本发明公开了一种用于电阻式在线水分仪的旋钮,包括壳体,壳体包括第一端件、第二端件和中间端件、外旋筒和内旋筒,所述的第一端件的下端开有第一连接槽,第二端件的下端开有第二连接槽、第三连接槽和第四连接槽,第一连接槽和第二连接槽的形状均为三角形,中间端件的两端分别与第一端件和第二端件连接,中间端件分别与外旋筒和内旋筒一体成型,所述的外旋筒内设有齿螺纹;通过调节控制旋钮与采样螺杆安装的相对位置,从而控制采样螺杆旋进的深度,控制碾压谷物的力度,保持测量结果的统一性和准确性,提高测量的效率,具有很好的使用和推广价值。

一种用于电阻式在线水分仪的旋钮
技术领域
本发明属于测量仪器制造技术领域,具体涉及一种用于电阻式在线水分仪的旋钮。
背景技术
粮食中水分含量是评价粮食品质的重要指标,也是收购商划等级、定价的主要参考依据,差一个水分,每斤就差一分钱。国家将粮食质量分为五个等级,小麦和玉米以容重、稻谷以出糙率为主要指标,一等最高,五等最低,五等以下的粮食为等外级。等外级粮食由收购企业根据市场情况依质定价,自行收购。粮食水分、杂质等增扣量的方法作了明确规定,如水分、杂质、不完善粒等含量低于或高于标准的,按规定进行增扣数量。
电阻式测量仪在线检测水分仪主要用于检测物料水分,市场上流通的电阻式水分仪为直接碾压式。这种水分仪存在碾压不稳定性、进料无法控制、粮食残留、碾压谷物粘黏仪器、碾压力度过大或者过小,碾压力度不易调节、测量结果不稳定并且测量结果偏差大的缺点,并且在测量不同粮食水分时,需使用不同型号的水分仪,否则存在加大测量误差的缺点,提高了使用成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于电阻式在线水分仪的旋钮,通过调节控制旋钮与采样螺杆安装的相对位置,从而控制采样螺杆旋进的深度,控制碾压谷物的力度,保持测量结果的统一性和准确性,提高测量的效率,具有很好的使用和推广价值。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种用于电阻式在线水分仪的旋钮,包括壳体,壳体包括第一端件、第二端件和中间端件、外旋筒和内旋筒,中间端件的两端分别与第一端件和第二端件连接,中间端件分别与外旋筒和内旋筒一体成型;所述的第一端件的下端开有第一连接槽,第二端件的下端开有第二连接槽、第三连接槽和第四连接槽,第一连接槽和第二连接槽的形状均为三角形,所述的外旋筒内设有齿螺纹;
进一步,所述的齿螺纹的数量为个。
进一步,所述的旋钮的外形为闪电形。
进一步,所述的水分仪还包括采样螺杆,采样螺杆用于碾压粮食谷物,采样螺杆的一端设有螺齿,齿螺纹与螺齿啮合联接,所述的齿螺纹的长度比螺齿的长度长3-5mm,用于调节控制旋钮与采样螺杆安装的相对位置。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明的提供的一种用于电阻式在线水分仪的旋钮,设计简单合理,旋钮与水分仪中采样螺杆相配合,采样螺杆用于碾压粮食谷物,采样螺杆的一端设有螺齿,齿螺纹与螺齿啮合联接,安装紧密,旋紧工作时不会滑动,所述的齿螺纹的长度比螺齿的长度长3-5mm,用于调节控制旋钮与采样螺杆安装的相对位置,从而控制采样螺杆旋进的深度,控制碾压谷物的力度,保持测量结果的统一性和准确性,提高测量的效率,具有很好的使用和推广价值。

请参阅图1-图5所示,本发明为一种用于电阻式在线水分仪的旋钮,包括壳体1,壳体1包括第一端件11、第二端件12和中间端件13、外旋筒14和内旋筒15,中间端件13的两端分别与第一端件11和第二端件12连接,中间端件13分别与外旋筒14和内旋筒15一体成型;所述的第一端件11的下端开有第一连接槽111,第二端件12的下端开有第二连接槽121、第三连接槽122和第四连接槽123,第一连接槽111和第二连接槽121的形状均为三角形,所述的外旋筒14内设有齿螺纹141,所述的齿螺纹141的数量为36个;
所述的旋钮的外形为闪电形;
所述的水分仪还包括采样螺杆2,采样螺杆2用于碾压粮食谷物,采样螺杆2的一端设有螺齿21,齿螺纹141与螺齿21啮合联接,安装紧密,旋紧工作时不会滑动,所述的齿螺纹141的长度比螺齿21的长度长3-5mm,用于调节控制旋钮与采样螺杆2安装的相对位置,从而控制采样螺杆2旋进的深度,控制碾压谷物的力度。

1.一种用于电阻式在线水分仪的旋钮,其特征在于:包括壳体(1),壳体(1)包括第一端件(11)、第二端件(12)和中间端件(13)、外旋筒(14)和内旋筒(15),中间端件(13)的两端分别与第一端件(11)和第二端件(12)连接,中间端件(13)分别与外旋筒(14)和内旋筒(15)一体成型;所述的第一端件(11)的下端开有第一连接槽(111),第二端件(12)的下端开有第二连接槽(121)、第三连接槽(122)和第四连接槽(123),第一连接槽(111)和第二连接槽(121)的形状均为三角形,所述的外旋筒(14)内设有齿螺纹(141)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于电阻式在线水分仪的旋钮,其特征在于:所述的齿螺纹(141)的数量为36个。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于电阻式在线水分仪的旋钮,其特征在于:所述的旋钮的外形为闪电形。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种用于电阻式在线水分仪的旋钮,其特征在于:所述的水分仪还包括采样螺杆(2),采样螺杆(2)用于碾压粮食谷物,采样螺杆(2)的一端设有螺齿(21),齿螺纹(141)与螺齿(21)啮合联接,所述的齿螺纹(141)的长度比螺齿(21)的长度长3-5mm,用于调节控制旋钮与采样螺杆(2)安装的相对位置。
