Abstract

Description
用于前牙和后牙的根内锚定(ANCLA)销。本发明涉及一种用于在龋齿的广泛损伤和冠部破坏后接受牙髓治疗的前牙和后牙之康复的牙科生物材料,其用作根内锚定元件并用于支撑修复体。
目前的销(栓(postes))可以分成两大组,可以铸造和预制的金属销和基于包埋在聚合物中的玻璃纤维的非金属销,其具有与它们相关的不可修补的牙齿破裂的高发生率的缺点。
已经通过体外和体内临床试验对两组进行了充分的研究,使得在文献中建立了各组的适应症和禁忌症。提供了参考文献,其教导了类似装置的发明专利。专利#3199037(US4729736A)由保持牙齿修复体的牙齿栓组成,其由具有纵轴、带有螺旋槽的圆柱形销形成,还具有用于帮助其保留在牙齿内部的外部轮廓(架)。专利#207971由紧固装置组成,其通过引入到牙根中的销来用于义齿。专利#RU2556526由两个组件组成:销和支柱销组件由计算机磨削的陶瓷制成,并且具有可准确地固定到所准备的根管壁的外壳。专利#USD730523(S1),牙齿栓(摘要不可获得)。
锚定销是在美学上预制的根内保留装置,一旦被动地启封,其适配于根管的顶端,停留在内部,以允许用树脂材料重建支柱以接受最终的修复体,参见图1。
根内销从一端到另一端的总长度为5mm至22mm,参见图1(1),其具有顶端解剖形状(锚部),参见图1(2),其根据牙根的顶端内部空间具有1mm至5mm长度和1.5mm至7mm直径,参见图1(2)。
根内锚定销的目的是允许所有牙齿器官(前牙和后牙)的康复,这需要根内保留装置,从而恢复其主要咀嚼功能,以及发声、吞咽和美学损失。此外,其还允许牙齿的被动重建,降低侧壁张力,改善根内元件保留并提供进行美学上的牙齿重建的可能性。锚定销需要很短时间来安装在牙齿内,并且不昂贵。锚定销被设计为符合其适应症下牙齿咀嚼的典型静态和动态功能、插入和重建技术,在MTI 2k通用测定系统(美国)中测试抵抗高达1400牛顿的力。这些特征允许当锚定销中存在破裂时,所述的破裂是可移除类型的,并且因此可以修复牙齿。
为了使用锚定销,牙根必须状态良好,并且已经进行了牙髓治疗(导管),参见图2(1)(2)。除去放置在牙髓中的材料(古塔胶),留下了5mm的顶部密封或在根的末端,参见图2(2)。
根据根管尺寸利用X射线选择待使用的锚定销的直径和长度,参见图2(3)。
用待使用的锚定销的钻头对其矫正以避免圆周运动,测试并调整根内锚定销。
清洁导管,并根据黏固剂制造商的建议进行任何品牌的树脂黏固剂的调整并且布置在导管内部,参见图2(4)。
手动缓慢地插入锚定销,通常通过LED照明来使黏固剂固化,然后验证黏固剂的黏合和硬度,重建支柱(牙齿的上部,其通过任何品牌的复合树脂或树脂黏固剂支撑修复体)并且最后切割或准备支柱,并且牙齿准备好接受通常为瓷冠的修复体,参见图2(5)。
权利要求书(按照条约第19条的修改)
1.用于前牙和后牙的根内销,其特征在于白色半透明的色调和直到抵达下端之前沿着其长度为圆柱形形状,其中其端部为改善根内元件的保留的锚部形式。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于前牙和后牙的根内销,其特征在于具有20至90Gpa的弹性挠曲模量,30至80%的玻璃纤维和20至70%的树脂和聚合物,实现1000至1600MPa的挠曲力、400至2000牛顿的压缩力,并且射线不透性的范围为40至180%。
3.根据权利要求1和2所述的用于前牙和后牙的根内销,其特征在于避免了不可修补的破裂,并且牙齿的总修复体的直径为0.7至6mm,其长度为5至22mm,以编号1至15来确定。
Claims (10)
1.锚部整体上由30至80%的玻璃纤维和20至70%的树脂和聚合物构成,参见图1。
2.其特征在于半透明/白色色调,参见图1。
3.其具有直的和圆锥的形状,参见图3。
4.其特征在于直到所述锚部之前其整体为圆柱形状,参见图3(2)。
5.包含20至90GPA的弹性挠曲模量。

9.锚定销的特征在于其根据其在1至15的15种不同尺寸范围内之长度(5mm至22mm)的分类,参见图1(1),其中最小直径为0.5mm并且最大为3.0mm,参见图3(2),其中所述锚部的最小直径为0.7mm至6mm,参见图3(3)。
10.这些特征避免了不可修补的牙齿破裂的频率,所述锚定销的特征在于破裂是可移除类型的,其中所述牙齿是完全可恢复的。
