Description

Comb with comb teeth
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a comb, which is easy to hold by forming a curved recess on the comb edge or the comb teeth of the comb body, and which makes the bundle of hair caught in the hairstyling operation and the like not easy to slip off.
Background
Conventionally, in a comb used for hair setting or the like, comb edges (one end comb edge provided on one end side in the longitudinal direction of a comb body and the other end comb edge provided on the other end side) are provided so as to protrude from both ends of a bar-shaped comb body, and a plurality of comb teeth are provided between the comb edges provided on both ends.
Patent document 1 below shows an example of a conventional comb in which the shape of the comb teeth with the lateral direction of the comb teeth as the front surface is tapered, the outer peripheral edges on both sides (the outer peripheral edges indicated by lines in the vertical direction on both sides) are formed as straight oblique lines (see fig. 2 of patent document 1), and the side portions of the comb with the lateral direction of the edge of the comb as the front surface are also tapered, and the outer peripheral edges on both sides are formed as straight oblique lines (see fig. 17(B) of patent document 1). Further, patent document 1 also discloses that a through hole is formed in the comb-like edge portion (corresponding to the tip portion 2a or the root portion 2b of patent document 1) so as to penetrate in the lateral direction (see fig. 1, 5, 6, etc. of patent document 1). The shape of the comb is generally classified into a shape having a grip portion (tail portion) (for example, a shape shown in fig. 7, 8, 10, 11, 13, 14, 17, 18 and the like of patent document 1) and a shape having no grip portion (for example, a shape shown in fig. 1, 5, 15 and the like of patent document 1).
Patent document 2 discloses a comb in which a notch (6) or a central depression (7) is formed in the outer peripheral edge of one lateral side (the front side of the comb) of the teeth (see fig. 1 to 4 of patent document 2). Similarly, patent document 3 below discloses a comb in which a groove 3b cut in a zigzag arc shape is formed in the outer peripheral edge (outer side surface) of one side (front surface side of the comb) or both sides (front surface and back surface side of the comb) in the lateral direction of the comb teeth (see fig. 7 and 8 and paragraph 0016 of patent document 3). Further, patent document 4 below discloses a cap with a comb, in which a notch 34 is formed in the outer peripheral edge of one side in the lateral direction of comb teeth provided in the cap (see fig. 7 and paragraph 0005 of patent document 4).
Patent document 4 discloses a permanent wave comb ring provided with curved and inclined comb teeth. Further, patent document 5 discloses a brush for hair dyeing in which a concave portion (finger holding portion) is formed on a side surface of a brush base portion to such an extent that a finger can be put thereon in order to prevent slipping while being suitable for holding the brush by hand.

Problems to be solved by the invention
A cosmetologist or a barber who are professional users of a comb adopts various methods of gripping a comb according to work content. Examples of a method of gripping the comb include a method of gripping the comb teeth with fingers, a method of gripping both the comb edges and the comb teeth located in the vicinity of the comb edges with fingers (e.g., thumb). However, in the case of such a gripping method, the comb teeth and the comb edge portion have straight (linear) outer peripheral edges as described above, and since the portion where the user touches the fingers on the comb side is curved in the above-described gripping method, the state of contact between the comb side and the fingers of the user is point contact.
In some of the beauty workers and hairdressers who are professional users, the work of using the comb is performed in a state where water, hair dressing, or the like is attached to the fingers, and when water, hair dressing, or the like is attached to the fingers, the surfaces of the fingers are liable to slip.
In addition, in some cases, hair is made with a high-viscosity shampoo and a comb (for example, a hair-making method called "finger curling" which is a subject of national examination by a cosmetologist), and in the case of such hair-making with a high-viscosity shampoo or the like, it is required to exert a considerable force for supporting the fingers of the comb. However, since the contact state between the user's finger and the comb is point contact as described above, there is a problem that the force is concentrated on the contact portion of the finger, and the load on the contact portion of the finger is large. Further, when a shampoo or the like is adhered to a portion of the finger to be touched, the skin of the portion may be swollen, and when an operation for applying a large load to the finger is performed in a state where the skin of the finger is swollen, the skin of the portion of the finger where a force for supporting the comb is concentrated may be curled or the like, and the skin of the finger may be injured.
Further, as an operation using the comb, an operation of picking up a hair bundle as a hair cutting object with the comb may be performed, and in the case of performing such an operation, since the comb teeth and the comb edge portion have tapered shapes such as a wedge shape as described above, there is a problem that the hair bundle which is not easy to pick up easily slips off from the tip side of the comb teeth and the comb edge portion. Further, as an example of performing another operation using a comb, there is a case where an operation (a parting operation) of moving the comb in the hair while inserting the comb into the hair is performed to turn the hair in a desired direction, and when such an operation is performed, since the thickness of the comb edge is larger than that of the teeth of the comb, resistance generated by contact with the hair is large, and therefore, there is a problem that it is difficult to smoothly perform the operation of moving the comb edge while inserting the comb edge into the hair.
In addition, in the above-described problem, in the comb teeth according to patent document 2, the bottom surfaces of the notch portions (6) or the central recessed portion (7) have a flat shape, and when a finger is inserted into the notch portions (6) or the central recessed portion (7), the bottom surfaces are only in point contact with the flat bottom surface, so that an appropriate grip for gripping the comb cannot be obtained, and the burden on the contact portion of the finger cannot be reduced. In the comb according to patent document 3, the groove 3b cut in the teeth is shaped like a saw-tooth arc, and therefore, when a finger is received in such a groove 3b, the finger is bitten into the serrated tip portion, and the finger load is increased.
Further, as is apparent from the usage example shown in fig. 5 of patent document 4, the thickness of the fingers shown in the figure is equal to or larger than the length of the comb teeth, and therefore if a method of gripping the comb teeth or the side portions of the comb with fingers is adopted, the fingers almost cover the tips of the comb teeth and cannot function as a comb, and therefore, it is not conceivable to adopt such a gripping method for the permanent wave comb ring of patent document 4. Further, the brush for hair dyeing according to patent document 5 has a concave portion formed in a brush seat portion corresponding to the comb main body, and therefore, does not play any role in a method of holding the comb by supporting the comb teeth or the comb edge portion. Further, in the comb according to patent document 1, although the through holes are formed in the tip end portion 2a or the root portion 2b corresponding to the comb edge portion, the through holes are not formed in the tip end portion, and therefore, the through holes do not have any relation with the contact of the tip end portion of the comb edge portion with the hair.
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a comb which can provide a proper gripping feeling for fingers supporting the comb and can reduce a burden on the fingers by forming concave portions (comb tooth concave portions) conforming to the curve of the fingers on the comb teeth or the comb edge portions.
Further, the present invention has an object to provide a comb in which an edge is formed at a portion where a newly formed recess (comb recess) is connected to a root side, thereby further improving the grippability.
Further, another object of the present invention is to provide a comb in which an edge is formed at a portion where a newly formed recess (comb recess) is connected to a tip side, so that a bundle of hair that is picked up is less likely to slip off when the bundle of hair is picked up with the comb.
Further, it is an object of the present invention to provide a comb which can alleviate resistance applied to a front end portion of an edge portion of the comb when the comb is inserted into hair or moved therein by forming a through hole at the front end portion of the edge portion.
Means for solving the problems
In order to solve the above-described problems, a comb according to the present invention includes a comb main body, comb edge portions provided at both ends of the comb main body in a longitudinal direction, and a plurality of comb teeth protruding from the comb main body between the comb edge portions at both ends, and is characterized in that a curved-shaped comb tooth recess based on a concave curve is formed in each of adjacent comb teeth included in at least a partial range of the plurality of comb teeth at a middle portion between a tip side and a root side on an outer peripheral edge of at least one side in a lateral direction of the comb tooth, and a portion having a narrowest width at a middle portion of the comb tooth in which the comb tooth recess is formed has a size smaller than a portion having a largest width at the tip side of the comb tooth.
In the present invention, since the comb-tooth concave portion having a curved shape as a whole based on the concave curve is formed at the middle portion of each of the adjacent comb teeth included in a partial range, in the case of the gripping method in which the comb teeth are supported by the fingers, the fingers are accommodated in the respective comb-tooth concave portions of the adjacent comb teeth, and the fingers accommodated in the respective comb-tooth concave portions are in contact with the comb side over a wide range, not in point contact, because the comb-tooth concave portions have a curved shape as a whole. By thus receiving the fingers in the comb teeth concave portion in a wide contact range, the fingers supporting the comb can be provided with a proper grip feeling, and the force applied to the fingers is dispersed to a wide contact portion, thereby reducing the burden on the fingers. In addition, when a user lifts a hair bundle to be cut with a comb, the lifted hair bundle is received in the concave portion of the comb teeth and is not easily slid from the distal end side of the comb teeth.
