The bottom of the upright stanchion 9-1 is connected with a sliding base 9-3, the diving pedal 9-2 and the waist-blocking ring 9-5 are arranged on the upright stanchion 9-1 through an anchor ear 9-4, a silica gel anti-skid pad is arranged at the inner side of the anchor ear 9-4, the anchor ear 9-4 is fixed with the upright stanchion 9-1 through a bolt-nut connecting piece 9-7, and the waist-blocking ring 9-5 is arranged above the diving pedal 9-2; the diving pedal 9-2 is provided with an anti-skid pad; the top buckle 9-6 is fixed on the top of the upright rod 9-1 in a threaded connection mode; a sliding base fixing hole 9-8 is formed in the sliding base 9-3, the sliding base fixing hole 9-8 is matched with a fixing hole 5-11 on a clamping groove 5-12 of a frame plate rod 5-5 of the adjustable triangular support 5, a bolt penetrates through the sliding base fixing hole 9-8 and the fixing hole 5-11 on the clamping groove 5-12, the sliding base 9-3 is installed in the clamping groove 5-12 of the frame plate rod 5-5 of the adjustable triangular support 5, and the distance between the diving support 9 and the steel pipe pile 3 can be adjusted by adjusting the sliding base fixing hole 9-8 to be matched with different fixing holes 5-11; the diving support 9 with acute angle or sharper part needs to be properly treated to prevent the diving suit from being lacerated.
The invention is installed on the outer side of the steel pipe pile for construction, and the specific installation method is described in detail as follows.
1. Construction and installation on water
(1) And opening the supporting circular ring 4-1, clamping the supporting circular ring on the steel pipe pile 3, and locking the fixing lock 4-4.
(2) The connecting rod 5-4 of the adjustable tripod 5 is inserted into the mounting opening 4-3 on the fixed ring 4, and the arc stop lever 5-6 is naturally erected on the steel pipe pile 3. The angle adjustment rods 5-7 are adjusted to interface with the corresponding angle support bases 5-10 so that the racking board bars 5-5 are in an approximately horizontal position.
(3) The combined pedal 8-1 is fixed on the corresponding frame plate rod 5-5 through a bolt and nut connecting piece, so that the pedal 8 and the adjustable tripod 5 are fixed.
(4) The fence inserting rod 5-8 is screwed and fixed on the frame plate rod 5-5. And the fence jack 7-2 is butted with the corresponding fence inserted bar 5-8 to realize the fixation of the fence 7 and the adjustable tripod 5.
(5) When the ascending ladder 6 is needed, the ascending ladder 6 is adjusted to be at a proper height and an appropriate angle and erected on the pedal 8, the anti-skid ropes 6-7 are buckled, and the angle of the protection rings 6-6 is adjusted to meet the requirements of constructors.
2. Installation under water
(1) And (3) installing the fixed ring 4 and the adjustable tripod 5 on the steel pipe pile 3, wherein the installation method is the same as the steps (1) and (2) of construction and installation on water.
(2) The sliding base 9-3 is inserted into the slot 5-12, and the sliding base 9-3 is adjusted to a proper position along the radial direction and then fixed.
(3) The angle and the height of the diving pedal 9-2 and the waist-blocking ring 9-5 are adjusted by moving up and down and rotating left and right, and the diving pedal is fixed when reaching the required position.

Claims (1)
1. A mounting method of a construction device for an ocean steel pipe pile coating anticorrosion system is characterized by comprising the following steps: comprises an overwater installation device and an underwater installation device;
the water installation device comprises a fixing ring, an adjustable triangular support, a climbing ladder, a fence and a pedal, wherein the fixing ring is fixed on the steel pipe pile, the adjustable triangular support is installed on the fixing ring, the pedal is laid on the adjustable triangular support, the fence is installed on the adjustable triangular support, and the climbing ladder is erected on the pedal;
the underwater installation device comprises a fixing ring, an adjustable triangular bracket and a diving bracket, wherein the fixing ring is fixed on the steel pipe pile, the adjustable triangular bracket is installed on the fixing ring, and the diving bracket is fixed on the adjustable triangular bracket;
the fixing ring consists of a supporting ring, a hinge, a mounting hole, a fixing lock and an anti-skid washer; the supporting ring consists of two semicircular supporting rings, one ends of the two semicircular supporting rings are connected through a hinge, and the other ends of the two semicircular supporting rings are connected through a fixing lock; the inner diameter of the fixing ring is matched with the outer diameter of the steel pipe pile, the inner side of the fixing ring is provided with an anti-slip gasket, the anti-slip gasket consists of two semicircular anti-slip gaskets, the two semicircular anti-slip gaskets are respectively fixed on the inner sides of the two semicircular support rings, and the periphery of the fixing ring is symmetrically provided with mounting openings for mounting the adjustable triangular supports;
the adjustable triangular support consists of a cross rod, a vertical rod, an inclined rod, a connecting rod, a support plate rod, an arc stop rod, an angle adjusting rod, a fence inserting rod, a bolt-nut connecting piece, an angle supporting base, a fixing hole and a clamping groove; the transverse rods, the vertical rods and the inclined rods are connected with one another to form a right-angled triangle structure; a connecting rod is fixed at the joint of the cross rod and the vertical rod, is parallel to the vertical rod and is used for being inserted into the mounting port of the fixing ring so as to fix the fixing ring and the adjustable triangular bracket; an arc stop lever is arranged at the joint of the vertical rod and the diagonal rod, and the radian of the arc stop lever is matched with the outer diameter of the steel pipe pile; the upper surface of the cross rod is fixedly provided with a plurality of angle supporting bases which are distributed at equal intervals, the top of the cross rod is provided with a rack plate rod capable of adjusting the angle, one end of the rack plate rod is hinged on the cross rod, one end of an angle adjusting rod is hinged on the rack plate rod through a bolt-nut connecting piece, and the angle of the rack plate rod can be adjusted by matching the other end of the angle adjusting rod with different angle supporting bases; a fence inserting rod is arranged on the outer side of the frame plate rod and is connected with the frame plate rod in a threaded connection mode, and the fence inserting rod is vertically arranged on the frame plate rod; the top of the frame plate rod is provided with a clamping groove, and the clamping groove is provided with a plurality of fixing holes which are distributed at equal intervals and used for fixing the pedal or the diving bracket;
