本发明公开了一种小龙虾养殖的饲料,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:鱼粉20‑30、发酵血粉5‑6、麦麸40‑45、豆饼7‑10、花生饼6‑10、次粉7‑8、玉米粉7‑10、酵母粉1‑3、脱壳素0.1‑0.2、淀粉1‑2、螯合乳液4‑6,本发明以乙二胺四乙酸为螯合剂,通过对钠盐、镁盐的螯合,有效的提高了成品饲料的营养稳定性,有效的防止了饲料通过分散到水中而造成的营养流失,本发明的饲料安全环保性好,不会对水体造成污染,综合品质高。

技术领域
本发明属于饲料领域,具体涉及一种小龙虾养殖的饲料及其制备方法。
背景技术
龙虾是节肢动物门甲壳纲十足目龙虾科4个属19种龙虾的通称。又名大虾、龙头虾、虾魁、海虾等,它头胸部较粗大,外壳坚硬,色彩斑斓,腹部短小,体长一般在20厘米-40厘米之间,重 0.5 公斤上下,无螯,是虾类中最大的一类。在现有龙虾饲养中,饲料用量大,但龙虾对饲料的吸收不好,饲料的营养单一难以增强龙虾对疾病的免疫力,且饲料会一定程度的导致水体污染。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种小龙虾养殖的饲料及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种小龙虾养殖的饲料,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
鱼粉20-30、发酵血粉5-6、麦麸40-45、豆饼7-10、花生饼6-10、次粉7-8、玉米粉7-10、酵母粉1-3、脱壳素0.1-0.2、淀粉1-2、螯合乳液4-6。
所述的螯合乳液是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
乙二胺四乙酸0.4-1、亚硒酸钠0.1-0.2、食用氯化镁4-6、党参2-4、山梨坦单硬脂酸酯0.1-0.3、香樟树叶3-5;
所述的螯合乳液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取香樟树叶、党参混合,加入到混合料重量20-30倍的无水乙醇中,在60-65℃下保温搅拌1-2小时,过滤,得滤液;
(2)取亚硒酸钠、食用氯化镁混合,加入到混合料重量35-40倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,得水分散液;
(3)取上述滤液、水分散液混合,搅拌均匀,加入山梨坦单硬脂酸酯,搅拌均匀,蒸馏除去乙醇,加入乙二胺四乙酸,送入到60-65℃的恒温水浴中,保温搅拌2-3小时,出料冷却,即得所述螯合乳液。
一种小龙虾养殖的饲料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
取麦麸、豆饼、花生饼、玉米粉混合,磨成细粉,过100-120目晒,晾干,与螯合乳液、发酵血粉混合,搅拌均匀,送入到烘箱中,在50-60℃下干燥1-2小时,出料,加入剩余各原料,混合,搅拌均匀,即得所述小龙虾养殖的饲料。
本发明的优点:
本发明饲料配方能满足小龙虾成虾养殖过程中的营养需求的同时还可以满足幼虾的营养需求,使用本发明的饲料后,成虾和幼虾的成熟周期有效提前1-2周,本发明以乙二胺四乙酸为螯合剂,通过对钠盐、镁盐的螯合,有效的提高了成品饲料的营养稳定性,有效的防止了饲料通过分散到水中而造成的营养流失,本发明的饲料安全环保性好,不会对水体造成污染,综合品质高。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种小龙虾养殖的饲料,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
鱼粉30、发酵血粉6、麦麸45、豆饼10、花生饼10、次粉8、玉米粉10、酵母粉3、脱壳素0.2、淀粉2、螯合乳液6。
所述的螯合乳液是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
乙二胺四乙酸1、亚硒酸钠0.2、食用氯化镁6、党参4、山梨坦单硬脂酸酯0.3、香樟树叶5;
所述的螯合乳液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取香樟树叶、党参混合,加入到混合料重量30倍的无水乙醇中,在65℃下保温搅拌2小时,过滤,得滤液;
(2)取亚硒酸钠、食用氯化镁混合,加入到混合料重量40倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,得水分散液;
(3)取上述滤液、水分散液混合,搅拌均匀,加入山梨坦单硬脂酸酯,搅拌均匀,蒸馏除去乙醇,加入乙二胺四乙酸,送入到65℃的恒温水浴中,保温搅拌3小时,出料冷却,即得所述螯合乳液。
一种小龙虾养殖的饲料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
取麦麸、豆饼、花生饼、玉米粉混合,磨成细粉,过120目晒,晾干,与螯合乳液、发酵血粉混合,搅拌均匀,送入到烘箱中,在60℃下干燥2小时,出料,加入剩余各原料,混合,搅拌均匀,即得所述小龙虾养殖的饲料。

所述的螯合乳液是由下述重量份的原料组成的:

所述的螯合乳液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:

鱼粉20-30、发酵血粉5-6、麦麸40-45、豆饼7-10、花生饼6-10、次粉7-8、玉米粉7-10、酵母粉1-3、脱壳素0.1-0.2、淀粉1-2、螯合乳液4-6。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种小龙虾养殖的饲料,其特征在于,所述的螯合乳液是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
乙二胺四乙酸0.4-1、亚硒酸钠0.1-0.2、食用氯化镁4-6、党参2-4、山梨坦单硬脂酸酯0.1-0.3、香樟树叶3-5;
所述的螯合乳液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
