Background

In view of the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a device for separating impurities or foreign matters from a continuously moving medium, which can separate the impurities or foreign matters from the continuously moving medium without reducing the flowing speed of the continuously moving medium or increasing the load and energy consumption of a driving device.
In order to achieve the purpose, the impurity or foreign matter separating device for the continuous moving medium comprises an inner cylinder, a spiral electromagnetic field emission mechanism and an electric control mechanism;
the spiral electromagnetic field emission mechanism is arranged in the inner cylinder and positioned on the inner wall of the inner cylinder or the axis position of the inner cylinder, and can emit a spiral electromagnetic field which is spiral along the inner wall of the inner cylinder;
the electric control mechanism comprises a controller and a power supply which are mutually and electrically connected, and the controller is electrically connected with the spiral electromagnetic field emission mechanism.

As a further improvement of the invention, two ends of the inner cylinder along the front and back direction are also provided with pressure sensors.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the inner cylinder has an outer diameter that is matched to the inner diameter of the transfer pipe and is fixedly attached to the inner wall of the transfer pipe.

Compared with the prior art, the impurity or foreign matter separating device for the continuous moving medium transmits a spiral electromagnetic field which is spiral along the inner wall of the inner cylinder through the spiral electromagnetic field transmitting mechanism, realizes the adsorption of suspended impurities or foreign matters in the continuous moving medium which flows through the inner cylinder, enables the impurities or foreign matters to move purposefully and generate polarized drift, and gradually adsorbs the impurities or foreign matters on the inner wall of the inner cylinder in a spiral shape along the spiral electromagnetic field, thereby realizing the separation of the impurities or foreign matters and the continuous moving medium; because the spiral electromagnetic field emission mechanism is connected with the controller of the electric control mechanism through the frequency adjusting element, different types of impurities or foreign matters suitable for different frequency bands can be separated, multi-stage separation can be realized, primary separation and refined separation can be performed firstly, and effective separation is further realized.

The invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
As shown in figure 1, the impurity or foreign matter separating device for the continuous moving medium comprises an inner cylinder 1, a spiral electromagnetic field emission mechanism 2 and an electric control mechanism; the spiral electromagnetic field emission mechanism 2 is arranged in the inner barrel 1 and positioned on the inner wall of the inner barrel 1 or the axis position of the inner barrel 1, and the spiral electromagnetic field emission mechanism 2 can emit a spiral electromagnetic field which is spiral along the inner wall of the inner barrel 1; the electric control mechanism comprises a controller and a power supply which are electrically connected with each other, and the controller is electrically connected with the spiral electromagnetic field emission mechanism 2.
As shown in fig. 1, when the device for separating impurities or foreign matters from a continuously moving medium is arranged in a conveying pipeline 3 and is powered on for use, the outer diameter of an inner cylinder 1 is matched with the inner diameter of the conveying pipeline 3 and is fixedly arranged on the inner wall of the conveying pipeline 3, the continuously moving medium such as gas, water or oil continuously moves from one end to the other end in the conveying pipeline 3, a spiral electromagnetic field emitting mechanism 2 emits an electromagnetic field which is spiral along the inner wall of the inner cylinder 1, when the continuously moving medium flows through the inner cylinder 1, the impurities or foreign matters suspended in the continuously moving medium purposefully move under the electrostatic adsorption action of the spiral electromagnetic field, drift in polarity, and are gradually adsorbed on the inner wall of the inner cylinder 1 in a spiral shape along the spiral electromagnetic field, and then the separation of the impurities or the foreign matters from the continuously moving medium is realized. The inner wall of the inner cylinder 1 is cleaned regularly.
As shown in figure 2, when the impurity or foreign matter separating device of the continuous moving medium is arranged in a pond, a pond and other local water areas needing to be purified for use, the impurity or foreign matter separating device of the continuous moving medium can be arranged in a local water area to be purified through the directional active moving mechanism 4, the controller controls the directional active moving mechanism 4 to work to enable the impurity or foreign matter separating device of the continuous moving medium to carry out directional movement such as circular motion, linear motion and the like in the local water area to be purified, when the continuous moving medium flows through the inner cylinder 1 in the moving process of the impurity or foreign matter separating device of the continuous moving medium, impurities or foreign matters suspended in the continuously moving medium are purposefully moved and subjected to polarized drift under the electrostatic adsorption action of the spiral electromagnetic field, and are gradually adsorbed on the inner wall of the inner barrel 1 in a spiral shape along the spiral electromagnetic field, so that the impurities or the foreign matters are separated from the continuously moving medium. The inner wall of the inner cylinder 1 is cleaned regularly.
In order to facilitate the separation of different types of impurities or foreign matters and realize the universality of the separation device, as a further improvement scheme of the invention, the spiral electromagnetic field emission mechanism 2 is connected with a controller of the electric control mechanism through a frequency adjusting element, and the controller controls the spiral electromagnetic field emission mechanism 2 to emit spiral electromagnetic fields of different frequency bands through the frequency adjusting element, so that the separation of different types of impurities or foreign matters suitable for different frequency bands is realized.
In order to separate different types of impurities or foreign matters on the same conveying pipeline 3, as a further improvement of the invention, a plurality of sets of impurity or foreign matter separating devices of the continuous moving medium are arranged along the axial direction of the conveying pipeline 3, and the frequency bands of the spiral electromagnetic fields emitted by the spiral electromagnetic field emitting mechanisms 2 of the plurality of sets of impurity or foreign matter separating devices of the continuous moving medium are different. The impurity or foreign matter separating device provided with a plurality of sets of continuous motion media on the same conveying pipeline 3 can realize multi-stage separation, realize preliminary separation and then refined separation, and further realize effective separation.

