Abstract
The invention discloses a parking system based on an electric vehicle rear axle, and belongs to parking devices. The invention comprises a control part and a locking part, wherein the main shaft of the rear axle of the electric vehicle is improved, the main shaft is prolonged, threads and external splines are arranged on the prolonged section of the main shaft, the main shaft is connected with the control part through a matched parking connecting plate, a parking connecting plate and a parking disc, and the parking disc, the parking connecting plate and the main shaft are fixedly connected with each other, so that when a parking operation device in the control part is operated, a parking brake shoe block on the parking device moves relatively to clamp the parking disc, thereby fixing the main shaft and achieving the purpose of parking. The invention discloses a parking system based on an electric vehicle rear axle, which comprises a control part 3 and a locking part 4, wherein the locking part 4 is arranged on a main shaft 2 in a box body 1, the locking part 4 comprises a parking disc 41, a parking connecting disc 42 and a parking connecting plate 43, the control part 3 comprises a parking operation device 31, a parking traction wire 32 and a parking device 33, the parking operation device 31 is connected with the parking device 33 through the parking traction wire 32, the parking device 33 comprises a parking installation seat 331, a group of oppositely arranged parking brake shoes 332 arranged on the parking installation seat 331, a brake rocker 333 arranged at the top end of the parking seat and an adjusting nut 334 in threaded connection with the brake rocker 333, the two parking brake shoes 332 can do relative motion, threads 21 and external splines 22 are sequentially arranged on the circumferential surface of one end of the main shaft 2, which is beyond the box body 1, from the end surface is inwards, and an oil seal 9 is arranged at the joint of the main shaft 2 and the box body 1.