Further, a comb according to the present invention includes a comb main body, comb edge portions provided at both longitudinal ends of the comb main body, respectively, and a plurality of comb teeth protruding from the comb main body between the comb edge portions at both ends, wherein at least one of the comb edge portions at both ends has a concave portion formed in a middle portion between a tip side and a base side on an outer peripheral edge of at least one side in a lateral direction of the comb edge portion, a portion having a narrowest width at a middle portion of comb edge teeth in which the concave portion is formed has a smaller size than a portion having a largest width at a tip side of the comb edge portion, and among the plurality of comb teeth, a comb tooth concave portion having a curved shape formed in a concave portion in a lateral direction of the comb tooth corresponding to the concave portion at the comb edge portion is formed at least in each comb tooth included in a range provided on the side of the comb edge portion in which the concave portion is formed, the comb teeth are formed with a comb tooth recess portion, and the width of the comb tooth recess portion is narrower at a central portion than at a distal end side of the comb teeth.
In the present invention, since the concave portion is formed in at least one of the comb edges on both sides of the comb body, and the comb teeth concave portion is formed in each of the comb teeth which belong to the range of the comb edge portion side where the concave portion is formed, and the concave portion of the comb edge portion is communicated with the comb tooth concave portion of each of the comb teeth, when a finger touches and grips the comb teeth which are located in the range of the comb edge portion and the vicinity of the comb edge portion, the finger is received in the concave portion and the comb tooth concave portion. Further, since the entire concave portions and the comb tooth concave portions are curved, the finger can be easily brought into wide contact with the concave portions and the comb tooth concave portions, and an appropriate grip strength can be obtained.
In addition, when a work such as picking up a hair bundle to be cut with a comb is performed, the picked-up hair bundle is also accommodated in the concave portion and the comb tooth concave portion, and therefore is not easily slipped off from the comb teeth and the tip side of the comb edge portion. Further, the dimension of the narrowest part of the concave parts of the comb edge parts is smaller than the dimension of the widest part on the tip side of the comb edge parts, and the dimension of the narrowest part of the comb tooth concave parts of the comb teeth is smaller than the dimension of the widest part on the tip side of the comb teeth.
The comb according to the present invention is characterized in that the concave portion of the comb edge is formed on the outer peripheral edge of both the one side and the other side in the lateral direction.
In the present invention, since the concave portions of the comb edge portions are formed on the outer peripheral edges of both sides in the lateral direction, the comb concave portions of the comb teeth formed at the portions corresponding to the concave portions are also provided on both sides in the lateral direction, and fingers can be accommodated in the concave portions and the comb concave portions when the comb is gripped from either the front surface side or the back surface side of the comb, so that the gripping performance of the comb can be improved. For the same reason, the user can lift the hair bundle to be cut on either the front side or the back side of the comb, and the lifted hair bundle is received in the concave portion and the comb tooth concave portion, thereby improving the usability of the comb.
The comb according to the present invention is characterized in that the concave portions are formed in both of the comb edge portions at both ends.
In the present invention, since the concave portions are formed in both the comb edge portions provided at both ends of the comb main body, the comb is gripped from either of the both ends of the comb main body, and the thumb is accommodated in the concave portion and the comb tooth concave portion, thereby further improving the gripping performance of the comb. For the same reason, the user can further improve the usability of the comb by performing an operation such as picking up the hair bundle to be cut from either end of the comb main body and accommodating the picked-up hair bundle in the concave portion and the comb tooth concave portion.
The comb according to the present invention is characterized in that short comb teeth having a shorter total length than the comb teeth are provided on the comb main body so as to be adjacent to one of the comb edge portions at both ends, and the comb tooth concave portions are formed in a plurality of adjacent comb teeth except the short comb teeth.
In the present invention, since the short comb teeth are provided adjacent to one comb edge portion, even if the concave portion and the comb tooth concave portion are provided, the operation of forming the split of the hair (splitting operation) can be performed by one comb edge portion, and the comb tooth concave portion is formed in the plurality of adjacent comb teeth, so that it is easy to cope with the operation of picking up a large amount of hair bundle, and the efficiency of the operation using the comb can be improved.
The comb according to the present invention is characterized in that an edge is formed at a portion where the concave portion is connected to the root side in the side portion of the comb.
In the present invention, since the edge is formed at the portion where the concave portion of the comb edge portion is connected to the base side, the fingers accommodated in the concave portion hang on the edge, the gripping ability of the fingers gripping the comb is further improved, and the edge can be used as an anti-slip member for the fingers gripping the comb.
The comb according to the present invention is characterized in that an edge is formed at a portion of the comb teeth where the comb teeth recess is connected to the root side.
In the present invention, since the edge is formed also at the portion of the comb teeth where the comb tooth concave portion is connected to the root side, the fingers accommodated in the comb tooth concave portion are caught on the edges of the respective comb teeth, the gripping ability of the fingers gripping the comb can be further improved, and the slip-preventing function of the fingers gripping the comb can be further improved.
The comb according to the present invention is characterized in that an edge is formed at a portion of the comb edge portion where the concave portion is connected to the tip end side.
In the present invention, since the edge is formed at the portion where the concave portion in the comb edge portion is connected to the tip end side, the hair bundle taken into the concave portion by the scooping up of the comb is caught by the edge, and the scooped hair bundle is less likely to slip off from the comb teeth and the comb edge portion.
The comb according to the present invention is characterized in that an edge is formed at a portion of the comb teeth, which is connected to the tip side, of the comb teeth in the comb teeth concave portion.
In the present invention, since the edge is also formed at the portion of the comb dent in the comb teeth connected to the tip side, the hair bundle received in the comb dent by the lifting of the comb is caught by the edge of each comb tooth, and the lifted hair bundle is less likely to slip off from the comb teeth and the comb edge.
The comb according to the present invention is characterized in that the concave portion and the comb tooth concave portion have the same curved shape based on concave curves having the same curvature.
In the present invention, since the concave portion and the comb-tooth concave portion are formed in the same curved shape based on the concave curve having the same curvature, the concave portion and the comb-tooth concave portion are smoothly and continuously connected to each other in the same shape, and the feeling of contact (feeling) of the finger accommodated in the concave portion and the comb-tooth concave portion is improved.
The comb according to the present invention is characterized in that a distal end through hole penetrating in the lateral direction is formed in a portion of the comb edge portion on the distal end side of the concave portion.
In the present invention, the comb side portion having a larger thickness than the comb teeth is formed with the tip through hole penetrating in the lateral direction at a portion of the comb side portion on the tip side than the concave portion, and therefore, resistance is generated by contact with the hair because the thickness of the comb side portion is larger than the thickness of the comb teeth when the tip of the comb is inserted into the hair or the comb is moved through the hair in the related art.
Effects of the invention
In the present invention, since the concave comb-tooth portion having a curved shape as a whole based on the concave curve is formed in the middle portion of each of the adjacent comb teeth included in a partial range, the finger accommodated in each of the concave comb-tooth portions can be brought into contact with the comb side over a wide range, a proper grip feeling can be obtained for the finger supporting the comb, and the force applied to the finger is dispersed to a wide contact portion, so that the burden on the finger can be reduced.
Further, in the present invention, since the concave portion is formed on the comb edge portion in addition to the comb concave portion of the comb teeth, the thumb can be accommodated in the concave portion and the comb concave portion when the comb is held from either the front side or the back side of the comb, the holding property of the comb can be improved without paying attention to the directionality of the comb, the burden of the fingers supporting the comb can be reduced, and the work such as picking up the hair bundle as the hair cutting object can be performed without paying attention to the directionality of the comb, and the picked-up hair bundle can be accommodated in the concave portion and the comb concave portion, and the usability of the comb can be improved.
In the present invention, since the concave portion and the comb-tooth concave portion are formed in the same curved shape based on the concave curve having the same curvature, the concave portion and the comb-tooth concave portion are smoothly and continuously connected to each other in the same shape, and the touch (feeling) of the finger accommodated in the concave portion and the comb-tooth concave portion can be improved.
In the present invention, since the concave portions are formed on both sides of the comb edge portions provided at both ends of the comb main body, the gripping performance of the comb can be further improved by gripping the comb from either side in the longitudinal direction of the comb main body and accommodating the thumb into the concave portion and the comb tooth concave portion, and for the same reason, even if the operation of picking up the hair bundle as the hair cutting object is mainly performed on either side in the longitudinal direction of the comb main body, the picked-up hair bundle can be accommodated into the concave portion and the comb tooth concave portion, and the usability of the comb can be further improved.
