Abstract

本发明提供一种具有防火性能的水性苯丙防锈涂料,其原料按重量份包括以下组分:苯丙乳液40‑60份、防锈颜料8‑15份、钛白粉10‑15份、石棉粉10‑15份、多聚磷酸铵40‑60份、三聚氰胺20‑30份、季戊四醇10‑15份、硅烷偶联剂0.2‑0.5份、分散剂0.5‑1.0份、消泡剂0.2‑0.5份、成膜助剂1.0‑2.5份、抗闪锈剂0.2‑0.5份、增稠剂0.3‑0.6份、pH调节剂0.5‑1.2份、去离子水30‑50份。本发明的涂料具有一般防锈涂料所不具备防火性能。本发明防锈涂料中所具备的防火性能作用原理是采用膨胀型防火涂料受热膨胀发泡,形成碳质泡沫隔热层封闭被保护的物体,延迟热量与基材的传递,阻止物体着火燃烧或因温度升高而造成的强度下降。

一种具有防火性能的水性苯丙防锈涂料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种防锈涂料,具体涉及一种具有防火性能的水性苯丙防锈涂料。
背景技术
防锈涂料,是可保护金属表面免受大气、海水等的化学或电化学腐蚀的涂料。在金属表面涂上防锈涂料能够有效的避免大气中各种腐蚀性物质的直接入侵,使得最大化的延长金属使用期限。可分为物理性和化学性防锈漆两大类。前者靠颜料和漆料的适当配合,形成致密的漆膜以阻止腐蚀性物质的侵入,如铁红、铝粉、石墨防锈漆等;后者靠防锈颜料的化学抑锈作用,如红丹、锌黄防锈漆等。用于桥梁、船舶、管道等金属的防锈。
目前,防锈涂料种类繁多,在许多领域都得到广泛的应用。在现有防锈涂料中大部分都是单一功效的防锈涂料比较多,还没有一款合格的、安全性能高的、同时具备防火性能和防锈性能的涂料的销售。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对现有问题,提供一种具有防火性能的水性苯丙防锈涂料,该一种具有防火性能的水性苯丙防锈涂料以水性苯丙乳液为成膜物质,添加的具有防火性能的多聚磷酸铵、三聚氰胺、季戊四醇、同时加入具有防锈效果的防锈颜料和其他填料等物料,并加入部分助剂,制备得到的一种具有防火性能的水性苯丙防锈涂料。该一种具有防火性能的水性苯丙防锈涂料采用各方面性能都较好的特种苯丙乳液为基料,以水为分散剂,经优化研制而成,无毒无害,施工方便,容易储存,防火性能佳,不但具有一般防锈涂料所具有的水溶性、不可燃,对环境无污染,使用安全;优异的防锈功能,可完全取代防锈油、脂;良好的耐硬水性能;热稳定性好,在高温状态时仍具有良好的防锈功能等优点;同时还具有一般防锈涂料所不具备防火性能。本发明一种具有防火性能的水性苯丙防锈涂料中所具备的防火性能作用原理是采用膨胀型防火涂料受热膨胀发泡,形成碳质泡沫隔热层封闭被保护的物体,延迟热量与基材的传递,阻止物体着火燃烧或因温度升高而造成的强度下降。该一种具有防火性能的水性苯丙防锈涂料防火阻燃性能极佳,适用于木材、钢铁、混凝土结构均可使用,是一种有应用推广价值的具有防火性能的水性苯丙防锈涂料。
为实现本发明上述目的,本发明一种具有防火性能的水性苯丙防锈涂料采用以下技术方案:一种具有防火性能的水性苯丙防锈涂料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括以下组分:苯丙乳液40-60 份、防锈颜料8-15份、钛白粉10-15份、石棉粉10-15份、多聚磷酸铵40-60份、三聚氰胺20-30份、季戊四醇10-15份、硅烷偶联剂0.2-0.5份、分散剂0.5-1.0 份、消泡剂0.2-0.5 份、成膜助剂1.0-2.5 份、抗闪锈剂0.2-0.5 份、增稠剂0.3-0.6份、pH 调节剂0.5-1.2份、去离子水30-50 份。
进一步地,所述的防锈颜料为改性磷酸锌、三聚磷酸铝,二者最佳重量配比为2:1。
进一步地,所述的钛白粉为金红石型钛白粉。
进一步地,所述分散剂六偏磷酸钠。
进一步地,所述的消泡剂为所述所述消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂、矿物油消泡剂中的一种或两种混合。
进一步地,所述的增稠剂为羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)。
与现有技术对比,本发明具有如下优点:
1、本发明中以自制备含磷苯丙乳液为基料,加入的防锈颜料为改性磷酸锌、三聚磷酸铝,二者最佳重量配比为2:1,制备出一种具有防火性能的水性苯丙防锈涂料。通过发明者通过大量实验数据得出,本发明的水性苯丙防锈涂料当乳液用量为45%(质量分数)左右时,所制备水性苯丙防锈涂料的耐盐水、耐盐雾时间最长,涂料的防锈性能最佳;
2、本发明添加的硅烷偶联剂用于预处理水性苯丙防锈涂料,其附着力增加1个等级,由处理前的2级上升为1级;
3、本发明的一种具有防火性能的水性苯丙防锈涂料。该一种具有防火性能的水性苯丙防锈涂料采用各方面性能都较好的特种苯丙乳液为基料,以水为分散剂,经优化研制而成,无毒无害,施工方便,容易储存,防火性能佳,不但具有一般防锈涂料所具有的水溶性、不可燃,对环境无污染,使用安全;优异的防锈功能,可完全取代防锈油、脂;良好的耐硬水性能;热稳定性好,在高温状态时仍具有良好的防锈功能等优点;同时还具有一般防锈涂料所不具备防火性能。本发明一种具有防火性能的水性苯丙防锈涂料中所具备的防火性能作用原理是采用膨胀型防火涂料受热膨胀发泡,形成碳质泡沫隔热层封闭被保护的物体,延迟热量与基材的传递,阻止物体着火燃烧或因温度升高而造成的强度下降。该一种具有防火性能的水性苯丙防锈涂料防火阻燃性能极佳,适用于木材、钢铁、混凝土结构均可使用,是一种有应用推广价值的具有防火性能的水性苯丙防锈涂料。

