Abstract
The invention discloses a wet diaphragm membrane preparation device, which comprises an extrusion structure for extruding a polymer melt and a cooling forming structure for forming a diaphragm membrane; the thickness control structure is arranged close to the cooling forming structure and used for adjusting and controlling the thickness of the film sheet during forming so as to obtain the film sheet with the thick middle and the thin periphery; the thickness of the diaphragm is adjusted through the thickness control structure in the diaphragm forming process, so that a diaphragm with a thick middle and a thin periphery is obtained, and then the diaphragm can be stretched to obtain a diaphragm with uniform thickness; therefore, the uniformity of the stretching stage of the membrane is improved, the utilization rate of the membrane is improved, and the waste of materials is avoided as much as possible.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of porous membrane preparation, in particular to a wet method diaphragm membrane preparation device and a preparation method.
Background
At present, the preparation method of the lithium ion battery diaphragm is divided into a dry method and a wet method; the wet process is also called phase separation process or thermal phase separation process, which includes mixing liquid hydrocarbon or some small molecular matters with polyolefin resin, heating to melt to form homogeneous mixture, cooling to separate phase, pressing to obtain film, heating the film to near the smelting point, bi-directional stretching to orient molecular chain, maintaining the temperature for some time, and eluting residual solvent with volatile matter to prepare microporous film material.
Wet process membranes generally use ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene as the membrane body, paraffin oil as the pore former, and methylene chloride as the extract. In the stretching stage of the preparation process of the diaphragm, the diaphragm after casting is required to be subjected to one-time longitudinal stretching and two-time transverse stretching, and in order to obtain the diaphragm with good consistency, a large number of parts with uneven thickness are cut off after the stretching process, so that very serious waste is caused, and the actual utilization rate of the diaphragm is generally only 40% -60%. Therefore, how to improve the uniformity of the membrane during the stretching stage is a key to improving the production efficiency of the membrane.
In summary, a wet process diaphragm preparation device and a preparation method capable of improving uniformity in a stretching stage are provided.
Disclosure of Invention
To this end, the invention provides a wet process diaphragm membrane preparation device comprising an extrusion structure for extruding a polymer melt, and a cooling forming structure for forming a diaphragm membrane; the cooling forming structure is arranged close to the cooling forming structure, and the thickness control structure is used for adjusting and controlling the thickness of the film during forming to obtain the film with the thick middle and the thin periphery.
The cooling forming structure comprises a leaning roller and a forming roller, and the thickness control structure comprises an adjusting die which is close to the forming roller and a temperature adjusting component which is used for adjusting and controlling the temperature of the adjusting die, wherein the adjusting die is contacted with the adjusting surface of the membrane to form a concave structure with concave middle and two protruding ends.
The temperature adjusting component comprises a plurality of heating elements which are uniformly distributed below the adjusting surface of the adjusting die, and the heating elements enable the adjusting surface to form a plurality of heating sections with independent temperature control.
The number of the heating sections is set to be 5-15, and the temperature control range of the heating sections is 60-250 degrees.
The heating interval is also internally provided with a temperature sensor and a PLC controller for adjusting the temperature of the heating element in the heating interval according to the detection temperature of the temperature sensor.
The thickness control structure further includes a pressure regulating structure.
The pressure adjusting structure comprises a plurality of screw structures which are uniformly distributed below the adjusting die, and the screw end parts of the screw structures are propped against the bottom surface of the adjusting die.
The pressure of the pressure regulating structure ranges from 700Kgf to 2500Kgf.
On the basis of the above, the invention further provides a preparation method of the wet diaphragm membrane, which comprises the following steps: the polymer solution extruded by the extrusion die head of the extrusion structure is molded in the cooling molding structure, and in the molding process, the thickness control structure adjusts the thickness of the molded membrane.
The temperature adjusting component of the thickness control structure is used for carrying out regional adjustment on the temperature of the formed diaphragm, and the pressure adjusting structure of the thickness control structure is used for carrying out fine adjustment on the whole thickness of the diaphragm.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
in the invention, the thickness of the diaphragm is regulated by the thickness control structure in the diaphragm forming process, so that the diaphragm with the thick periphery in the middle is obtained, and the diaphragm with uniform thickness can be obtained after the diaphragm is stretched; therefore, the uniformity of the stretching stage of the membrane is improved, the utilization rate of the membrane is improved, and the waste of materials is avoided as much as possible.

Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present invention will be made apparent and fully in view of the accompanying drawings, in which some, but not all embodiments of the invention are shown. All other embodiments, which can be made by those skilled in the art based on the embodiments of the invention without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the invention.
In addition, the technical features of the different embodiments of the present invention described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not collide with each other.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the present embodiment provides a wet process diaphragm sheet manufacturing apparatus including an extrusion structure for extruding a polymer melt, and a cooling forming structure for forming a diaphragm sheet 1; it also comprises a thickness control structure which is arranged close to the cooling forming structure and used for adjusting and controlling the thickness of the film 1 during forming so as to obtain the film 1 with a thick middle periphery.
In this embodiment, the thickness of the membrane 1 is adjusted by the thickness control structure in the forming process of the membrane 1, so as to obtain a membrane 1 with a thin periphery and a thick middle, and then the membrane 1 can obtain a membrane with uniform thickness after being stretched; thus, the uniformity of the stretching stage of the membrane 1 is improved, the utilization rate of the membrane 1 is improved, and the waste of materials is avoided as much as possible.
Specifically, the cooling forming structure comprises a leaning roller 2 and a forming roller 3, and the thickness control structure comprises an adjusting die 4 arranged close to the forming roller 3 and a temperature adjusting component for performing temperature adjusting control on the adjusting die 4, wherein the adjusting die 4 contacts with the adjusting surface of the membrane 1 to form a concave structure with concave middle and two protruding ends.
Further, the temperature adjusting component comprises a plurality of heating elements 5 which are uniformly distributed below the adjusting surface of the adjusting die 4, and the heating elements 5 enable the adjusting surface to form a plurality of heating sections with independent temperature control. The number of the heating sections is set to be 5-15, and the temperature control range of the heating sections is 60-250 degrees. As a preferable implementation mode, the temperature control range is 150-250 ℃; therefore, the formed diaphragm 1 has a plurality of different thicknesses, so that the diaphragm can fully meet the deformation requirement of the stretching stage, and the thickness uniformity of the diaphragm after the stretching treatment is ensured to the greatest extent.
As a preferred embodiment, a temperature sensor and a PLC controller for adjusting the temperature of the heating element 5 in the heating section according to the detected temperature of the temperature sensor are further provided in the heating section of the present embodiment; thereby the heating temperature in the heating section can be adjusted in time.
The thickness control structure further comprises a pressure regulating structure 6.
The pressure regulating structure 6 comprises a plurality of screw structures which are uniformly distributed below the regulating die 4, wherein the screw ends of the screw structures are propped against the bottom surface of the regulating die 4, and the pressure range of the pressure regulating structure 6 is 700 Kgf-2500 Kgf; the screw structure can be used for carrying out integral fine adjustment or regional fine adjustment on the distance between the adjusting surface of the adjusting die 4 and the forming roller 3, so that the forming thickness of the membrane 1 is adjusted.
Example 2
On the basis of the above, the invention further provides a preparation method of the wet diaphragm membrane, which comprises the following steps: the polymer solution extruded from the extrusion die head of the extrusion structure is molded in a cooling molding structure, and in the molding process, the thickness control structure adjusts the thickness of the molded film 1.
The temperature adjusting component of the thickness control structure carries out regional adjustment on the temperature of the formed diaphragm 1, and the pressure adjusting structure 6 of the thickness control structure carries out fine adjustment on the whole thickness of the diaphragm 1.
In this embodiment, the heating element 5 in the temperature adjusting component disposed in the area is used to realize regional adjustment of the forming thickness of the diaphragm 1, and the pressure adjusting structure 6 is used to integrally adjust or regionally adjust the forming thickness of the diaphragm 1, so that the formed diaphragm 1 has a plurality of different thicknesses, so that the deformation requirement of the stretching stage can be fully satisfied, and the thickness uniformity of the diaphragm after the stretching treatment is ensured to the greatest extent.

The wet process diaphragm membrane preparation apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: the heating section is also internally provided with a temperature sensor and a PLC controller for adjusting the temperature of the heating element (5) in the heating section according to the detected temperature of the temperature sensor.
