技术领域
本发明属于家具技术领域，特别是涉及一种家具用复合型板材。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高，人们对室内居住的环境要求也越来越高，其中包括家具的制造质量。制造家具用的各种板基本上是以木材制成的板材，包括实木板、竹板材、胶合板、细木工板、密度板和刨花板等。中国专利CN104325758B公开了一种“塑木板材结构”，包括塑木板，塑木板为两个，两塑木板靠近顶部处设有表面板层，表面板层位于两塑木板之间，表面板层下表面设有中间板层，中间板层通过螺栓结构件与表面板层可拆卸连接，中间板层下表面设有聚氯乙烯发泡基材层，聚氯乙烯发泡基材层厚度大于中间板层厚度，且聚氯乙烯发泡基材层与中间板层之间卡接，聚氯乙烯发泡基材层下表面设有聚氯乙烯硬片层，聚氯乙烯硬片层布设有数个钢片，聚氯乙烯硬片层下表面设有胶层。该塑木板材结构连接性能非常稳定，且装饰性能强，不仅可以作为墙面装饰板，也可作为地板使用，同时防火阻燃性能好，不易受到损坏，硬度高，耐磨性强，不易变形，健康环保。
但是，这些板材的功能较单一，如：实木板、胶合板、刨花板易发生变形，细木工板不具备防潮性能，因而不能满足人们多方面功效的需求。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种家具用复合型板材，集防虫蛀、耐热、防开裂和耐划性能于一体的多功能复合型板材。
为解决上述技术问题，本发明采用的一个技术方案是：一种家具用复合型板材，包括基板层、防虫蛀层、耐热层、防开裂层和耐划层，所述防虫蛀层位于所述基板层和所述耐热层之间，所述耐热层位于所述防虫蛀层和所述防开裂层之间，所述防开裂层位于所述耐热层和所述耐划层之间；
所述基板层为PPC基板层或PVC基板层，所述基板层的厚度为8-10mm；
所述防虫蛀层为含有活性炭和表面活性剂的防虫蛀层，所述防虫蛀层中的活性炭和表面活性剂二者的混合比例(按重量份数计)为2：3；所述防虫蛀层的厚度为1-2mm；
所述耐热层为含有硅藻土、阻燃剂和环氧树脂的耐热层，所述耐热层中的硅藻土、阻燃剂和环氧树脂三者的混合比例(按重量份数计)为2：1：2；所述耐热层的厚度为3-5mm；
所述防开裂层为含有聚碳酸酯和多聚磷酸钠的防开裂层，所述防开裂层中的聚碳酸酯和多聚磷酸钠二者的混合比例(按重量份数计)为4：1；所述防开裂层的厚度为2-3mm；
所述耐划层为含有ABS树脂和聚氨酯的耐划层，所述耐划层中的ABS树脂和聚氨酯二者的混合比例(按重量份数计)为3：1；所述耐划层的厚度为1-2mm。
进一步地说，所述表面活性剂为洁尔灭。
进一步地说，所述阻燃剂为氢氧化铝。
进一步地说，所述硅藻土的密度为0.4-0.5t/m3，且湿度为8-9％。
进一步地说，所述硅藻土为粉状硅藻土。
进一步地说，所述活性炭为粉末炭。
进一步地说，所述聚碳酸酯的拉伸强度为100-200Mpa且成型收缩率为0.3-0.4％。
进一步地说，所述ABS树脂(按体积百分数计)包括15-30％丙烯腈、5-20％1，3-丁二烯和50-80％苯乙烯。
本发明的有益效果至少具有以下几点：
1、本发明包括基板层、防虫蛀层、耐热层、防开裂层和耐划层，集防虫蛀、耐热、防开裂和耐划性能于一体，适用于各种家具的制造；
2、防虫蛀层含有活性炭和表面活性剂，活性炭和洁尔灭配合使用能够保持板材的干燥性，避免蚊虫等异物的滋生，防止板材产生虫蛀影响板材的使用寿命；
3、耐热层含有硅藻土、阻燃剂和环氧树脂，硅藻土具有耐热性能，其与阻燃剂氢氧化铝和环氧树脂混合使用，能吸附、分解空气中的异味，具有调湿、除臭功能；
4、防开裂层含有聚碳酸酯和多聚磷酸钠，具有抗撕裂、抗冲击的特性，能够提高复合板材的承载力，并且在长时间承重的情况下不易变形；
5、耐划层含有ABS树脂和聚氨酯，能够提高板材表面的硬度，降低板材因划伤造成的破损率。

所述耐划层5为含有ABS树脂和聚氨酯的耐划层，所述耐划层中的ABS树脂和聚氨酯二者的混合比例(按重量份数计)为3：1；所述耐划层的厚度为1-2mm。
所述表面活性剂为洁尔灭。
所述阻燃剂为氢氧化铝。
所述硅藻土的密度为0.4-0.5t/m3，且湿度为8-9％。
所述硅藻土为粉状硅藻土。
所述活性炭为粉末炭。
所述聚碳酸酯的拉伸强度为100-200Mpa且成型收缩率为0.3-0.4％。
所述ABS树脂(按体积百分数计)包括15-30％丙烯腈、5-20％1，3-丁二烯和50-80％苯乙烯。

Claims (8)

1.一种家具用复合型板材，其特征在于：包括基板层、防虫蛀层、耐热层、防开裂层和耐划层，所述防虫蛀层位于所述基板层和所述耐热层之间，所述耐热层位于所述防虫蛀层和所述防开裂层之间，所述防开裂层位于所述耐热层和所述耐划层之间；
所述基板层为PPC基板层或PVC基板层，所述基板层的厚度为8-10mm；
所述防虫蛀层为含有活性炭和表面活性剂的防虫蛀层，所述防虫蛀层中的活性炭和表面活性剂二者的混合比例(按重量份数计)为2：3；所述防虫蛀层的厚度为1-2mm；
所述耐热层为含有硅藻土、阻燃剂和环氧树脂的耐热层，所述耐热层中的硅藻土、阻燃剂和环氧树脂三者的混合比例(按重量份数计)为2：1：2；所述耐热层的厚度为3-5mm；
所述防开裂层为含有聚碳酸酯和多聚磷酸钠的防开裂层，所述防开裂层中的聚碳酸酯和多聚磷酸钠二者的混合比例(按重量份数计)为4：1；所述防开裂层的厚度为2-3mm；
所述耐划层为含有ABS树脂和聚氨酯的耐划层，所述耐划层中的ABS树脂和聚氨酯二者的混合比例(按重量份数计)为3：1；所述耐划层的厚度为1-2mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的家具用复合型板材，其特征在于：所述表面活性剂为洁尔灭。
3.根据权利要求1所述的家具用复合型板材，其特征在于：所述阻燃剂为氢氧化铝。
4.根据权利要求1所述的家具用复合型板材，其特征在于：所述硅藻土的密度为0.4-0.5t/m3，且湿度为8-9％。
5.根据权利要求1所述的家具用复合型板材，其特征在于：所述硅藻土为粉状硅藻土。
6.根据权利要求1所述的家具用复合型板材，其特征在于：所述活性炭为粉末炭。
7.根据权利要求1所述的家具用复合型板材，其特征在于：所述聚碳酸酯的拉伸强度为100-200Mpa且成型收缩率为0.3-0.4％。
8.根据权利要求1所述的家具用复合型板材，其特征在于：所述ABS树脂(按体积百分数计)包括15-30％丙烯腈、5-20％1，3-丁二烯和50-80％苯乙烯。