In the present invention, since the short comb teeth are provided adjacent to one comb edge portion, even if the concave portion and the comb tooth concave portion are provided, the operation of forming the split of the hair (splitting operation) can be performed by one comb edge portion, and since the comb tooth concave portion is formed over the entire area, the operation of picking up a large amount of hair bundles and the like can be easily handled, and the efficiency of the operation using the comb is improved.
In the invention, because the edge is formed at the part where the concave part in the comb edge part is connected with the root side, the fingers accommodated in the concave part and the comb tooth concave part are hung by the edge, the gripping performance of the fingers holding the comb can be improved, and the edge can be used as an anti-slip piece.
In the present invention, since the edge is formed also at the portion of the comb teeth where the comb tooth recess portion is connected to the root side, the fingers accommodated in the recess portion and the comb tooth recess portion are caught by the edge of each comb tooth, and therefore, the gripping ability of the fingers gripping the comb can be further improved, and the slip prevention function of the fingers gripping the comb can be further improved.
In the present invention, since the edge is formed at the portion where the concave portion of the comb edge portion is connected to the tip end side, the hair bundle that is picked up by the comb and is accommodated in the concave portion and the comb tooth concave portion is caught by the edge, and the picked-up hair bundle can be suppressed from slipping off from the comb teeth and the comb edge portion.
In the present invention, since the edge is formed also at the portion of the comb teeth where the comb tooth concave portion is connected to the tip end side, the hair bundle picked up by the comb and accommodated in the concave portion and the comb tooth concave portion is caught by the edge of each comb tooth, and the force of suppressing the picked-up hair bundle from slipping off from the comb teeth and the comb edge portion can be further improved.
In the present invention, the distal end through hole penetrating in the lateral direction is formed at the position closer to the distal end side than the concave portion in the comb edge portion, so that the contact range with the hair at the distal end portion of the comb edge portion is possible, and the work of inserting the distal end of the comb into the hair or moving the comb in the hair can be performed smoothly compared with the conventional value.

The comb 1 will be described in detail below.
As shown in fig. 1, 2(a), 4(a), and the like, the comb main body 2 has a plurality of through holes 7 penetrating in the Z-axis direction from the 1 st surface 2c corresponding to the front surface to the 2 nd surface 2d corresponding to the back surface on the opposite side, and the plurality of through holes 7 are arranged substantially linearly in the X-axis direction at predetermined intervals. The through hole 7 is an ellipse laterally elongated in the X-axis direction, and an elliptical spot facing portion 7a is formed around the ellipse (see also fig. 3 (b)). In embodiment 1, the ratio of the inner diameter of the through hole 7 on the long axis side to the inner diameter of the through hole on the short axis side is 2 to 1, and for example, the inner diameter on the long axis side is set to about 4mm (millimeters) and the inner diameter on the short axis side is set to about 2mm (for example, the inner diameter on the long axis side is set to about 9mm and the inner diameter on the short axis side is set to about 3 mm).
As shown in fig. 2(a), the through-holes 7 located on the most distal side 2a of the comb main body 2 are formed at the centers thereof at positions separated by a distance L from the outer edge of the one-end comb-side portion 3 provided on the one distal side 2a of the comb main body 2(a portion in the range of the proximal side 3b of the one-end outer edge surface 3d which is a surface of the outer edge of the one-end comb-side portion 3), and the through-holes 7 located at positions 2 nd and thereafter in the order from the one distal side 2a are formed at the centers of the through-holes 7 at respective distances L. As a specific example of the distance L, the size may be set to any one of millimeter units or inch units according to the shipping place, specification, and the like of the comb 1, and for example, the most standard size is set to 10mm or the like in the case of using the millimeter unit size, and is set to 1 inch (inch) or 0.5 inch or the like in the case of using the inch unit size. The plurality of through holes 7 formed at such intervals can be used as a mark (a mark indicating a distance in the longitudinal direction of the comb body 2) indicating a predetermined size by the distance L.
As shown in fig. 4a, a plurality of through holes 7 are also formed in the other end side 2b of the comb main body 2 at the same intervals (distance L) as the one end side 2a from the outer edge of the other end comb side portion 4 provided in the other end side 2b of the comb main body 2 (the portion in the range of the base side 4b of the other end outer edge surface 4d which is the surface of the outer edge of the other end comb side portion 4). The central portion 2e (see fig. 1) in the longitudinal direction 2 of the comb main body 2 is not provided with the through hole 7 so as to be used as a gripping portion when the working side of the comb 1 is switched between the one end side 2a and the other end side 2b (the use side of the comb during working is switched between the one end side 2a and the other end side 2b by rotating around a portion where the central portion 2e of the comb main body 2 is gripped and gripped).
As shown in fig. 1 and the like, the comb 1 is provided with a plurality of comb teeth 6 on the comb main body 2 in parallel with the one end comb edge portion 3 and the other end comb edge portion 4, and the arrangement intervals (comb tooth pitches) of the respective comb teeth 6 are made different in a 1 st range 1a (range on the side of the one end comb edge portion 3) from the center of a central portion 2e of the comb main body 2 to the one end side 2a and a 2 nd range 1b (range on the side of the other end comb edge portion 4) from the center of the central portion 2e to the other end side 2b in the longitudinal direction of the comb main body 2, and the comb tooth pitch in the 1 st range 1a is made wider than the comb tooth pitch in the 2 nd range 1b (it is conceivable that the comb tooth pitch in the 1 st range 1a is about 3mm as an example, and the comb tooth pitch in the 2 nd range 1b is about 1.5mm as an example).
By making the comb tooth pitch different between the 1 st range 1a and the 2 nd range 1b in this way, different kinds of hair styling work can be performed by one comb 1, and for example, it is possible to perform rough hair styling work on the 1 st range 1a side and fine hair styling work on the 2 nd range 1b side, and therefore, it is necessary to switch the comb on the use side in the work to the one end side 2a or the other end side 2b as described above. The thickness dimensions (the dimension of the comb teeth along the X axis) of the comb teeth 6 included in the 1 st area 1a and the comb teeth 6 included in the 2 nd area 1b are different from each other, and the thickness dimension of the comb teeth 6 included in the 1 st area 1a is about 1mm strong, while the thickness dimension of the comb teeth 6 included in the 2 nd area 1b is about 0.6 to 0.8 mm.
In the comb 1, short comb teeth 6' having a projection dimension (total length in the Y axis direction) shorter than the other normal length comb teeth 6 are provided at a portion of the plurality of comb teeth 6 adjacent to the one end comb edge portion 3 in the 1 st range 1a, and therefore, when a hair splitting operation (splitting operation) is performed by the one end comb edge portion 3, a space is generated around the tip 3v (see fig. 2(b)) of the one end comb edge portion 3, and the splitting operation is easily performed. In addition, the thickness dimension of the short comb teeth 6' is about 1mm strong.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2(a) and (b), the one-end comb edge portion 3 has a tapered shape with a tapered tip, and protrudes from the one-end side 2a of the comb main body 2 in a direction orthogonal to the comb main body 2 (direction along the Y-axis direction) to surround and protect the comb teeth 6. In fig. 2(a) which is a front view, the one-end comb edge portion 3 is divided into a range of a tip side 3a having a tapered tip 3v, a range of a base side 3b connected to the comb main body 2, and a range of an intermediate portion 3c between the tip side 3a and the base side 3b in a direction along the Y axis direction. The ratio of these ranges may be set in various ways according to design specifications, but when the total length in the Y axis direction of the one-end comb edge portion 3 is "1", the tip end side 3a and the root side are "about 0.3", the intermediate portion 3c is "about 0.4", and the intermediate portion 3c is slightly wider than the other two ranges, and it is preferable that the one-end concave portion 3e shown in fig. 2(a), and the 1 st concave portion 3h and the 2 nd concave portion 3i shown in fig. 2(b) each have a desired size with respect to the user's finger or the like.
The one-end comb-edge portion 3 has one piece of one-end concave portion 3e having a curved shape based on a concave curve formed in an outer peripheral edge (one-end outer edge surface 3d as a surface forming the outer peripheral edge) as viewed from the front in fig. 2 a. The curvature (curvature of concave curve) of the end concave portion 3e is preferably slightly smaller than the smallest curvature portion of a normal human head, and in the example shown in fig. 2(a), the radius of curvature is about 50 mm. Further, on the base side 3b of the one end comb-brimmed portion 3, the one end outer edge surface 3d is formed into a substantially flat surface, and the tip side 3a of the one end comb-brimmed portion 3 is formed into a curve (curved surface) which is convex outward and becomes thinner as it approaches the tip 3 v.
