向上取向已知为纵向("MD")取向。垂直于挤出方向的取向已知为横向("TD")取向。可以通过首先在MD上之后在TD上拉伸或牵引薄膜实现取向。取向可以是连续的或同时的,这取决于期望的薄膜特征。取向比通常在MD上在挤出宽度的大约3倍到大约6倍之间并且在TD上在挤出宽度的大约4倍到大约10倍之间。
吹制薄膜可以通过控制参数例如卷取和吹胀比进行取向。流延薄膜可以在MD方向上通过卷取速度进行取向,并且在TD方向上通过使用拉幅机设备进行取向。吹塑薄膜或流延薄膜还可以通过在薄膜挤出过程之后拉幅机取向在一个或两个方向上取向。典型的商业取向工艺是BOPP拉幅机工艺和Linear Motor Simultaneous Stretching("LISIM")技术。
可以将多层薄膜的一个或两个外部暴露表面表面处理以便增加薄膜的表面能使该薄膜易于接受镀金属、涂层、印刷油墨和/或层压。表面处理可以根据现有技术中已知的一种方法进行。示例性的处理包含但不限于电晕放电,火焰,等离子体,化学,通过极化火焰,或者其他方法。
在一些实施方案中,薄膜首先进行表面处理,例如通过电晕处理,并且之后再次在涂覆生产线上进行处理,例如立即在进行涂覆之前进行火焰处理。在额外或选择性的实施方案中,薄膜可以首先进行表面处理,例如进行火焰处理,并且之后在镀金属箱中再次进行处理,例如,立即在金属化之前进行等离子体处理。

多层薄膜的芯层最通常是更厚的层并且提供了多层结构体的基础。在一些实施方案中并且除了芯的上述讨论,芯层实质上由非取向的、单轴取向的或双轴取向的聚合物组成,该聚合物是例如双轴取向的聚丙烯("BOPP"),双轴取向的聚酯("BOPET"),双轴取向的聚乳酸("BOPLA")以及它们的组合,并且其可以实质上不含其他组分。在选择性的实施方案中,芯还包含更少量的额外聚合物,其选自乙烯聚合物,乙烯-丙烯共聚物,乙烯-丙烯-丁烯三元共聚物,弹性体,塑性体,不同类型的茂金属LLDPE(m-LLDPE)以及它们的组合。

合适的烃树脂包含但不限于石油树脂,萜烯树脂,苯乙烯树脂和环戊二烯树脂。在一些实施方案中,烃树脂选自由脂肪族烃树脂,氢化脂肪族烃树脂,脂肪族/芳香族烃树脂,氢化脂肪族芳香族烃树脂,脂环族烃树脂,氢化脂环族树脂,脂环族/芳香族烃树脂,氢化脂环族/芳香族烃树脂,氢化芳香族烃树脂,聚萜烯树脂,萜烯-苯酚树脂,松香和松香酯,氢化松香和松香酯以及它们的组合组成的组。
在芯层中这些烃树脂单独或联合使用,基于芯层的总重量,其用量优选小于20wt%,更优选在1wt%到5wt%的范围内。
正如以下进一步详细讨论的,芯层可以进一步包含一种或多种添加剂,例如乳浊剂,颜料,着色剂,空穴化试剂,增滑剂,抗氧化剂,防雾剂,抗静电剂,填料,湿气屏障添加剂,气体屏障添加剂以及它们的组合。合适的抗静电剂是ARMOSTATTM 475(由Akzo Nobel,芝加哥,Ill商购获得)。
基于芯层的总重量,空穴化试剂可以以小于30wt%,优选小于20wt%,最优选在2wt%到10wt%范围内的量存在于芯层中。