As an embodiment of the spiral electromagnetic field emission mechanism 2, the spiral electromagnetic field emission mechanism 2 emits an alternating spiral electromagnetic field which is spiral along the inner wall of the inner cylinder 1.
In order to facilitate the attachment of impurities or foreign matters, as a further modification of the present invention, the inner wall surface of the inner cylinder 1 is of a fibrous structure.
In order to facilitate cleaning of the inner wall of the inner cylinder 1 at a proper time point, as a further improvement scheme of the invention, pressure sensors are further arranged at two ends of the inner cylinder 1 in the front-back direction, the attachment amount of impurities or foreign matters can be judged through the pressure difference of continuous moving media in front of and behind the inner cylinder 1 fed back by the pressure sensors, when the pressure difference reaches a set range, a controller sends a signal to be cleaned, namely, the conveying pipeline 3 can be switched to enable the continuous media to flow through other conveying pipelines 3, and the impurities of the continuous moving media or the inner wall of the inner cylinder 1 of the foreign matter separation device of the conveying pipeline 3 stopping conveying the continuous media or the directional active moving mechanism 4 of the foreign matter separation device of the continuous moving media is stopped, and the impurities of the continuous moving media or the inner wall of the inner cylinder 1 of the foreign matter separation device.
In order to achieve a better separation effect, as a further improvement of the invention, a plurality of layers of coils are wound on the inner wall or the outer wall of the inner cylinder 1.

Claims (8)
1. A device for separating impurities or foreign matters of a continuously moving medium comprises an inner cylinder (1), a spiral electromagnetic field emission mechanism (2) and an electric control mechanism; it is characterized in that the preparation method is characterized in that,

the spiral electromagnetic field emission mechanism (2) emits an electromagnetic field which is spiral along the inner wall of the inner cylinder (1), when the continuous moving medium flows through the inner cylinder (1), impurities or foreign matters suspended in the continuous moving medium purposefully move and drift in a polarized manner under the electrostatic adsorption action of the spiral electromagnetic field, and are adsorbed on the inner wall of the inner cylinder (1) spirally along the spiral electromagnetic field, so that the impurities or the foreign matters are separated from the continuous moving medium; the attachment amount of impurities or foreign matters is judged by the continuous motion medium pressure difference of the front and the back of the inner cylinder (1) fed back by the pressure sensor, and a signal needing to be cleaned is sent by the controller when the pressure difference reaches a set range.

The device for separating foreign bodies or impurities of a continuously moving medium according to claim 1, wherein the inner cylinder (1) has an outer diameter dimension matching the inner diameter dimension of the transfer pipe (3) and is fixedly mounted on the inner wall of the transfer pipe (3).

The impurity or foreign matter separation device for continuously moving media according to claim 4, wherein a plurality of sets of the impurity or foreign matter separation device for continuously moving media are provided along the axial direction of the conveying pipe (3), and the spiral directions and the distribution directions of the spiral electromagnetic fields emitted by the spiral electromagnetic field emission mechanisms (2) of two adjacent sets of the impurity or foreign matter separation device for continuously moving media are of a positive-negative structure.
