本发明公开了一种工业用净化空气型环保吊扇,包括吊杆、扇头及扇叶,扇头上电连接有控制器,所述扇叶的下扇面上开设有三条梯形槽,所述梯形槽包括第一梯形槽、第二梯形槽和第三梯形槽,第一梯形槽内嵌设有与所述第一梯形槽相适应的香木条,所述第二梯形槽的槽底贴设有LED灯带,LED灯带与所述控制器电连接,所述第二梯形槽的槽口嵌设有透光板,第三梯形槽内嵌设有活性炭条,所述扇叶的外端设有侧盖,侧盖通过螺钉与所述扇叶固接。本发明通过扇叶的下扇面开设三条平行设置的梯形槽,分别在槽内安装香木条、LED灯带和活性炭条,分别起到了增加空气内香木的清香、照明及净化空气的作用,整体功能完善,实用性强。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种吊扇,尤其涉及一种工业用净化空气型环保吊扇。
背景技术
现有工业吊扇吊装在房顶上,它不具有照明功能,且无法进形对空气的净化,结构简单,功能单一,整体效果不佳。据此,本发明提出了一种工业用净化空气型环保吊扇。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术中的不足,提供一种工业用净化空气型环保吊扇,该环保吊扇具有可照明、净化空气和增加环境香味的特点。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的目的是这样实现的:本发明所涉及的一种工业用净化空气型环保吊扇,包括吊杆、扇头及扇叶,扇头上电连接有控制器,所述扇叶的下扇面上开设有三条平行设置的梯形槽,梯形槽沿所述扇叶的长度方向延伸,所述梯形槽包括第一梯形槽、第二梯形槽和第三梯形槽,第一梯形槽内嵌设有与所述第一梯形槽相适应的香木条,所述第二梯形槽的槽底贴设有LED灯带,LED灯带与所述控制器电连接,所述第二梯形槽的槽口嵌设有透光板,第三梯形槽内嵌设有与所述第三梯形槽相适应的活性炭条,所述扇叶的外端设有侧盖,侧盖通过螺钉与所述扇叶固接。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述香木条为檀香木材质。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述透光板为PC材质。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明所涉及的工业用净化空气型环保吊扇,通过扇叶的下扇面开设三条平行设置的梯形槽,分别在槽内安装香木条、LED灯带和活性炭条,分别起到了增加空气内香木的清香、照明及净化空气的作用;通过侧盖的设置,防止扇叶转动时产生的离心力使槽内嵌入物被甩出,增加吊扇的安全性,整体功能完善,实用性强。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和优选实施例对本发明进一步说明。
如图1和图2所示,本实施例所涉及的一种工业用净化空气型环保吊扇,包括吊杆1、扇头2及扇叶3,扇头2上电连接有控制器4,所述扇叶3的下扇面上开设有三条平行设置的梯形槽5,梯形槽5沿所述扇叶3的长度方向延伸,所述梯形槽5包括第一梯形槽51、第二梯形槽52和第三梯形槽53,第一梯形槽51内嵌设有与所述第一梯形槽51相适应的香木条6,香木条6为檀香木材质, 檀香木的香味具有很强的穿透力,可对环境进形异味的覆盖,增加环境内人员工作时的舒适性;所述第二梯形槽52的槽底贴设有LED灯带7,LED灯带7与所述控制器4电连接,所述第二梯形槽52的槽口嵌设有透光板8,透光板8为PC材质, 它具有优异的电绝缘性、延伸性、尺寸稳定性及耐化学腐蚀性,较高的强度、耐热性和耐寒性,还具有自熄、阻燃、无毒、可着色等优点;第三梯形槽53内嵌设有与所述第三梯形槽53相适应的活性炭条9,活性炭条9为由活性炭粉末压成第三梯形槽53的形状,并被嵌入在第三梯形槽53内,用于对空气的净化作用,所述扇叶3的外端设有侧盖10,侧盖10通过螺钉与所述扇叶3固接。
进一步的,将香木条6、LED灯带7及活性炭条9设置在扇叶3上,使得扇头2在转动时,檀香木发出的香味、LED灯带7产生的灯光及活性炭条9净化空气的辐射范围均大大提高,效果更加。LED灯带7安装在扇叶3上,还使得其自身产生的热量不需要由扇头2进形散热,减小扇头2产生的热量,防止扇头2长时间转动而导致过热损坏。
本发明通过扇叶的下扇面开设三条平行设置的梯形槽,分别在槽内安装香木条、LED灯带和活性炭条,分别起到了增加空气内香木的清香、照明及净化空气的作用;通过侧盖的设置,防止扇叶转动时产生的离心力使槽内嵌入物被甩出,增加吊扇的安全性,整体功能完善,实用性强。

1.一种工业用净化空气型环保吊扇,包括吊杆(1)、扇头(2)及扇叶(3),扇头(2)上电连接有控制器(4),其特征在于:所述扇叶(3)的下扇面上开设有三条平行设置的梯形槽(5),梯形槽(5)沿所述扇叶(3)的长度方向延伸,所述梯形槽(5)包括第一梯形槽(51)、第二梯形槽(52)和第三梯形槽(53),第一梯形槽(51)内嵌设有与所述第一梯形槽(51)相适应的香木条(6),所述第二梯形槽(52)的槽底贴设有LED灯带(7),LED灯带(7)与所述控制器(4)电连接,所述第二梯形槽(52)的槽口嵌设有透光板(8),第三梯形槽(53)内嵌设有与所述第三梯形槽(53)相适应的活性炭条(9),所述扇叶(3)的外端设有侧盖(10),侧盖(10)通过螺钉与所述扇叶(3)固接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的工业用净化空气型环保吊扇,其特征在于:所述香木条(6)为檀香木材质。
