Abstract

本发明提供了一种节能LCM液晶显示模组,包括FOG液晶显示屏、用于安放FOG液晶显示屏的胶框以及设于FOG液晶显示屏背面的背光模组,背光模组的背面设有起支撑保护作用的金属框,金属框具有容腔,所述背光膜组包括导光板,导光板的背面设有反射片,导光板的正面设有背光膜材,背光膜材装入胶框内,导光板前端部的入光侧面直接贴合有LB,导光板通过设置在导光板尾端部的硅胶回弹装置卡在金属框容腔内。与现有技术相比,该节能LCM液晶显示模组,将LB直接与导光板入光面贴合,导光板通过硅胶回弹装置卡在金属框容腔内,防止导光板移动,这样减少因LB双面胶造成的光损,在同等亮度规格下,产品的功耗可以下降8%左右,提升LCM液晶显示模组的可靠性。

Description

一种节能LCM液晶显示模组
技术领域
本发明涉及液晶显示领域,特别是一种节能LCM液晶显示模组。
背景技术
LCM液晶显示器以其图像清晰细腻,不闪烁,不伤眼,无辐射,低功耗,更轻薄等众多优点而取代了传统的CRT阴极射线管显示器,备受广大消费者青睐。目前较多应用于电子表,手机,PDA,掌上游戏机,学习机,GPS导航仪,数码照相机,数码摄影机,电脑显示器和电视机等,在汽车,医疗,军事等高可靠性要求领域也均有应用。其中较好的背光导光板固定装置,可以在日常应用中产品的耐温性能更好,产品发光效率更高更节能。
目前,传统的LCM液晶显示模组背光组装方式为:如图1所示,下铁框1,反射片2装在下铁框1内靠尾部内挡墙贴附, LB(发光条)3装在下铁框1内, LB3通过LB双面胶4与导光板5连接固定在一起,将胶框6装入下铁框1内,将下扩散片7、下增光片8、上增光片9、口字胶10依次装入胶框6的膜材槽内,最后将FOG装入胶框6玻璃槽内,完成装配,因LB双面胶4是贴附在LED灯口正前方,会吸收一部光线,导致LED所发光的利用率下降8%左右; LB双面胶4把导光板5固定在LB3上,当LCM液晶显示模组在做冷热环境测试时,因导光板5与LB电路板两个材料的膨胀系数相差比较多,所以在做冷热环境测试后,导光板5容易出现两个方面不良:(1)导光板5与LB3固定有松掉现象;(2)导光板5变形折皱现象,影响产品显示效果。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种节能LCM液晶显示模组,将 LB直接与导光板入光面贴合,导光板卡在金属框内,防止导光板移动,这样减少因LB双面胶造成的光损,解决产品在做冷热冲击时LB与导光板膨胀系数不一样出现的导光板变形折皱的问题,提升LCM液晶显示模组的可靠性。
本发明采用的技术方案为:
一种节能LCM液晶显示模组,包括FOG液晶显示屏、用于安放FOG液晶显示屏的胶框以及设于FOG液晶显示屏背面的背光模组,背光模组的背面设有起支撑保护作用的金属框,金属框具有容腔,所述背光膜组包括导光板,导光板的背面设有反射片,导光板的正面设有背光膜材,背光膜材装入胶框内,其特征在于,导光板前端部的入光侧面直接贴合有LB,导光板通过设置在导光板尾端部的硅胶回弹装置卡在金属框容腔内。
优选地,所述导光板尾端部的两个边角分别设置有硅胶回弹装置。
优选地,所述硅胶回弹装置由水平胶条以及与水平胶条垂直连接的竖直胶条形成。
优选地,所述背光膜材包括依次层叠的下扩散片、下增光片、上增光片和口字胶,导光板处于下扩散片的背面。
优选地,所述FOG液晶显示屏包括Cell、pol、IC以及线路板。
优选地,所述线路板为FPC或PCBA。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:本发明提供一种节能LCM液晶显示模组,将 LB直接与导光板入光面贴合,导光板通过硅胶回弹装置卡在金属框容腔内,防止导光板移动,这样减少因LB双面胶造成的光损,在同等亮度规格下,产品的功耗可以下降8%左右;同时解决产品在做冷热冲击时LB与导光板膨胀系数不一样出现的导光板变形折皱的问题,提升LCM液晶显示模组的可靠性。