一种具有防火性能的水性苯丙防锈涂料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括以下组分:苯丙乳液40份、防锈颜料8份、钛白粉10份、石棉粉10份、多聚磷酸铵40份、三聚氰胺20份、季戊四醇10份、硅烷偶联剂0.2份、分散剂0.5份、消泡剂0.2份、成膜助剂1.0份、抗闪锈剂0.2份、增稠剂0.3份、pH 调节剂0.5份、去离子水30份。
所述的防锈颜料为改性磷酸锌、三聚磷酸铝,二者最佳重量配比为2:1。
所述的钛白粉为金红石型钛白粉。
所述分散剂六偏磷酸钠。
所述的消泡剂为所述所述消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂。
所述的增稠剂为羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC)。

一种具有防火性能的水性苯丙防锈涂料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括以下组分:苯丙乳液60 份、防锈颜料15份、钛白粉15份、石棉粉15份、多聚磷酸铵60份、三聚氰胺30份、季戊四醇15份、硅烷偶联剂0.5份、分散剂1.0 份、消泡剂0.5 份、成膜助剂2.5 份、抗闪锈剂0.5 份、增稠剂0.6份、pH 调节剂1.2份、去离子水50 份。
所述的防锈颜料为改性磷酸锌、三聚磷酸铝,二者最佳重量配比为2:1。
所述的钛白粉为金红石型钛白粉。
所述分散剂六偏磷酸钠。

所述的防锈颜料为改性磷酸锌、三聚磷酸铝,二者最佳重量配比为2:1。
所述的钛白粉为金红石型钛白粉。
所述分散剂六偏磷酸钠。
所述的消泡剂为所述所述消泡剂为有机硅消泡剂、矿物油消泡剂两种任意配比的混合。

1.一种具有防火性能的水性苯丙防锈涂料,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括以下组分:苯丙乳液40-60 份、防锈颜料8-15份、钛白粉10-15份、石棉粉10-15份、多聚磷酸铵40-60份、三聚氰胺20-30份、季戊四醇10-15份、硅烷偶联剂0.2-0.5份、分散剂0.5-1.0 份、消泡剂0.2-0.5 份、成膜助剂1.0-2.5 份、抗闪锈剂0.2-0.5 份、增稠剂0.3-0.6份、pH 调节剂0.5-1.2份、去离子水30-50 份。
