本发明涉及一种工业专用防腐输液管道,包括本体,本体上焊接有多个均匀布置的圆环型加强筋,本体两端设有进口和出口,进口内径较本体内径小3‑4mm,出口内径较本体内径大3‑4mm,出口内壁上设有加强层,本体包括内管,内管内部设有强固层,强固层上设有缓冲层,缓冲层上设有隔离层,内管外侧设有耐磨层,隔离层和耐磨层表面均设有防腐层。本发明结构简单,有效进行防腐,进口处内径小于本体,同时出口处的内径大于本体,能有效进行管道的连接,确保连接的紧密型,避免发生泄露,本体之间通过多种结构组成,加强其抗压耐磨性,增强缓冲效果,加强筋能有效保护内部结构的稳定性,提高安全性能,延长使用寿命。

本发明具体涉及一种工业专用防腐输液管道。
背景技术
化工运输过程中的管道大多采用不锈钢材质制成,抗压能力强,由于其化工液体的特殊性,处在一定的腐蚀性,所以在制作过程中必须进程防腐处理,且由于管道制造过程中,长度具有局限性,必须进行管道之间的连接,但是现有管道之间大多内径相同,在连接过程中只能采用焊接法,在焊接过程中容易对防腐层造成损伤,且长时间使用后,连接处易发生泄漏。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于一种工业专用防腐输液管道,以解决现有的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种工业专用防腐输液管道,包括本体,本体上焊接有多个均匀布置的圆环型加强筋,本体两端设有进口和出口,进口内径较本体内径小3-4mm,出口内径较本体内径大3-4mm,出口内壁上设有加强层,本体包括内管,内管内部设有强固层,强固层上设有缓冲层,缓冲层上设有隔离层,内管外侧设有耐磨层,隔离层和耐磨层表面均设有防腐层。
本发明的进一步改进在于:防腐层表面涂有无机富锌底漆。
本发明的进一步改进在于:防腐层采用含有磷、铜、镍、铬、钛元素的耐候钢,并将其浸泡如高温融化的锌液中,使钢件表面附着锌层。
本发明的进一步改进在于:内管采用无缝焊接不锈钢圆管制成。
本发明的进一步改进在于:强固层采用钛镁合金材料,缓冲层采用PVC无缝材料,隔离层采用陶瓷材料,耐磨层采用工具钢制成。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明结构简单,有效进行防腐,进口处内径小于本体,同时出口处的内径大于本体,能有效进行管道的连接,确保连接的紧密型,避免发生泄露,本体之间通过多种结构组成,加强其抗压耐磨性,增强缓冲效果,加强筋能有效保护内部结构的稳定性,提高安全性能,延长使用寿命,浸泡过锌液的耐候钢,不仅硬度强,耐高温,防腐效果更好,稳定性强,使用年限长,无机富锌底漆防腐防锈耐高温,双层保护更持久。

一种工业专用防腐输液管道,包括本体1,通过多种结构组成,加强其抗压耐磨性,增强缓冲效果,本体1上焊接有多个均匀布置的圆环型加强筋2,有效保护内部结构的稳定性,提高安全性能,延长使用寿命,本体1两端设有进口3和出口4,进口3内径较本体1内径小3-4mm,出口4内径较本体1内径大3-4mm,能有效进行管道的连接,确保连接的紧密型,避免发生泄露,出口4内壁上设有加强层5,缓解管道连接时的摩擦,本体1包括内管6,内管6采用无缝焊接不锈钢圆管制成,内管6内部设有强固层7,采用钛镁合金,散热性强,密度低,质量轻,抗压能力强,强固层7上设有缓冲层8,采用PVC无缝材料,具有良好的缓冲效果,耐热,缓冲层8上设有隔离层9,隔离层9采用陶瓷材料,防腐防潮,有效进行隔热,缓解管道内部压力,内管6外侧设有耐磨层11,采用工具钢,耐磨性强,耐高温高压,具有一定的防腐效果,隔离层9和耐磨层11表面均设有防腐层10,防腐层10采用含有磷、铜、镍、铬、钛元素的耐候钢,并将其浸泡如高温融化的锌液中,使钢件表面附着锌层,不仅硬度强,耐高温,防腐效果更好,稳定性强,使用年限长,防腐层10表面涂有无机富锌底漆12,防腐防锈耐高温,双层保护,有效进行防腐。

1.一种工业专用防腐输液管道,包括本体(1),其特征在于:所述本体(1)上焊接有多个均匀布置的圆环型加强筋(2),所述本体(1)两端设有进口(3)和出口(4),所述进口(3)内径较本体(1)内径小3-4mm,所述出口(4)内径较本体(1)内径大3-4mm,所述出口(4)内壁上设有加强层(5),所述本体(1)包括内管(6),所述内管(6)内部设有强固层(7),所述强固层(7)上设有缓冲层(8),所述缓冲层(8)上设有隔离层(9),所述内管(6)外侧设有耐磨层(11),所述隔离层(9)和耐磨层(11)表面均设有防腐层(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种工业专用防腐输液管道,其特征在于:所述防腐层(10)表面涂有无机富锌底漆(12)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种工业专用防腐输液管道,其特征在于:所述防腐层(10)采用含有磷、铜、镍、铬、钛元素的耐候钢,并将其浸泡如高温融化的锌液中,使钢件表面附着锌层。