The one-end comb-edge portion 3 is formed such that a portion of the one-end outer edge surface 3d on both sides (the tip side 3a and the base side 3b) of the one-end concave portion 3e is protruded in the Y-axis direction by forming the one-end concave portion 3 e. Thus, when the one-end outer edge surface 3d is brought into contact with the scalp of the human head, the stable posture of the comb 1 can be ensured by bringing the parts of the one-end outer edge surface 3d on both sides of the one-end dimple portion 3e into contact with the scalp at two points, and the substantial length of the hair growing from the scalp can be measured with the comb 1 having a stable posture using the through-hole 7 as a scale.
As shown in fig. 2a and 9, the one-end comb edge portion 3 is formed with a distal end through hole 8 penetrating in the Z-axis direction (lateral direction) on the distal end side 3 a. The distal end through hole 8 is elliptical in the same manner as the through hole 7 of the comb main body 2, and an elliptical spot-facing 8a (see fig. 9) is formed around the ellipse. Further, the tip through hole 8 is disposed with its long axis direction inclined with respect to the Y axis direction, whereby the outer edge of the tapered tip side 3a draws a convex curve (curved surface) outward, and its contour follows the opening edge of the spot facing portion 8a of the tip through hole 8, ensuring that the tip through hole 8 and the spot facing portion 8a each having an elliptical shape have openings in a size range as large as possible.
Fig. 2(b) shows a state where the one-end comb-side portion 3 is viewed from the one-end outer edge surface 3d, and the shape of the one-end comb-side portion 3 is bilaterally symmetrical when viewed from this direction. In one outer peripheral edge 3f (edge on the same side as the 1 st surface 2c on the front side of the comb main body 2) and in the other outer peripheral edge 3g (edge on the same side as the 2 nd surface 2d on the back side of the comb main body 2) in the lateral direction (direction parallel to the Z-axis direction) of one end comb lip 3, a 1 st concave portion 3h and a 2 nd concave portion 3i each having an arc shape and a curved shape as a whole are formed at an intermediate portion 3c (portion between the tip side 3a and the base side 3b) respectively. Although the outer peripheral edges 3f and 3g are indicated by "lines" in fig. 2(b), they are actually "faces" when viewed from the front in fig. 2(a), and therefore the 1 st and 2 nd recesses 3h and 3i are also actually smooth "curved surfaces".
The one-end comb lip portion 3 has both outer peripheral edges 3f and 3g of the base side 3b formed into substantially flat surfaces, and both outer peripheral edges 3f and 3g of the tip side formed into curved curves (curved surfaces) that are tapered and convex outward as they approach the tip end portion.
The 1 st concave portion 3h formed in the middle portion 3c of the one outer peripheral edge 3f forms a smooth (smooth) arc-shaped concave curve (curved surface) convex toward the center of the one end comb lip portion 3 in a range near the center thereof with the deepest portion as the center. In addition, inflection points are provided in the outer peripheral edge 3f on the tip side 3a and the root side 3b with the 1 st concave portion 3h as the center, and a smooth (smooth) curve (curved surface) protruding outward is formed from the inflection points toward the tip side 3a and the root side 3 b. Thus, the 1 st recessed portion 3h is connected to the distal end side 3a by a smooth curve (curved surface), and is also connected to the proximal end side 3b by a smooth curve (curved surface). In this way, the curved line (curved surface) of the 1 st recessed portion 3h is formed in the same manner as the 2 nd recessed portion 3i of the other outer peripheral edge 3 g.
The radius of curvature R1 of the concave curve forming the 1 st concave portion 3h and the 2 nd concave portion 3i is formed to have a curvature dimension corresponding to the average value of the thickest thumb among the human fingers, and is about 30mm in the example shown in fig. 2 (b).
The deepest portions of the 1 st and 2 nd recesses 3h and 3i correspond to the narrowest width portion (the 3 rd portion 3n) of the intermediate portions 3c, and the width W3 of the 3 rd portion 3n is smaller than the width W1 of the 1 st portion 3j having the widest width on the distal end side 3a (W3 < W1), and the width W3 of the 3 rd portion 3n is smaller than the width W2 of the 2 nd portion 3k having the wider width on the root side 3b (W3 < W2). The width W2 of the 2 nd site 3k is larger than the width W1 of the 1 st site 3j (W2 > W1). By minimizing the width W3 of the 3 rd portion 3n in this way, it is possible to ensure that the 1 st and 2 nd concave portions 3h and 3i formed in the intermediate portion 3c have a sufficient depth with respect to the distal and proximal sides 3a and 3 b.
Fig. 3(a) shows a cross section of line a-a in fig. 2(a), and shows short comb teeth 6' provided adjacent to one end comb edge portion 3. As shown in fig. 3(a), the short comb teeth 6 'are tapered in a substantially wedge shape which is bilaterally symmetrical when viewed in the X-axis direction, and the side root portion 6 b' of the comb main body 2 is formed to have a width W4, and the width W4 is equal to or less than the width W2 of the root side 3b of the one-end comb side portion 3. The tip portion 6a ' of the short comb teeth 6 ' is located in a range corresponding to the middle portion 3c of the one-end comb edge portion 3, the width W5 of the tip portion 6a ' is smaller than the width of any one of the 1 st recess 3h and the 2 nd recess 3i of the one-end comb edge portion 3, and the outer shapes of the tip portion 6a ' and the root portion 6b ' are fitted into the curved line (curved surface) associated with the 1 st recess 3h and the 2 nd recess 3i and do not protrude outward when viewed in the X-axis direction. Further, when the outer shape of the short comb teeth 6 'is hardly fitted into the curve relating to the 1 st concave portion 3h and the 2 nd concave portion 3i of the one-end comb edge portion 3, the portion protruding outward is recessed, and a concave portion is also formed in the short comb teeth 6'.
Fig. 3(B) shows a cross section of line B-B in fig. 2(a), showing the comb teeth 6. The comb teeth 6 shown in fig. 3(b) are an example of a plurality of comb teeth 6 in the comb 1, and the plurality of comb teeth 6 are all configured in the same manner as the comb teeth 6 shown in fig. 3 (except for the short comb teeth 6'). The comb teeth 6 are tapered in bilateral symmetry when viewed in the X-axis direction, and are divided into a range of the tip side 6a having a tapered tip 6v, a range of the root side 6b connected to the comb main body 2, and a range of the intermediate portion 6c between the tip side 6a and the root side 6b in the Y-axis direction. The tip 6v of each of the comb teeth 6 and the tip 3v of the one-end comb edge portion 3 are located at the same position in the projecting direction, the range of the tip side 6a of each of the comb teeth 6 corresponds to the position and size of the range of the tip side 3a of the one-end comb edge portion 3, the range of the middle portion 6c of each of the comb teeth 6 corresponds to the position and size of the range of the middle portion 6c of the one-end comb edge portion 3, and the range of the base side 6b of each of the comb teeth 6 corresponds to the position of the range of the base side 3b of the one-end comb edge portion 3 closer to the middle portion 3c (the range of the base side 6b of each of the comb teeth 6 is about 1/3 of the size of the base side 3b of the.
Further, the comb teeth 6 are formed into the 1 st comb-tooth recess 6h and the 2 nd comb-tooth recess 6i, which are curved as a whole, based on one smooth circular-arc concave curve at the portions corresponding to the 1 st recess 3h and the 2 nd recess 3i of the one-end comb edge portion 3, respectively, when viewed from the direction shown in fig. 3(b) at the intermediate portions 6c of the outer peripheral edges 6f and 6g on both sides in the lateral direction (Z-axis direction). The shape of the 1 st and 2 nd concave comb portions 6h and 6i is the same as the configuration of the 1 st and 2 nd concave comb portions 3h and 3i of the one-end comb edge portion 3. The radius of curvature R2 relating to the concave curve at the deepest portion of the 1 st comb-tooth concave portion 6h and the 2 nd comb-tooth concave portion 6i is the same size as the radius of curvature R1 relating to the 1 st concave portion 3h and the 2 nd concave portion 3i, and thus the 1 st comb-tooth concave portion 6h and the 2 nd comb-tooth concave portion 6i (concave portions) have the same shape and the same size (the same size) as the 1 st concave portion 3h and the 2 nd concave portion 3i (concave portions).
