本发明涉及一种电扇,尤其涉及一种工业用环保电扇。
背景技术
工业吊扇一般被吊装在房顶上,它不具有照明功能,且无法进形对空气的净化,结构简单,功能单一;现有工业吊扇的最大直径较大,覆盖面积大,体积及质量随之增大,吊扇多为吊装在房顶上,长时间使用可能发生掉落事故,危险系数高;在恶劣的环境下使用,一次开启运行时间长,设备运行过程中,产生的热量较大,无法及时散发易导致吊扇损坏,且长时间使用易使内部元件老旧,运行时产生的噪声大,环保要求不达标,整体效果不佳。据此,本发明提出了一种工业用环保电扇。

本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术中的不足,提供一种工业用环保电扇,该环保电扇具有功能多样,安全性高,寿命长的特点。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是这样实现的:本发明所涉及的一种工业用环保电扇,包括吊杆、扇头及扇叶,扇头上电连接有控制器,所述扇头上端面开设有若干六边形孔,六边形孔上设有六边形金属环片,六边形金属环片底部具有耳板一,耳板一通过螺钉与所述扇头固接,所述六边形金属环片内填充有蜂窝陶瓷,蜂窝陶瓷呈与所述六边形金属环片内孔相适应的六棱柱形,所述六边形金属环片的每个角部均具有一延伸片,延伸片与所述六边形金属环片为一体;

3.根据权利要求2所述的工业用环保电扇,其特征在于:所述桶型网罩(16)内设有C形缓冲板(23),C形缓冲板(23)为环状且上端固接在所述桶型网罩(16)的内壁上,所述C形缓冲板(23)设于扇叶(3)下方。
4.根据权利要求1所述的工业用环保电扇,其特征在于:所述扇头(2)下端面具有一圆形凹槽(24),圆形凹槽(24)的内槽壁上开设有与所述圆形凹槽(24)同轴向延伸的条形槽(25),条形槽(25)内嵌设有β形弹片(26)。