具体实施方式
根据附图对本发明提供的优选实施方式做具体说明。
图2,为本发明提供的一种节能LCM液晶显示模组的优选实施方式。如图2所示,该节能LCM液晶显示模组包括FOG液晶显示屏10、用于安放FOG液晶显示屏的胶框20以及设于FOG液晶显示屏10背面的背光模组30,背光模组30的背面设有起支撑保护作用的金属框40,金属框40具有容腔41,所述背光膜组30包括导光板31,导光板31的背面设有反射片32,导光板31的正面设有背光膜材33,背光膜材33装入胶框20内,导光板31前端部的入光侧面直接贴合有LB311,导光板31通过设置在导光板尾端部的硅胶回弹装置34卡在金属框容腔41内,防止导光板移动,这样减少因LB双面胶造成的光损,在同等亮度规格下,产品的功耗可以下降8%左右;同时解决产品在做冷热冲击时LB与导光板膨胀系数不一样出现的导光板变形折皱的问题,提升LCM液晶显示模组的可靠性。
所述导光板31尾端部的两个边角分别设置有硅胶回弹装置34;所述硅胶回弹装置34由水平胶条341以及与水平胶条341垂直连接的竖直胶条342形成,这样硅胶回弹装置34包裹着导光板31尾端部的边角,将导光板卡在金属框容腔41内,防止导光板31移动。
所述背光膜材33包括依次层叠的下扩散片331、下增光片332、上增光片333和口字胶334,导光板31处于下扩散片331的背面。
所述FOG液晶显示屏10包括Cell(液晶面板)、pol(偏光片)、IC(芯片)以及线路板。该线路板为FPC(柔性线路板)或PCBA(印刷电路板)。
综上所述,本发明的技术方案可以充分有效的实现上述发明目的,且本发明的结构及功能原理都已经在实施例中得到充分的验证,能达到预期的功效及目的,在不背离本发明的原理和实质的前提下,可以对发明的实施例做出多种变更或修改。因此,本发明包括一切在专利申请范围中所提到范围内的所有替换内容,任何在本发明申请专利范围内所作的等效变化,皆属本案申请的专利范围之内。

1.一种节能LCM液晶显示模组,包括FOG液晶显示屏、用于安放FOG液晶显示屏的胶框以及设于FOG液晶显示屏背面的背光模组,背光模组的背面设有起支撑保护作用的金属框,金属框具有容腔,所述背光膜组包括导光板,导光板的背面设有反射片,导光板的正面设有背光膜材,背光膜材装入胶框内,其特征在于,导光板前端部的入光侧面直接贴合有LB,导光板通过设置在导光板尾端部的硅胶回弹装置卡在金属框容腔内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的节能LCM液晶显示模组,其特征在于:所述导光板尾端部的两个边角分别设置有硅胶回弹装置。
3.根据权利要求1所述的节能LCM液晶显示模组,其特征在于:所述硅胶回弹装置由水平胶条以及与水平胶条垂直连接的竖直胶条形成。
4.根据权利要求1至3任一所述的节能LCM液晶显示模组,其特征在于:所述背光膜材包括依次层叠的下扩散片、下增光片、上增光片和口字胶,导光板处于下扩散片的背面。
5.根据权利要求1所述的节能LCM液晶显示模组,其特征在于:所述FOG液晶显示屏包括Cell、pol、IC以及线路板。
6.根据权利要求5所述的节能LCM液晶显示模组,其特征在于:所述线路板为FPC或PCBA。
