Abstract
The invention provides a tooth luminescence whitening composition, which comprises: 2-20 parts by weight of hydroxyapatite; 5-40 parts by weight of a bleaching agent; 1-10 parts by weight of a thickener; 2-25 parts by weight of a wetting agent; 35-50 parts by weight of water. According to the invention, through the combined action of the bleaching agent, the hydroxyapatite, the thickening agent, the wetting agent and the like in a specific mass ratio, when the composition is used for tooth cold light whitening, the whitening effect is good, and meanwhile, the composition can prevent teeth from being mineralized and protect tooth bone loss.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of materials, in particular to a tooth luminescence whitening composition and application thereof.
Background
Tooth whitening refers to the process of putting chemical oxidative bleaching drugs on the surface or inside teeth to react with the teeth to whiten the teeth, or adhering objects on the surface of the teeth to cover the natural color of the teeth to whiten the teeth. The tooth whitening method mainly comprises cold light tooth whitening, laser tooth whitening, ultrasonic tooth cleaning, curing reaction whitening and the like.
The existing tooth whitening agent not only has poor whitening effect, but also contains strong peroxide, and can whiten teeth and damage calcium and bone substances of the teeth to a certain extent.

Preferably, the luminescence-irradiated tooth whitening composition has a pH of 2 to 7.

The tooth luminescence whitening composition provided by the invention comprises 5-40 parts by weight of a bleaching agent; preferably 10 to 35 parts by weight of a bleaching agent; more preferably 15 to 30 parts by weight of a bleaching agent; and most preferably 18 to 25 parts by weight of a bleaching agent.
The bleaching agent of the present invention preferably comprises one or more of percarbamide, sodium perborate and potassium persulfate.
The source of the bleaching agent is not limited in the present invention, and the bleaching agent may be commercially available.
The present invention selects the above percarbamide, sodium perborate and potassium persulfate bleaches to significantly reduce tooth damage relative to prior art hydrogen peroxide.
The tooth luminescence whitening composition provided by the invention comprises 1-10 parts by weight of thickening agent, preferably 1-9 parts by weight of thickening agent; more preferably, the thickener is included in an amount of 2 to 8 parts by weight.
The thickener according to the present invention preferably comprises one or more of a cellulose polymer, a polysaccharide, alginate, shellac, xanthan gum, guar gum and carrageenan.
Wherein the cellulose polymer comprises cellulose acetate and the like, and the polysaccharide comprises pullulan. The alginate comprises one or more of sodium alginate and potassium alginate.
In the present invention, the source of the thickener is not limited and may be commercially available.
The tooth luminescence whitening composition provided by the invention comprises 2-25 parts by weight of wetting agent; preferably 10 to 24 parts by weight of a wetting agent, more preferably 15 to 24 parts by weight of a wetting agent; most preferably 18 to 23 parts by weight of a wetting agent.
According to the invention, the wetting agent is a polyol; the polyhydric alcohol preferably comprises one or more of polyethylene glycol, sorbitol, propylene glycol and glycerol.
The source of the wetting agent is not limited in the present invention, and it may be commercially available.
The tooth luminescence whitening composition provided by the invention comprises 35-50 parts by weight of water; preferably 36 to 48 parts by weight of water; more preferably 38 to 47 parts by weight of water; most preferably 40 to 46 parts by weight of water.

According to the invention, through the combined action of the bleaching agent, the hydroxyapatite, the thickening agent, the wetting agent and the like in a specific mass ratio, when the composition is used for tooth cold light whitening, the whitening effect is good, and meanwhile, the composition can prevent teeth from being mineralized and protect tooth bone loss. Preferably, the bleaching agent comprises one or more of percarbamide, sodium perborate and potassium persulfate.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the tooth luminescence whitening composition, which comprises the following steps:
mixing hydroxyapatite, bleaching agent, thickener, wetting agent and water, and stirring.

The specific application method of the components of the invention is as follows:

After the teeth are coated with the tooth paint of the present invention in examples 1 to 4 and comparative example 1, cold light irradiation is performed, and a cold light source such as a blue-violet lamp, a uv lamp and the like is performed, and each tooth is irradiated for 30 seconds inside and outside as a process, so that the mouth can be rinsed. This process was repeated for one week to 15 days, with the results shown in Table 1.

1. A tooth luminescence whitening composition comprises the following components:
5-15 parts of hydroxyapatite;
15-30 parts by weight of a bleaching agent;
2-8 parts of a thickening agent;
15-24 parts by weight of a wetting agent;
38-47 parts by weight of water;
the bleaching agent is one or more of percarbamide, sodium perborate and potassium persulfate;
the thickening agent is one or more of cellulose polymer, alginate, shellac, xanthan gum, guar gum and carrageenan;
the cellulose polymer is cellulose acetate, and the alginate comprises one or more of sodium alginate and potassium alginate;
the wetting agent is a polyol; the polyalcohol is one or more of polyethylene glycol, sorbitol, propylene glycol and glycerol.
2. The composition according to claim 1, wherein the hydroxyapatite has a particle size of 100nm or less.
3. The composition of claim 1, wherein the luminescent light-emitting tooth whitening composition has a pH of 2 to 7.
4. Use of the composition of claim 1 for the preparation of a dental cold light whitening product.