In the comb teeth 6, the width W8 of the 3 rd site 6n (the deepest site of the 1 st comb-tooth recess 6h and the 2 nd comb-tooth recess 6 i) where the width of the middle site 6c is the narrowest is smaller than the width W6 of the 1 st site 6j where the width is the widest on the tip side 6a (W8 < W6), and the width W8 of the 3 rd site 6n is also smaller than the width W7 of the 2 nd site 6k where the width is wider on the root side 6b (W8 < W7). Further, the width dimension W8 of the 2 nd site 6k is larger than the width dimension W6 of the 1 st site 6j (W7 > W6). In this way, by minimizing the width W8 of the 3 rd portion 6n of the middle portion 6c of the comb 6, it is possible to secure sufficient depths of the 1 st comb-tooth recess 6h and the 2 nd comb-tooth recess 6i formed in the middle portion 6 c.
According to the above-described configuration, the 1 st concave portion 3h of the one-end comb edge portion 3 is configured to communicate with the 1 st concave portion 6h of the adjacent comb tooth 6 across the short comb tooth 6 'in the longitudinal direction of the comb body 2 on the front side of the comb 1 (on the 1 st surface 2c side of the comb body 2), and both are smoothly connected to each other, and similarly, the 2 nd concave portion 3i of the one-end comb edge portion 3 is configured to communicate with the 2 nd concave portion 6i of the adjacent comb tooth 6 across the short comb tooth 6' on the back side of the comb 1 (on the 2 nd surface 2d side of the comb body 2), and both are smoothly connected to each other.
The comb teeth 6 having the above-described configuration are common to those included in the 1 st range 1a of the wide pitch and those included in the 2 nd range 1b of the narrow pitch shown in fig. 1, and therefore, the 1 st comb tooth concave portions 6h of the respective comb teeth 6 included in the 1 st range 1a and the 2 nd range 1b are configured to be smoothly connected (communicated) with each other also on the front surface side of the comb 1 (the 1 st surface 2c side of the comb main body 2), and the 2 nd comb tooth concave portions 6i of the respective comb teeth 6 included in the 1 st range 1a and the 2 nd range 1b are also configured to be smoothly connected (communicated) with each other on the back surface side of the comb 1 (the 2 nd surface 2d side of the comb main body 2).
Fig. 4(a) is a front view showing a main portion of the other end comb edge portion 4 of the comb 1, and the other end comb edge portion 4 is substantially bilaterally symmetrical with respect to the one end comb edge portion 3 shown in fig. 2(a) and the like. That is, the other-end comb edge portion 4 has a tapered shape whose tip is tapered, extends in the Y-axis direction from the other end side 2b of the comb main body 2, and is divided into a range of the tip side 4a having a tapered tip 4v, a range of the root side 4b continuous with the comb main body 2, and a range of the middle portion 4c, and the other-end outer edge surface 4d of the middle portion 4c is formed into a curved-shaped other-end concave portion 4 e. The other-end comb edge portion 4 has an elliptical tip through hole 9 penetrating in the Z-axis direction (lateral direction) formed in the tip end side 4a, and the tip through hole 9 has an elliptical spot-facing portion 9 a.
Fig. 4(b) shows the other end comb-side part 4 as viewed from the other end outer edge surface 4d, and the shape of the other end comb-side part 4 is also bilaterally symmetrical to the one end comb-side part 3 as viewed from this direction. That is, the other end comb edge portion 4 has a 1 st recessed portion 4h and a 2 nd recessed portion 4i formed in a curved shape as a whole based on one concave curve at an intermediate portion 4c (a portion between the tip side 4a and the base side 4 b) of one outer peripheral edge portion 4f (a portion on the same side as the 1 st surface 2c which is the front surface side of the comb main body 2) and the other outer peripheral edge portion 4g (a portion on the same side as the 2 nd surface 2d which is the back surface side of the comb main body 2) in the lateral direction (a direction parallel to the Z-axis direction) (these 1 st recessed portion 4h and 2 nd recessed portion 4i have the same configuration as the 1 st recessed portion 3h and the 2 nd recessed portion 3i of the one end comb edge portion 3).
In the other comb-side portion 4, the width W3 of the 3 rd portion 4n where the width of the middle portion 4c is the narrowest is made smaller than the width W1 of the 1 st portion 4j where the width of the tip side 4a is the widest (W3 < W1), and the width W3 of the 3 rd portion 4n is made smaller than the width W2 of the 2 nd portion 4k where the width of the root side 3b is the widest (W3 < W2). The width W2 of the 2 nd site 4k is larger than the width W1 of the 1 st site 4j (W2 > W1).
According to the above-described configuration of the other-end comb edge portion 4, the 1 st concave portion 4h of the other-end comb edge portion 4 communicates with the 1 st concave portion 6h of each comb tooth 6 located in the vicinity thereof on the front side of the comb 1 (the 1 st surface 2c side of the comb main body 2) on the other-end comb edge portion 4, and both of them smoothly communicate with each other, and the 2 nd concave portion 4i of the other-end comb edge portion 4 communicates with the 2 nd concave portion 6i of the comb tooth 6 located in the vicinity thereof on the back side of the comb 1 (the 2 nd surface 2d side of the comb main body 2), and both of them smoothly communicate with each other.
Therefore, the comb 1 as a whole is smoothly connected to each other in such a manner that the 1 st concave portion 3h of the one-end comb edge portion 3, the 1 st concave portion 6h of the plurality of comb teeth 6, and the 1 st concave portion 4h of the other-end comb edge portion 4 communicate with each other over the entire range from the one-end comb edge portion 3 to the other-end comb edge portion 4 (the 1 st surface 2c side of the comb body 2), and the 2 nd concave portion 3i of the one-end comb edge portion 3, the 2 nd concave portion 6i of the plurality of comb teeth 6, and the 2 nd concave portion 4i of the other-end comb edge portion 4 also communicate with each other and smoothly connect to each other on the front surface side of the comb 1 (the 2 nd surface 2d side of the comb body 2).
Fig. 5 shows a case where the user grips the comb 1 according to embodiment 1 by supporting the other end comb edge portion 4 and the plurality of comb teeth 6 located in the vicinity of the other end comb edge portion 4 with the thumb F1.
Fig. 6a shows a state in which the other end comb lip portion 4(a state viewed from the same direction as fig. 4 b) in the state shown in fig. 5 is viewed from the other end outer edge surface 4d, in which the thumb F1 of the user is received in the 1 st recess 4h formed in the middle portion 4c of the one outer edge 4F on the same side as the front side of the comb 1 (the 1 st surface 2c side of the comb main body 2). Since the 1 st recess 4h is connected to the tip side 4a and the root side 4b in a gentle curve in the Y-axis direction, when the user touches the thumb F1 to one outer peripheral edge 4F of the other comb edge portion 4 for gripping, the thumb F1 can be smoothly guided to the 1 st recess 4h with a hand probe regardless of the tip side 4a or the root side 4b, and can be naturally accommodated in the 1 st recess 4 h.
Fig. 6(b) shows a cross section of the line C-C in the state shown in fig. 5, in which the thumb F1 of the user is received in the 1 st comb dent 6h formed in the middle portion 6C of the one outer peripheral edge 6F on the same side as the front side of the comb 1 (the 1 st surface 2C side of the comb main body 2). Since this 1 st comb-tooth recess 6h is also connected to the tip side 6a and the base side 6b in a gentle curve in the Y-axis direction, when the thumb F1 of the user touches one outer peripheral edge 6F of the comb tooth 6 for gripping, the thumb 1 can be smoothly guided toward the 1 st comb-tooth recess 6h by hand, and can be naturally accommodated in the 1 st comb-tooth recess 6h from either the tip side 6a or the base side 6 b. The relationship between the comb teeth 6 and the thumb F1 at the position where the thumb F1 touches other than the position of the C-C line is the same as that shown in fig. 6 (b).
Further, since the 1 st concave portion 4h of the other end comb edge portion 4 and the 1 st concave portion 6h of the plurality of comb teeth 6 located in the adjacent range of the other end comb edge portion 4 communicate with each other in the same shape, one finger (thumb) is laterally accommodated in the space formed by the 1 st concave portion and the plurality of 1 st concave portions 6 h. In this state, since the 1 st concave portion 4h and the 1 st comb-tooth concave portion 6h have curved shapes, the curved finger pad portion of the thumb F1 is not point-contact but surface-contact, and the thumb F1 contacts the comb 1 over a wider range than in the related art. Therefore, when supporting the comb 1, the burden of the thumb F1 is dispersed, and the grip force on the comb 1 is increased, and the 1 st recess 4h and the 1 st comb recess 6h function as anti-slip members. Further, on the back surface side of the comb 1 (the 2 nd surface 2d side of the comb main body 2), when the user grips the index finger F2 by touching the middle part 6c of the comb teeth 6, the index finger F2 is also received in the 2 nd comb-tooth concave part 6i of each comb tooth 6 at the contact part, and the comb 1 can be supported by surface contact, and an appropriate gripping force of the index finger F2 can be secured, and the index finger F2 is also surface-contacted with the plurality of 2 nd comb-tooth concave parts 6i having a curved shape, so that the force necessary for support is dispersed, and the load of the index finger F2 can be reduced.
