本发明为室内摇控照明线路敷设方法,这种线路敷设方法是将照明回路从负荷箱(M1、M2)引至棚顶,在楼板内敷设管线,取消墙内的照明回路管线和接线盒,从而可减少大量故障点,降低造价,节约电能,用户使用时可用摇控开关控制室内的照明灯,使用方便。

室内遥控照明线路敷设方法
本发明属于室内照明线路敷设方法。
目前,我国室内照明线路的敷设是由棚顶和墙内敷设照明管线,墙内还需有接线盒,影响工程整体结构和室内美观,在管线预埋工程中,浪费材料和工时,使用不方便。目前,室内遥控照明线路方法未见报导。
本发明针对上述问题,设计了一种室内遥控照明线路敷设方法,这种方法可以取消墙内全部照明回路管线和接线盒,减少故障点,降低成本。

1、一种室内遥控照明线路敷设方法,其特征在于把电源管、线从电源箱(MX)引至负荷箱(M1、M2),从负荷箱(M1、M2)用直径20mm的阻燃管上引到棚顶,把顶棚上的遥控接收器盒和灯位盒依次连接,再用两根2.5mm2的导线穿在直径20mm的阻燃管内,用两根2.5mm2的导线把所有的遥控接收器(Ys)并联连接,照明灯(RL)串接在遥控接收器(Ys)的后面,用遥控开关即可控制照明灯(RL)。
室内遥控照明线路敷设方法,由于取消墙内的照明回路管线和接线盒,从而可减少大量故障点,降低造价,节约电能,用户使用方便。
下面描述一个实施例:照明回路从负荷箱(M1、M2)引至棚顶,在楼板内敷设管线,配管采用PVC20阻燃管,如果棚顶是预应力板,要求在灯位处打一条不小于200mm宽的现浇板带,配管在底层筋的上面,在灯位处下预埋件,规格不小于Φ6的丁字螺栓,管路的路径走向根据实际而定。配管用最短的管路把棚顶所有的灯位盒和遥控接收器盒串联起来,在遥控接收器盒内留有100mm的接线余量,在接线时导线不得断开。

1、一种室内遥控照明线路敷设方法,其特征在于把电源管、线从电源箱(MX)引至负荷箱(M1、M2),从负荷箱(M1、M2)用直径20mm的阻燃管上引到棚顶,把顶棚上的遥控接收器盒和灯位盒依次连接,再用两根2.5mm2的导线穿在直径20mm的阻燃管内,用两根2.5mm2的导线把所有的遥控接收器(Ys)并联连接,照明灯(RL)串接在遥控接收器(Ys)的后面,用遥控开关即可控制照明灯(RL)。