结合层

添加剂

任选的,一个或多个表层可以与蜡混合或者用含蜡的涂层涂覆,基于润滑的目的,基于表层的总重量,其量在2wt%到15wt%的范围内。设想用于热塑性薄膜中的任何常规蜡,例如但不限于CarnaubaTM蜡(由Michelman Corporation,Cincinnati,Ohio商购获得)。
取向
实施方案包含多层薄膜可能的单轴取向或双轴取向。在挤出方向上取向已知为纵向(MD)取向。在垂直于挤出方向上取向已知为横向方向(TD)取向。可以通过首先在MD方向上拉伸或牵引然后在TD方向上取向而实现取向。吹制薄膜或流延薄膜还可以通过在薄膜挤出工艺之后的拉幅机取向,再次在一个或两个方向上而进行取向。取向可以是顺序的或同时的,这取决于期望的薄膜特性。优选的取向比通常是纵向上挤出宽度的大约3倍到大约6倍,并且是横向方向上挤出宽度的大约4倍到大约10倍。典型的商业取向加工是拉幅机工艺,吹制薄膜以及LISIM技术。
表面处理
多层薄膜的一个或两个外表面以及特别的,还有密封层可以进行表面处理以增加表面能使得薄膜易于接受金属化、涂层,印刷油墨,粘合剂和/或层压。该表面处理可以根据现有技术中已知的任一种方法进行,包含电晕放电,火焰处理,等离子体处理,化学处理,或通过极化火焰的手段进行处理。
金属化
多层薄膜可以是涂底漆的,涂覆的和然后金属化的。例如,表层的外表面(即背离芯的侧面),其与密封层相比其在芯相对的一侧上,可以在任选的处理后进行金属化。金属化可以通过常规的方法进行,例如通过沉积金属层例如铝,铜,银,铬或它们的混合物进行真空金属化。
底漆
底漆材料是现有技术已知的和包括例如环氧材料,聚(乙烯亚胺)(PEI)和聚氨酯材料。美国专利No.3,753,769、美国专利No.4,058,645和美国专利No.4,439,493公开了这些底漆的用途和应用,它们各自通过参考并入本发明。底漆提供了全面的粘合活性表面以便对后续施用的涂料组合物具有彻底且安全的粘合,并且其通过常规的溶液涂覆手段例如通过辊施加而施加到薄膜。