Therefore, the comb 1 according to embodiment 1 can easily apply the force to the thumb F1 and the index finger F2 supporting the comb 1, and workability can be improved with the comb 1 according to embodiment 1 as compared with the conventional comb. Although the other-end comb edge portion 4 side is gripped in fig. 5 and fig. 6(a) and (b), when the one-end comb edge portion 3 side is gripped, in particular, the short comb teeth 6 'adjacent to the one-end comb edge portion 3 do not protrude into the space formed by the 1 st recess 3h and the 1 st comb recess 6h, and therefore, the short comb teeth 6' are not obstructed when the thumb is fitted into the 1 st recess 3h and the 1 st comb recess 6h, as described above.
Fig. 7(a) shows a gripping mode in a hair styling operation called finger curling performed by the comb 1 according to embodiment 1. In this case, the index finger F2, the middle finger F3, and the ring finger F4 support the front surface side (the 1 st surface 2c side) of the comb 1, and the thumb F1 and the little finger F5 support the back surface side (the 2 nd surface 2d side) of the comb 1. Specifically, the tips of the index finger F2, the middle finger F3, and the ring finger F4 that support the front surface side (the 1 st surface 2c side) fit into the space formed by the 1 st comb-tooth recess 6h of the outer peripheral edge 6F of one of the plurality of comb teeth 6. Thereby, appropriate gripping force can be obtained on the fingers F2 to F4, and the load on the fingers F2 to F4 is reduced by surface contact.
The thumb F1 and little finger F5 supporting the back surface side (the 2 nd surface 2d side) are accommodated in the space formed by the 2 nd comb tooth recess 6i of the outer peripheral edge 6g of the other of the plurality of comb teeth 6. At this time, the tip of the thumb F1 (finger pad side portion of the tip) is in contact with the 2 nd comb-tooth recess 6i in a wide range, and a moderate gripping force is obtained, and the load on the thumb F1 is reduced, while the little finger F5 is in contact with the 2 nd comb-tooth recess 6i in the back side portion of the little finger F5.
Fig. 7(b) shows a state in which the comb 1 is supported by the little finger F5 when the finger curling is performed. The little finger F5 is in a state where the back side portion of the little finger is received in the 2 nd comb tooth recess 6i formed on the outer peripheral edge 6g side of the other of the plurality of comb teeth 6. Since the 2 nd comb-tooth recess 6i is entirely curved, it is in surface contact with the back of the little finger F5 over a wide range, and thus the force supporting the comb 1 is prevented from being concentrated on a point of the back of the little finger F5, and the load on the back of the little finger F5 is reduced. Therefore, in the case of hair styling by finger curling with a shampoo having high viscosity by the comb 1, in the holding method shown in fig. 7(a) and (b), even if the force is applied to the fingers F1 to F5, the burden on the fingers F1 to F5 can be reduced as compared with the conventional comb, and particularly, in the case of the little finger F5 supported by the back side of the finger, the skin on the back side of the finger is weaker than the skin on the finger-belly side of the finger, so that the reduction in the burden is extremely advantageous, and further, when the skin is swollen by adhesion of the shampoo or the like, the reduction in the burden is extremely advantageous for the user.
Fig. 8(a) shows an example of a work of picking up a hair bundle with the comb 1 according to embodiment 1, and in this example, a state of picking up a hair bundle with the one end comb edge portion 3 and the back surface side of the comb 1 (the 2 nd surface 2d side of the comb main body 2) by gripping the other end comb edge portion 4 side with fingers.
Fig. 8(b) shows a lifted state of the hair bundle at one end comb lip portion 3, in which the lifted hair bundle h is received in the 2 nd recessed portion 3i formed in the middle portion 3c of the other outer peripheral edge 3g as the upper surface in fig. 8 (b). That is, since the 2 nd concave portion 3i is connected to the tip side 3a and the root side 3b in a gentle curve in the Y axis direction, the hair bundle h drawn up by the other outer peripheral edge 3g (upper surface in fig. 8 (b)) of the one end comb edge portion 3 is guided to the 2 nd concave portion 3i by a gentle curved surface and is naturally accommodated in the 2 nd concave portion 3 i.
Fig. 8(c) shows a state where the hair bundle h is picked up by one of the comb teeth 6 located near the one-end comb-edge portion 3. In this comb tooth 6, as in the case of the one-end comb edge portion 3 shown in fig. 8(b), the bundle of hair h picked up is received in the 2 nd comb tooth recess 6i formed in the middle portion 6c of the other outer peripheral edge 6g as the upper surface. When the operation such as picking up the hair bundle is performed by the comb 1 of embodiment 1, the picked-up hair bundle is accommodated in the space formed by the 2 nd concave portion 3i of the one-end comb edge portion 3 and the 2 nd concave portion 6i of each comb tooth 6 in the vicinity thereof, and therefore, the frequency of slipping off of the hair bundle picked up by the comb from the tip side as in the conventional art can be reduced, and the efficiency of the operation of picking up the hair bundle by the comb can be improved.
In the above example, the case where the pick-up work is performed from the back side of the comb 1 in the one-end comb edge portion 3 was described, but even in the case where the pick-up work is performed from the front side of the comb 1, the picked-up hair bundle is made unlikely to slip off similarly by the 1 st concave portion 3h and the 1 st tooth concave portion 6 h. In this regard, the same applies to the lifting operation of the other comb edge portion 4 by either the front side or the back side of the comb 1.
Fig. 9 shows a state of operation in which the comb 1 is inserted into hair, and the one end comb edge 3 is moved to divide the one end comb edge 3 into the hair bundle h1 and the hair bundle h2 (for parting or the like). In this case, the tip end 3v of the one-end comb edge portion 3 is brought into contact with the scalp T, and the comb 1 including the one-end comb edge portion 3 is moved in the X-axis direction, and is sequentially divided into the hair bundle h1 and the hair bundle h2 by the one-end comb edge portion 3.
At this time, since the tip through hole 8 having the spot-facing portion 8a is opened at the tip end side 3a of the one outer peripheral edge 3f of the one end comb edge portion 3 and the 1 st recess 3h is formed at the intermediate portion 3c, the one hair bundle h1 divided by the one outer peripheral edge 3f does not contact the one end comb edge portion 3 at the spot where the spot-facing portion 8a, the tip through hole 8, and the 1 st recess 3h are located, and contacts the outer peripheral edge 3f except for these spots. Therefore, compared to a conventional comb without the tip through-hole 8, the counter-bored portion 8a, and the 1 st concave portion 3h, the one-end comb side portion 3 according to embodiment 1 has a significantly reduced contact range (contact area) with the hair bundle h1, thereby reducing contact resistance generated by the hair bundle h1 to be sutured, and facilitating smooth movement of the comb through the hair.
In the above case, similarly to the other outer peripheral edge 3g of the one comb edge portion 3, the range of contact (contact area) with the hair bundle h2 is reduced by the tip through hole 8 having the spot-facing portion 8a on the tip side 3a and the 2 nd recessed portion 3i in the intermediate portion 3c, and the contact resistance with the hair bundle h2 is reduced, so that the one comb edge portion 3 is easily moved in the hair, and the operability and workability of the comb 1 are improved.
In addition, the comb 1 according to embodiment 1 is not limited to the above-described embodiment, and various modifications are conceivable. For example, when the work of inserting the one end comb edge portion 3 into hair and moving the comb 1 as shown in fig. 9 is not envisaged, the formation of the tip through hole 8 of the one end comb edge portion 3 or the tip through hole 9 of the other end comb edge portion 4 may be omitted.
Fig. 10 is a front view of the comb 1, and shows an example in which a range different from the 1 st range 1a and the 2 nd range 1b shown in fig. 1 is divided into a range of the plurality of comb teeth 6 surrounded by the one end comb edge portion 3 and the other end comb edge portion 4, and the range is divided into a first end range 1c near the one end comb edge portion 3, a central range 1d corresponding to the central portion 2e of the comb main body 2, and a second end range 1e near the other end comb edge portion 4. In the above example, the 1 st comb-tooth recess 6h or the 2 nd comb-tooth recess 6i is formed over the entire range of the comb teeth 6, but as a modification, it is conceivable to omit formation of either or both of the 1 st comb-tooth recess 6h or the 2 nd comb-tooth recess 6i in the comb teeth 6 included in the central portion 2 e. This ensures that the central part 2e can be used with the same ease as conventional combs.
