一种低温液体加套管保温装置,它主要有上下两半保温筒体通过筒体中间的连接法兰翻边焊接而成,所述的保温筒体内设置有用于低温液体管道支撑并固定用的管道支撑架,在保温筒体顶部设置有装砂孔、底部设置有排砂孔,并在保温筒体内填满有绝热保温材料;所述的保温筒体由多段筒体通过连接端边的法兰翻边焊接而成;所述低温液体管道通过抱箍固定在所述水平安装在筒间的管道支撑架上,且每段筒体内设置有2‑3个管道支撑架;它具有结构简单、安全可靠、合理高效,便于现场安装和后期维护、保养,可有效防止管道中低温液体的冷损,增加装置运行可靠性,降低空分装置或LNG装置能耗等特点。

一种低温液体加套管保温装置
技术领域
本发明涉及的是一种低温液体加套管保温装置,适用于化工设备、LNG装置、空分设备及液化装置的冷箱外低温液体保温型式,属于低温液体保温技术领域。
背景技术
空分装置中,低温液体产品出口温度极低,一般操作温度可达到-196℃以下。在运行过程中, 冷箱外低温液体管道非常容易跑冷、挂霜,造成能耗的损失。尤其是近年来出现的空分装置产品内压缩流程,装置会产生大量的低温液体产品,低温液体产品一般都通过发泡保温管道或者真空管输送到贮槽或罐车中。这两种输送方式,在实践中都有各自的弊端:发泡保温管道所需要的保温尺寸过大,不便于总体布置,外层易破损、失效,后期维护成本高;真空管采购成本高,管壁真空度会随时间逐渐降低,容易跑冷挂霜,而且每段管道连接处有死区,用于液氧管线中会有碳氢聚集的风险。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,而提供的一种结构简单、安全可靠、合理高效,便于人员操作和维护,可有效、稳定输送低温液体产品,达到可靠的低温液体管道保温效果,又不占用过大空间的低温液体加套管保温装置。
本发明是通过如下技术方案来完成的:一种低温液体加套管保温装置,它主要有上下两半保温筒体通过筒体中间的连接法兰翻边焊接而成,所述的保温筒体内设置有用于低温液体管道支撑并固定用的管道支撑架,支撑保温筒内低温液体管道,并使之固定不产生振动,让保温筒和内部低温管道成为一体,同步加强了保温筒和低温液体管道刚度;在保温筒体顶部设置有装砂孔、底部设置有排砂孔,并在保温筒体内填满有绝热保温材料;装砂孔位于保温筒高点,由于珠光砂具有非常好的流动性,使之均匀平铺于筒内,无死角,不会出现空筒无保温的情况;底部排砂孔便于泄砂、检修内部管道。
作为优选:所述的保温筒体由多段筒体通过连接端边的法兰翻边焊接而成;所述低温液体管道通过抱箍固定在所述水平安装在筒间的管道支撑架上,且每段筒体内设置有2-3个管道支撑架;所述的绝热保温材料选用珠光砂。
本发明具有结构简单、安全可靠、合理高效,便于人员维护,能保持空分装置或LNG装置的低能耗和平稳运行等特点。

具体实施方式
下面将结合附图对本发明作详细的介绍:图1、2所示,本发明所述的一种低温液体加套管保温装置,它主要有上下两半保温筒体通过筒体中间的连接法兰翻边7焊接而成,所述的保温筒体1内设置有用于低温液体管道2支撑并固定用的管道支撑架3,在保温筒体1顶部设置有装砂孔4、底部设置有排砂孔5,并在保温筒体1内填满有绝热保温材料。
图中所示,所述的保温筒体1由多段筒体通过连接端边的法兰翻边7焊接而成;所述低温液体管道2通过抱箍6固定在所述水平安装在筒间的管道支撑架3上,且每段筒体内设置有2-3个管道支撑架3;所述的绝热保温材料选用珠光砂。
实施例:本发明通过低温液体管道外层的保温筒形成密闭空腔,内充珠光砂进行绝热保温。保温材料-珠光砂具有流动性好、导热系数低、化学稳定性好、不燃、无毒、无味、吸音等特性,是极佳的绝温保冷材料。采用绝热系数更高的珠光砂代替传统的玻璃砖或发泡剂作为绝热材料,能大幅缩小低温液体管道保温尺寸、降低保温成本、改善管道保温效果。同时,珠光砂良好的吸音特性,也有助于降低管道内流体输送造成的噪音,达到降噪的目的。
本发明所述的保温筒体为上下两半式、各自独立制作,筒体中间采用翻边焊接型式,不会泄露珠光砂;两保温筒连接型式也为翻边焊接。全段采用焊接型式,具有可靠、安全、无漏点、便于安装的特点。同时,大气中的水分不会渗透到低温的保温桶内,不会使珠光砂返潮失效,具有极高的可靠性。两半式保温桶上下一致,也便于批量加工制作。
保温筒体的顶部安有装砂孔,底部装有排砂孔。其作用在于装砂和后期维护泄砂。装砂孔位于保温筒高点,由于珠光砂有良好的流动性,装满珠光砂后,能均匀平铺于筒内,无死角,不会出现空筒无保温的情况;底部排砂孔便于泄砂、检修内部管道。
保温筒体的内部装有管道支撑。每个筒段带2-3件,用于支撑保温筒内低温液体管道,使之固定、不产生振动,让保温筒和内部液体管道成为一体,同步加强了保温筒和管道刚度。一体式的设计,也有利于减小保温筒厚度,减轻整套保温重量,相应减少管廊载荷和降低制作成本。
所述的保温筒体的顶部设置装砂孔,也具有检查孔的作用,不仅可用于一次装填珠光砂,也可用于后续检查筒内低温管道或珠光砂干燥度和平整度。整套装置的保温效果,取决于珠光砂产品质量和珠光砂的干燥度,受潮后的珠光砂,保温效果会急剧下降,低温管道会外层会挂霜、失效,大量跑冷。在某些极端情况下,冷气会传导至管廊上,碳钢材料的管廊,具有冷脆性,严重时可能会冻裂管廊型材。极其便利的检查孔,可有效防止此现象的发生。

1.一种低温液体加套管保温装置,它主要有上下两半保温筒体通过筒体中间的连接法兰翻边焊接而成,其特征在于:所述的保温筒体(1)内设置有用于低温液体管道(2)支撑并固定用的管道支撑架(3),在保温筒体(1)顶部设置有装砂孔(4)、底部设置有排砂孔(5),并在保温筒体(1)内填满有绝热保温材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低温液体加套管保温装置,其特征在于:所述的保温筒体(1)由多段筒体通过连接端边的法兰翻边焊接而成;所述低温液体管道(2)通过抱箍(6)固定在所述水平安装在筒间的管道支撑架(3)上,且每段筒体内设置有2-3个管道支撑架(3);所述的绝热保温材料选用珠光砂。