the climbing ladder consists of a ladder beam, a ladder pedal, an anti-skid ladder foot, a fixed rod, a pile holding ring, a protection ring, an anti-skid rope, a bolt and nut connecting piece, a hanging buckle and a hanging buckle hole; the ladder comprises ladder beams, ladder pedals, fixing rods, anti-skidding ladder feet and pile embracing rings, wherein the ladder beams have a telescopic function and consist of straight pipes with different diameters; the anti-skid ladder feet are provided with high-performance silica gel anti-skid pads; the pile embracing ring is of a semicircular structure, a silica gel pad is arranged on the inner side of the pile embracing ring, hanging buckle holes of the anti-slip rope are formed in the two ends of the pile embracing ring, the hanging buckles at the two ends of the anti-slip rope are buckled into the hanging buckle holes, and the length of the anti-slip rope is matched with that of the steel pipe pile; the protection ring consists of an upper semicircular ring and a lower semicircular ring, and is fixed on the ladder beam through a bolt-nut connecting piece;
the fence is composed of at least two combined fences, fence jacks are arranged at the bottoms of the fences, the fences can be fixed with the adjustable triangular supports by butting the fence jacks with the fence insertion rods, the size of the fence is determined according to the positions of the fence insertion rods, a fence door is arranged on one combined fence, and a door hinge and a fixing bolt are arranged on the fence door; the combined fence consists of a frame and a protective net;
the pedal is a circular ring-shaped plate and is composed of at least two combined plates coated with high-performance anti-skid coatings on the surfaces, and the number, the properties and the sizes of the combined plates are comprehensively determined according to the structural form of the adjustable triangular bracket, the size of the plate erecting rod and the outer diameter of the steel pipe pile; the bottom of the combined plate is provided with a reinforcing rib, the combined plate is provided with a fixing hole, and the fixing hole of the combined plate is connected with the fixing hole of the adjustable triangular bracket through a bolt so as to fix the pedal and the adjustable triangular bracket;
the diving bracket consists of a vertical rod, a diving pedal, a sliding base, a hoop, a waist blocking ring, a top buckle, a bolt and nut connecting piece and a sliding base fixing hole; the bottom of the vertical rod is connected with a sliding base, the diving pedal and the waist blocking ring are arranged on the vertical rod through an anchor ear, a silica gel anti-skid pad is arranged on the inner side of the anchor ear, the anchor ear is fixed with the vertical rod through a bolt and nut connecting piece, and the waist blocking ring is arranged above the diving pedal; the diving pedal is provided with an anti-skid pad; the top buckle is fixed on the top of the vertical rod in a threaded connection mode; the sliding base is provided with a sliding base fixing hole which is matched with a fixing hole on a clamping groove of a frame plate rod of the adjustable triangular support, a bolt penetrates through the sliding base fixing hole and a fixing hole on the clamping groove of the frame plate rod of the adjustable triangular support, the sliding base is installed in the clamping groove of the frame plate rod of the adjustable triangular support, and the distance between the diving support and the steel pipe pile is adjusted by adjusting the matching of the sliding base fixing hole and different fixing holes on the clamping groove of the frame plate rod of the adjustable triangular support;
the water construction and installation steps are as follows:
(1) opening the supporting circular ring, clamping the supporting circular ring on the steel pipe pile, and locking the fixing lock;
(2) inserting a connecting rod of the adjustable triangular bracket into a mounting hole in the fixing ring, and naturally erecting the arc stop lever on the steel pipe pile; adjusting the angle adjusting rod to enable the angle adjusting rod to be in butt joint with the corresponding angle supporting base, so that the frame plate rod is in an approximately horizontal position;
(3) the combined plates are fixed on the corresponding frame plate rods through bolt and nut connecting pieces, so that the pedal and the adjustable triangular bracket are fixed;
(4) fixing the fence inserting rods by screwing the frame plate rods, and butting the fence inserting holes with the corresponding fence inserting rods to fix the fence and the adjustable triangular support;
(5) when the ascending ladder is needed, the ascending ladder is adjusted to a proper height and an appropriate angle and erected on the pedal, the anti-skid rope is buckled, and the angle of the protection ring is adjusted to meet the requirements of construction personnel;
the underwater construction and installation steps are as follows:
(1) installing the fixing ring and the adjustable triangular support on the steel pipe pile, wherein the installation method is the same as the steps (1) and (2) of construction and installation on water;
(2) inserting the sliding base into the clamping groove, adjusting the sliding base along the radial direction to a proper position, and then fixing;
(3) the angle and the height of the diving pedal and the waist blocking ring are adjusted by moving up and down and rotating left and right, and the diving pedal and the waist blocking ring are fixed when reaching the required position.