On the other hand, when the side of the comb 1 to be gripped is limited to the other end comb edge portion 4, or when the one end comb edge portion 3 is required to have the same usability as that of a conventional comb, it is conceivable to omit formation of either or both of the 1 st comb-tooth recess 6h and the 2 nd comb-tooth recess 6i for the comb teeth 6 included in the one end range 1c, and further, to omit formation of either or both of the 1 st comb-tooth recess 6h and the 2 nd comb-tooth recess 6i for the comb teeth 6 included in the one end range 1c and the central range 1 d.
Similarly, when the gripping side of the comb 1 is limited to the one end comb edge portion 3, or when the other end comb edge portion 4 is required to have the usability of a conventional comb, it is conceivable that the formation of either or both of the 1 st comb recess 6h and the 2 nd comb recess 6i may be omitted for the comb teeth 6 included in the other end range 1e, and the formation of either or both of the 1 st comb recess 6h and the 2 nd comb recess 6i may be omitted for the comb teeth 6 included in the other end range 1e and the central range 1 d.
Further, as shown in fig. 7(a) and (b), when the main purpose is to support the comb 1 by the comb teeth 6 without touching the one end comb edge portion 3 and the other end comb edge portion 4, it is conceivable that either one or both of the 1 st concave portion 3h and the 2 nd concave portion 3i are omitted from the one end comb edge portion 3, and that either one or both of the 1 st concave portion 4h and the 2 nd concave portion 4i are omitted from the other end comb edge portion 4 (the 1 st concave portions 3h, 4h and the 2 nd concave portions 3i, 4i of the one end comb edge portion 3 and the other end comb edge portion 4 may be omitted, and the one end concave portion 3e and the other end concave portion 4e of the one end comb edge portion 3 and the other end comb edge portion 4 may be omitted).
Further, in association with the omission of the 1 st comb-tooth recess 6h and the 2 nd comb-tooth recess 6i of the comb teeth 6 included in the one end range 1c, or the one end range 1c and the central range 1d, it is also conceivable to omit the formation of either or both of the 1 st recess 3h and the 2 nd recess 3i in the one end comb-edge portion 3 (in addition, the formation of the one end concave portion 3e may be omitted). Further, in association with the formation and omission of either or both of the 1 st comb-tooth concave portion 6h and the 2 nd comb-tooth concave portion 6i of the comb teeth 6 included in the other end range 1e, or the other end range 1e and the central range 1d, it is also conceivable to omit either or both of the 1 st concave portion 4h and the 2 nd concave portion 4i in the other end comb edge portion 4 (in addition, the formation of the one end concave portion 4e may be omitted).
In the above example, the radius of curvature R2 around the deepest portion of the 1 st comb-tooth recess 6h and the 2 nd comb-tooth recess 6i of the entire range of comb teeth 6 is made the same, but the radius of curvature R2 may be changed according to the installation position of each comb tooth 6.
For example, the dimensions of the curvature radius R2 of the 1 st and 2 nd comb-tooth concave portions 6h and 6i of the comb teeth 6 located closer to the one end comb-edge portion 3 are made to be the same as the curvature radius R1 of the 1 st and 2 nd concave portions 3h and 3i of the one end comb-edge portion 3, but it is conceivable that the curvature radius R2 is made to gradually decrease in size as the one end range 1c shown in fig. 10 approaches the central range 1d, that the curvature radius R2 becomes "0" when the one end range 1d is entered, that is, the 1 st and 2 nd comb-tooth concave portions 6h and 6i are not formed, that the curvature radius R2 is generated when the other end range 1e is entered, that the curvature radius R2 is increased as the other end comb-edge portion 4 approaches, and that the curvature radius R2 is made to be the same size as the curvature radius R1 again at the other end comb-edge portion 4.
Thus, the depth dimensions of the 1 st comb-tooth recess 6h and the 2 nd comb-tooth recess 6i of each comb tooth 6 are gradually changed, and the depth gradually becomes shallower from the deep state as it goes from the one end side 2a to the other end side 2b of the comb main body 2 through the central portion 2e, and the comb-tooth recess is once disappeared in the central range 1d, and the depth is again generated and increased. Therefore, the space formed by the comb tooth recess of each comb tooth 6 does not have a step or the like, and the finger can be accommodated well.
As the proportions of the first end range 1c, the central range 1d, and the second end range 1e shown in fig. 10, if the entire range of the plurality of comb teeth 6 is "1", the ranges 1c to 1e may be made equal to each other, respectively, to "1/3", and the ranges 1c to 1e may be made uneven, for example, the first end range 1c and the second end range 1e are made 2/5 ", and the central range 1d is made to" 1/5 ", and the proportions of the ranges 1c to 1e may be appropriately set according to the specification, purpose, and the like of the comb 1.
Fig. 11(a) and (b) show another modification, and fig. 11(a) shows one end comb lip portion 13 of the modification, in which a 1 st concave portion 13h having a curved shape is formed in a middle portion 13c of one outer peripheral edge 13f in the lateral direction (Z-axis direction), and a 2 nd concave portion is not formed in a middle portion 13c of the other outer peripheral edge 13g, and the middle portion 13c is connected to the tip end side 13a and the base end side 13b by flat surfaces, as in the conventional comb. The one-end comb lip portion 13 of this modification is suitable when the user is allowed to grip the hair with a finger (e.g., thumb) only on one outer peripheral edge 13f side (in the case of normal gripping with an index finger), or when the user is limited to a picking-up operation of the hair bundle from one outer peripheral edge 13f side, and the other outer peripheral edge 13g is required to have the same ease of use as that of the conventional comb. In addition, the modification of fig. 11(a) is also applicable to the other-end comb edge portion.
Fig. 11(b) shows modified comb teeth 16, which are combined with the one-end comb edge portion 13 of the above-described modified example, and like the one-end comb edge portion 13 shown in fig. 11(a), a first-tooth recess 16h is formed in a middle portion 16c of one outer peripheral edge 16f in the lateral direction (Z-axis direction), and a second outer peripheral edge 16g and a middle portion 16c thereof are connected to the tip end side 13a and the root end side 13b by flat surfaces, as in the conventional comb. The comb teeth 16 of this modification are also suitable modifications when the user can hold the hair with a finger (e.g., thumb) only from one outer peripheral edge 16f side (normal holding by the index finger), or when the user is limited to a picking up operation of the hair bundle from one outer peripheral edge 16f side, and the like, and when the other outer peripheral edge 16g is required to have the same ease of use as the conventional comb.
In addition, although the case where the 1 st recess 13h and the 1 st comb-tooth recess 16h are formed only in the one outer peripheral edge 13f of the one end comb edge portion 13 and the one outer peripheral edge 16f of the comb tooth 16 has been described in fig. 11(a) and (b), it is needless to say that the 2 nd recess and the 2 nd comb-tooth recess may be formed only in the other outer peripheral edge 13g of the one end comb edge portion 13 and the other outer peripheral edge 16g of the comb tooth 16, on the left-right side and on the other side. Furthermore, the modifications according to fig. 11(a) and (b) may be combined with the modifications described with reference to fig. 10.
Fig. 12(a) and (b) show another modification, and the one-end comb lip portion 23 according to the modification of fig. 12(a) is characterized in that the 1 st and 2 nd recesses 23h and 23i formed in the outer peripheral edges 23f and 23g of both the intermediate portions 23c have sharp edges 23r and 23s formed at portions continuous with the root side 23b and have a corner. Since the edges 23r and 23s are formed, the 1 st and 2 nd recesses 23h and 23i do not have inflection points at the portions closer to the base side 23b, and form convex curves (curved surfaces) directly connected to the outer peripheral edges 23f and 23g of the flat base side 23b in the vicinity of the deepest portions. When the edges 23r and 23s are formed as described above, as shown in fig. 6(a), when a finger (e.g., thumb) of the user is received in any of the 1 st and 2 nd recesses 23h and 23i, one of the edges 23r and 23s catches the finger of the user, so that the grip strength is further improved and the anti-slip function is further improved. The modification shown in fig. 12(a) is also applicable to the other comb edge portion.
