Abstract

一种高温超导线圈双带双饼的绕制方法,包括以下步骤:先按照计算好的双饼所需总线长定制两组线盘,将两组线盘等分对绕在两个线盘上;然后将两组线盘的两个分线盘分别固定在双饼单元绕制骨架和放线机构上,放线机构侧两组线通过导位轮叠加入线,绕线机顺时针转动,绕制正饼;正饼绕完后,将固定在骨架上的两个线盘拆下来再次安装在放线机构上,绕线机反转,绕制反饼,从而完成双饼绕制过程;此方法原理简单、实用、提高绕线效率,降低折线风险,节约超导带材。

技术领域
本发明属于高温超导线圈绕制技术领域,特别涉及一种高温超导线圈双带双饼的绕制方法。
背景技术
随着用电负荷增长和供电可靠性需求增加,电网短路电流水平已经逼近甚至超过开关设备的开断能力,高温超导限流器和高温超导变压器是提高电力系统的稳定性这一世界范围内电力系统问题的最佳方案。
受高温超导带材长度和性能限制,为保证电流和匝数,电力系统用高温超导线圈一般采用叠加的双带绕成双饼线圈串并联组合结构,一般情况下,从起绕端开始数起,奇数饼称为“反饼”,导线由外向里绕制;偶数饼则称为“正饼”,导线由里向外绕制。一个反饼和相邻的正饼组成一个单元,称为“双饼单元”。本发明的目的就是提供一种高温超导线圈双带双饼的 “双饼单元”的绕制方法。
发明内容
为克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种高温超导线圈双带双饼的绕制方法,具有方便实用有效的特点。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种高温超导线圈双带双饼的绕制方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,先按照计算好的双饼总线长定制两组线盘一、线盘二,将线盘一上的线材等分后分别对绕在分线轮A、分线轮B;分线轮C、分线轮D上;
步骤二,将分线轮A、分线轮C固定在放线机构;分线轮B、分线轮D固定在双饼单元绕制骨架上;放线机构侧两组线通过导位轮叠加入线,再通过导轮进入安装在绕线机上的骨架上;绕线机顺时针转动,绕制正饼,放线机构是绕线机的一部分,绕线机是整体系统;
步骤三,正饼绕完后,将固定在骨架上的两个分线轮B、分线轮D拆下来再次安装在放线机构上,绕线机反转,绕制反饼,从而完成双饼绕制过程。
所述的两组线盘一、线盘二按长度均分后的两个分线盘,一端安装在放线机构,另一端固定在骨架端,顺时针旋转完成正饼绕制。
所述的正饼绕制结束后,把固定在骨架端的两个分线盘再拆卸安装在放线机构上,骨架再反转绕制完成反饼,如此一来实现双带双饼的绕制工艺过程。
本发明的有益效果是:
1)可以实现两个叠加的带材在张力控制下的双饼线圈绕制。
2)通过计算用线长度提前进行线材分中,从中心点开始绕制,保证了双饼匝数的一致性,节约超导带材。
3)正饼绕完后,更换线盘位置后绕线机反转即可实现反饼绕制,避免高温超导带材来回挪动引起的折线风险,操作简单,提高效率。
本发明解决了一种高温超导线圈双带双饼的绕制的技术难题,原理简单、实用、提高绕线效率,降低折线风险,节约超导带材。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进行详细说明。
参见图1,步骤一,先按照计算好的双饼总线长定制两组线盘一、线盘二,将线盘一上的线材等分后分别对绕在分线轮A(1)、分线轮B(2);分线轮C(3)、分线轮D(4)上;
步骤二,将分线轮A(1)、分线轮C(3)固定在放线机构(8);分线轮B(2)、分线轮D(4)固定在双饼单元绕制骨架(6)上;参见图2,放线机构侧两组线通过导位轮(7)叠加入线,再通过导轮(5)进入安装在绕线机上的骨架上;绕线机顺时针转动,绕制正饼,放线机构是绕线机的一部分,所以绕线机是整体系统;
步骤三,正饼绕完后,将固定在骨架(6)上的两个分线轮B(2)、分线轮D(4)拆下来再次安装在放线机构(8)上,绕线机反转,绕制反饼,从而完成双饼绕制过程。
所述的两组线盘一、线盘二按长度均分后的两个分线盘,一端安装在放线机构,另一端固定在骨架端,顺时针旋转完成正饼绕制。
所述的正饼绕制结束后,把固定在骨架端的两个分线盘再拆卸安装在放线机构上,骨架再反转绕制完成反饼,如此一来实现双带双饼的绕制工艺过程。

1.一种高温超导线圈双带双饼的绕制方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,先按照计算好的双饼总线长定制两组线盘一、线盘二,将线盘一上的线材等分后分别对绕在分线轮A(1)、分线轮B(2);将线盘二上的线材等分后分别对绕在分线轮C(3)、分线轮D(4)上;
步骤二,将分线轮A(1)、分线轮C(3)固定在放线机构(8);分线轮B(2)、分线轮D(4)固定在双饼单元绕制骨架(6)上;放线机构侧两组线通过导位轮(7)叠加入线,再通过导轮(5)进入安装在绕线机上的骨架上;绕线机顺时针转动,绕制正饼;
步骤三,正饼绕完后,将固定在骨架(6)上的两个分线轮B(2)、分线轮D(4)拆下来再次安装在放线机构(8)上,绕线机反转,绕制反饼,从而完成双饼绕制过程;
所述的两组线盘一、线盘二通过对绕分线,每组线分别绕制在两个分线轮上,两个分线轮上的线分别作为正反饼线圈绕制用带材。