取向
本发明公开的薄膜其特征还在于在某些实施方案中其是双轴取向的。薄膜可以通过现有技术中已知的任何合适的技术,例如扩幅或吹制工艺,LISIMTM以及其他技术制备。此外,作业条件,温度设定,线速度等将取决于使用设备的类型和尺寸而变化。尽管如此,本发明一般情况下描述的是一种制备通过本发明说明书所描述的薄膜。在特别的实施方案中,将该薄膜成型并且使用扩幅的方法进行双轴取向。在扩幅工艺中可以实现大于100m/min到400m/min或更高的线速度,以及大于2000kg/hr到4000kg/hr或更高的输出。在扩幅工艺中,将不同材料的片材/薄膜熔融共混并且,例如通过3、4、5、7-层挤出模头共挤出为期望的薄膜结构体。直径在100mm到300或400mm范围内且长度与直径比在10/1到50/1范围内的挤出机可以用于将熔化的层材料熔融共混,然后熔融的物流计量加入到具有在0.5或1到上限为3或4或5或6mm范围内模头缝隙的模头中。之后使用空气、水或二者冷却挤出的薄膜。典型地,部分淹没在水浴中的单一大直径辊,或者设定为20或30到40或50或60或70℃的两个大冷却辊是合适的冷却设施。随着薄膜挤出,空气刀和切边销用于提供熔体和冷却辊之间紧密的接触。
在扩幅工艺的这个实施方案中第一冷却步骤的下游,将未取向的薄膜在一个实施方案中通过任何合适的设施,例如加热的S-包装辊再次加热到80到100或120或150℃的温度,并且之后在紧密配置的差速辊之间穿过以获得纵向上的取向。本领域技术人员应当理解的是这一温度范围可以取决于设备而变化,并且特别的,其取决于构成该薄膜的组合物的特性和组成。理想地,温度降低于融化薄膜的温度,但是其应当足够高以促进纵向上的取向加工。本发明所涉及的温度指的是薄膜温度本身。例如可以通过使用红外光谱测量薄膜温度,在薄膜进行处理时将电源对准它;本领域技术人员能够理解的是对于透明薄膜,测量实际的薄膜温度将是不实际的。用于薄膜线的加热手段可以设定为任何合适的加热水平,这取决于设备,以获得规定的薄膜温度。
将变长和变薄的薄膜穿过生产线的扩幅工段用于TD取向。在这一点上,通过连续产线上的机械夹子抓住片材边缘并且将其拉动进入长的、精细控制的热空气烘箱中进行预热步骤。在预热步骤中薄膜温度在100或110到150或170或180℃的范围内。再一次,该温度将低于融化薄膜的温度,但是其足够高以促进横向方向上的取向步骤。这之后,通过连续生产线上的机械夹子夹住片材边缘并且将其拉动进入长的、精细控制的热空气烘箱中进行横向拉伸。当拉幅机链偏离以横向方向上拉伸薄膜所需的数量时,将加工温度相对于预热温度下降至少2℃,但是典型地不超过20℃以保持薄膜温度使其不会融化薄膜。在拉伸以获得薄膜的横向取向之后,将薄膜在低于熔点的温度下退火,并且之后将薄膜冷却到低于拉伸温度5到10或15或20或30或40℃下,在边缘修整前释放夹子,然后可以进行任选的电晕,印刷和/或其他处理,之后是卷绕。
因此通过如下步骤实现TD取向:预热已经纵向取向的薄膜,然后在低于薄膜熔点的温度下拉伸和退火,并且之后在仍然更低的温度下的冷却步骤。在一个实施方案中,本发明所述的薄膜通过如下方式形成:通过首先预热薄膜的工艺施加横向取向,之后相对于预热温度降低工艺温度在从2或3到5到10或15或20℃的范围内同时进行薄膜的横向取向,然后相对于熔点温度降低温度在从5℃到10或15或20或30或40℃的范围内,保持或略有降低(大于5%)拉伸的量以允许薄膜退火。后面的步骤赋予本发明所述的薄膜的低TD收缩特性。因此,例如在预热温度为120℃的情况下,拉伸温度可以是114℃,并且冷却步骤可以是98℃,或本申请公开范围内的任何温度。该步骤进行足够长的时间以便根据本领域技术人员理解的那样影响期望的薄膜性质。
因此,在某些实施方案中,本发明所述的薄膜是双轴取向的,且具有至少5或6或7或8倍的TD取向和至少2或3或4倍的MD取向。在这样形成的情况下,至少三个层(一个芯层,两个表层,18-21μm厚度)在某些实施方案中在TD中具有在100或110到80或90或200MPa范围内的极限拉伸强度;并且在其他实施方案中在MD中具有在30或40到150或130MPa范围内的极限拉伸强度。此外,本发明所述的SCS薄膜在某些实施方案中具有大于10或15g的MD埃尔门多夫撕裂强度,并且在其他实施方案中具有大于15或20g的TD埃尔门多夫撕裂强度。
虽然前述内容涉及本发明公开的示例性实施方案,但是也可以设计其他的或进一步的实施方案而并不背离本发明的基本乏味,其中公开的应用、组合物、结构体、标签的范围等等均通过至少一篇后续提交的、非在先专利申请的一个或多个权利要求进行限定。

Claims (20)

1.一种薄膜,其包含:
多层基础薄膜,该多层基础薄膜包含芯和施加到多层薄膜至少一个外表面上的至少一个可印刷涂层;以及
该至少一个可印刷涂层包含丙烯酸类-基聚合物,
其中该至少一个可印刷涂层具有在0.1g/m2到0.9g/m2范围内的干燥涂层重量并且具有至少9的pH值,
其中该薄膜符合欧洲用于食品接触包装和标签的法规。
2.权利要求1的薄膜,进一步在至少一个可印刷涂层中包含粘合促进剂。
3.权利要求2的薄膜,其中粘合促进剂包含甲基丙烯酸乙酰乙酰氧基乙酯。
4.权利要求1的薄膜,其中甲基丙烯酸乙酰乙酰氧基乙酯构成至少一个可印刷涂层的1到5重量%。
5.权利要求1的薄膜,进一步包含与至少一个可印刷涂层相邻的底漆层。
6.权利要求1的薄膜,其中将油墨施加到至少一个可印刷涂层,并且当油墨是黑色时该至少一个可印刷涂层具有至少80%的油墨粘合性。
7.权利要求1的薄膜,其中将油墨施加到至少一个可印刷涂层,并且当油墨是青色、黄色、品红色或白色时该至少一个可印刷涂层具有至少90%的油墨粘合性。

9.权利要求1的薄膜,进一步在至少一个可印刷涂层中包含抗粘连剂,由此使得粘连值小于15g/25mm。