Fig. 12(b) shows a modified comb 26, and the modified comb 26 is characterized in that the 1 st and 2 nd comb recesses 26h and 26i formed in the outer peripheral edges 26f and 26g of both the middle portions 26c are formed in the portions continuous with the root side 26b to form sharp edges 26r and 26s, and are formed in angular corners, similarly to the one-end comb edge portion 23 of the modified example shown in fig. 12 (a). In the comb teeth 26 of such a modification, these edges 26r, 26s also respectively improve the gripping force of the user's fingers, so that the anti-slip function in the comb teeth is further improved. The modification shown in fig. 12(a) may be used alone without being combined with the modification shown in fig. 12(b), and similarly, the modification shown in fig. 12(b) may be used alone, and when used alone, the grip strength may be improved even in a part thereof.
In fig. 12(a) and (b), although the edges 23r and 23s and the edges 26r and 26s are formed on both outer peripheral edges 23f and 23g of the one-end comb edge portion 23 and both outer peripheral edges 26f and 26g of the comb teeth 26, it is needless to say that an edge may be formed only on one outer peripheral edge. Further, the modifications relating to fig. 12(a) (b) may be combined with the modifications relating to fig. 10 or fig. 11(a) (b).
Fig. 13(a) and (b) show still another modification, and the one-end comb lip 33 according to the modification of fig. 13(a) is characterized in that the 1 st and 2 nd recesses 33h and 33i formed in the outer peripheral edges 33f and 33g of both the intermediate portions 33c form sharp edges 33t and 33u at the portions continuous with the tip end side 33a, and form a corner. Since the edges 33r and 33s are formed, the 1 st and 2 nd recesses 33h and 33i are not provided with inflection points in the vicinity of the distal end side 33a, but are directly connected to the outer peripheral edges 33f and 33g of the distal end side 33a in a convex curve (curved surface) with the deepest portion as the center in the vicinity thereof. Such edges 33t and 33u are formed so that the cut hair bundle h is received in one of the recesses 33h and 33i of the 1 st and 2 nd parts as shown in fig. 8(b), and these edges 33t and 33u catch the cut hair bundle h, thereby further reducing the degree of slipping of the cut hair bundle h from the one comb edge part 33. The modification shown in fig. 13(a) is also applicable to the other comb edge portion.
Fig. 13(b) shows comb teeth 36 of a modification, and the comb teeth 36 of these modifications are also characterized in that 1 st and 2 nd comb tooth recesses 36h and 36i formed in both outer peripheral edges 36f and 36g of the middle portion 36c are formed with sharp edges 36t and 36u at portions continuous with the tip end side 36a to form a corner, similarly to the one-end comb edge portion 33 of the modification shown in fig. 13 (a). In the comb teeth 36 of such a modified example, the extent to which the picked-up hair bundle h (see fig. 8 c) slides off the comb teeth 36 is further reduced by these edges 36t and 36u, respectively. The modification shown in fig. 13(a) may be used alone without being combined with the modification shown in fig. 13(b), and similarly, the modification shown in fig. 13(b) may be used alone, and when used alone, the extent to which the lifted hair bundle slips off may be further suppressed even in some cases.
In fig. 13(a) and (b), although edges 33t and 33u and edges 36t and 36u are formed on both outer peripheral edges 33f and 33g of one comb edge portion 33 and both outer peripheral edges 36f and 36g of comb teeth 36, it is needless to say that an edge may be formed only on one outer peripheral edge. Further, the modifications relating to fig. 13(a) (b) may be combined with the modifications relating to fig. 10 or fig. 11(a) (b).
Fig. 14(a) (b) show still another modification, and the one-end comb edge portion 43 according to the modification of fig. 14(a) is a combination of the configuration of the edges 23r and 23s of the one-end comb edge portion 23 according to the modification of fig. 12(a) and the configuration of the edges 33t and 33u of the one-end comb edge portion 33 according to the modification of fig. 13 (a). That is, the first and second recesses 43h and 43i formed in the outer peripheral edges 43f and 43g of the middle portion 43c of the first comb edge portion 43 form edges 43r and 43s at a portion continuous with the base side 43b, and the first and second recesses 43h and 43i form edges 43t and 43u at a portion continuous with the tip side 43 a. The one-end comb edge portion 43 can exhibit a slip-preventing function by the edges 43r, 43s of the base side 43b, and the slipping-off of the lifted hair bundle is reduced by the edges 43t, 43u of the tip side 43 a. The modification shown in fig. 14(a) is also applicable to the other comb edge portion.
Fig. 14(b) shows comb teeth 46 of a modification, and comb teeth 46 of this modification are also obtained by combining the configuration of edges 26r and 26s of comb teeth 26 according to the modification of fig. 12(b) with the configuration of edges 36t and 36u of comb teeth 36 according to the modification of fig. 13 (b). That is, in the comb teeth 46, the 1 st and 2 nd comb- teeth recesses 46h and 46i formed in the outer peripheral edges 46f and 46g of both the intermediate portions 46c form edges 46r and 46s at the portions continuous with the root side 46b, and the 1 st and 2 nd comb- teeth recesses 46h and 46i form edges 46t and 46u at the portions continuous with the tip side 46 a. The comb teeth 46 can function as an anti-slip function by the edges 46r, 46s on the root side 46b, and the falling of the cut hair strands can be reduced by the edges 46t, 46u on the tip side 46 a. The modification shown in fig. 14(a) may be used alone without being combined with the modification shown in fig. 14(b), and similarly, the modification shown in fig. 14(b) may be used alone.
In fig. 14(a) and (b), the edges 43r to 43u and the edges 46r to 46u are formed on both outer peripheral edges 43f and 43g of the one-end comb edge portion 43 and both outer peripheral edges 46f and 46g of the comb teeth 46, but it is needless to say that an edge may be formed only on one of the outer peripheral edges. Further, the modifications relating to fig. 14(a) (b) may be combined with the modifications relating to fig. 10 or fig. 11(a) (b).
Example 2
Fig. 15(a) is a front view schematically showing the entire comb 50 according to embodiment 2 of the present invention. In the comb 50 according to embodiment 2, the bar-shaped grip portion 51 is protruded from the other end comb edge portion 54, and in the comb 50 having the grip portion 51, similarly to embodiment 1, the 1 st concave portions 53h and 54h are formed in the middle of one outer peripheral edge of the one end comb edge portion 53 provided on the one end side 52a of the comb main body 52 and the other end comb edge portion 54 provided on the other end side 52b of the comb main body 52, the 2 nd concave portion is formed in the middle of the other outer peripheral edge, and the 1 st and 2 nd comb-tooth concave portions are formed in the outer peripheral edges of the plurality of comb teeth 56 surrounded by the one end comb edge portion 53 and the other end comb edge portion 54. The comb 50 has a tip through hole 58 formed on the tip side of the one-end comb edge portion 53, and a tip through hole 59 formed on the tip side of the other-end comb edge portion 54.
As described above, since the comb 50 according to embodiment 2 basically has the same configuration as that of embodiment 1 even when the bar-shaped grip portion 51 is protruded, even if it is used while being gripped with one of the one end comb edge portions 53 as the center, the slip-preventing function can be exerted by the 1 st concave portion or the like of the one end comb edge portion 53 and the 1 st concave portion or the like formed in each comb tooth 56 in the vicinity of the one end comb edge portion 53, and the slipping-off of the picked-up hair bundle can be suppressed, and also, in the case of being used while being gripped with one of the other end comb edge portions 54 as the center, the slip-preventing function can be exerted by the 1 st concave portion or the like of the other end comb edge portion 54 and the 1 st concave portion or the like formed in each comb tooth 56 in the vicinity of the other end comb edge portion 54, and the slipping-off of the picked-up. In addition, various modifications described in embodiment 1 can be applied to the comb 50 according to embodiment 2.
Fig. 15(b) is a front view showing an outline of a comb 60 according to a modification example of embodiment 2. The comb 60 according to this modification is configured such that a grip portion 65, which is not rod-shaped but plate-shaped, protrudes from the other-end comb-brim portion 64. Even when the plate-shaped grip portion 65 is protruded in this manner, the comb 60 maintains the same configuration as that of embodiment 1. That is, in the comb 60, the 1 st concave portions 63h and 64h are formed in the middle portion of one outer peripheral edge of one end comb edge portion 63 provided on the one end side 62a of the comb main body 62 and the other end comb edge portion 64 provided on the other end side 62b of the comb main body 62, the 2 nd concave portion is formed in the middle portion of the other outer peripheral edge, and the 1 st and 2 nd comb concave portions are formed in the outer peripheral edges of the plurality of comb teeth 66 surrounded by the one end comb edge portion 63 and the other end comb edge portion 64. The comb 60 has a tip through hole 68 formed on the tip side of the one-end comb edge portion 63, and a tip through hole 69 formed on the tip side of the other-end comb edge portion 64. In addition, the various modifications described in embodiment 1 can also be applied to the comb 60 according to this modification.
