Background
Many patients in emergency treatment need to take the medicine for a long time, and most of the existing medicines are in modes of spray administration, oral administration and the like.
Some patients also suffer from other diseases, so that the conventional pills or large tablets are difficult to swallow, and therefore, a tablet crushing device is required to be designed, the medicines can be stored in the tablet crushing device under a normal state, the medicines are taken out when the medicines are required to be crushed, and the crushed medicines are dissolved in water to be taken. Further, the tablet breaking device should select different breaking forces according to different tablets.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the technical problems in the background art, the invention provides a tablet crushing device suitable for emergency treatment, which can store medicines in a normal state and crush tablets by a beating device; the damping of the rising of the striking device and the effect of striking the tablets when the striking device descends can be adjusted; rational in infrastructure, easy operation: the output device can be unlocked by pressing down the upper cover so as to adjust the opening and closing device, and the opening and closing device can be adjusted by rotating the upper cover.

the opening and closing groove is provided with at least three opening and closing grooves, the opening and closing grooves are uniformly distributed on the upper end face of the shell body in the circumferential direction, a lifting blind hole with a conical cross section is formed in the middle of one end, away from the middle slot, of the opening and closing groove in the vertical direction, a communicating slot is formed at one end, close to the middle slot, of the opening and closing groove, a through opening and closing through hole which is arranged in a penetrating mode in the vertical direction is formed at the tail end of the communicating slot, and the communicating slot is located on the upper right;
the striking device includes:
the middle cylinder is inserted into the hitting cavity through the middle slot, a medicine placing groove is formed in the upper end face of the middle cylinder, and a groove blocking cover is detachably arranged at the upper end of the medicine placing groove;
the bottom disc is arranged at the lower end of the middle cylinder;
the upper end of the fixed female cylinder is provided with an opening, the cylindrical shape is provided with at least three fixed female cylinders, the fixed female cylinders are uniformly distributed on the bottom disc in the circumferential direction, the fixed female cylinders correspond to the opening and closing through holes one by one, and limiting side holes are formed in the side surfaces of the fixed female cylinders;

the output device comprises an output rotating shaft arranged above the overlooking direction of the corresponding opening and closing groove, the output rotating shaft is perpendicular to the input rotating shaft, a brake roller is rotatably arranged on the output rotating shaft, an output conical pulley in transmission connection with the input conical pulley is arranged below the overlooking direction of the brake roller, and a driving gear is arranged above the overlooking direction of the brake roller;

the circumferential side wall is arranged below the outer edge of the annular cover body and arranged on the periphery of the shell body, and a driving inner ring matched with the lifting ring groove is formed inwards on the lower edge of the circumferential side wall;

The invention has the beneficial effects that:
the tablet crushing device suitable for emergency treatment can store medicines in a normal state and can crush tablets through the beating device:
the middle cylinder is pulled upwards to drive the fixed female cylinder to move upwards;
for the closed opening and closing through hole, the rack body inserted in the through hole shields the corresponding telescopic sub-rod to move upwards, the corresponding fixed main cylinder moves upwards and compresses a first pressure spring in the fixed main cylinder, and the first pressure spring provides the upward resistance of the fixed main cylinder and the middle cylinder;
for the open and close through hole, the corresponding telescopic sub-rod is allowed to move upwards, the first pressure spring in the corresponding fixed main cylinder cannot be compressed, and further the upward resistance of the middle cylinder cannot be provided;
putting the medicine into the hitting cavity through the medicine inlet through hole, wherein the medicine slides to the bottom of the lower bottom of the cavity under the action of gravity;
and loosening the middle cylinder, enabling the middle cylinder to quickly descend, and beating and crushing the medicine by the bottom disc.
Secondly, according to the tablet breaking device suitable for emergency treatment, the opening and closing of the opening and closing device can be adjusted, the number of the telescopic sub-rods which are clamped when the striking device ascends is further adjusted, the number of the first compression springs which can provide resistance is adjusted, and the effects of damping the ascending of the striking device and striking tablets when the striking device descends are further achieved.
Thirdly, the tablet crushing device suitable for emergency treatment, which is disclosed by the invention, is reasonable in structure and simple to operate: push down and drive the upper cover and push down and can realize the unblock of output device to adjust switching device:
the lifting inserted bar and the L-shaped inserted bar are driven to fall by overcoming the acting force of a second pressure spring, the L-shaped inserted bar acts on the inclined slideway to drive the brake plugboard to move towards the direction far away from the center of the shell body, the brake plugboard is separated from the brake roller, and the output device is in a free rotating state;
the opening and closing of the opening and closing device can be adjusted by rotating the driving upper cover:
the driving rubbing strip drives the driving wheel disc and the input cone pulley to rotate, the input cone pulley drives the corresponding output cone pulley, the brake roller and the driving gear to rotate, the driving gear drives the rack body to slide towards the direction close to the shell body, the rack body is inserted into the corresponding opening and closing through hole to be closed after being communicated with the slot, and the rack body is blocked above the corresponding telescopic sub-rod.

A tablet crushing device suitable for emergency treatment comprises a hand-held shell 1, a beating device 2, an opening and closing device 3 and a driving upper cover 4;
the hand held housing 1 includes:
the shell body 11 is cylindrical, and the shell body 11 is axially arranged along the vertical direction;
the lifting ring groove 12 is arranged in the middle of the circumferential outer wall of the shell body 11;
a middle slot 13 arranged at the center of the upper end surface of the shell body 11 along the up-down direction;
the striking cavity 14 is arranged at the lower half part of the shell body 11 and is communicated with the middle slot 13, a medicine feeding through hole 14a is formed in the side surface of the striking cavity 14, and an inverted frustum-shaped cavity lower bottom 14b with a wide upper part and a narrow lower part is formed in the position, below the medicine feeding through hole 14a, of the lower end surface of the striking cavity 14;
at least three opening and closing grooves 15 are formed, the opening and closing grooves 15 are circumferentially and uniformly distributed on the upper end face of the shell body 11, lifting blind holes 15a with conical cross sections are formed in the middle of one end, away from the middle slot 13, of each opening and closing groove 15 in the vertical direction, a communicating slot 15b is formed in one end, close to the middle slot 13, of each opening and closing groove 15, a through opening and closing through hole 15c which is arranged in a penetrating mode in the vertical direction is formed in the stop end of each communicating slot 15b, and each communicating slot 15b is located on the upper right side of the corresponding opening and closing groove 15 in the;

the opening and closing device 3 is provided with at least three opening and closing devices 3, the opening and closing devices 3 correspond to the opening and closing grooves 15 one by one and are used for controlling the opening and closing of the corresponding opening and closing through holes 15c, and the opening and closing devices 3 comprise:
the input device 31 comprises an input rotating shaft 31a arranged at one end of the opening and closing groove 15 close to the axle center of the shell body 11 along the radial direction of the shell body 11, a driving wheel disc 31b rotatably arranged on the input rotating shaft 31a, and an input cone pulley 31c arranged at one end of the driving wheel disc 31b far away from the center of the shell body 11;

the brake device 34 comprises a brake core bar 34a arranged on one side of the opening and closing groove 15 far away from the center of the shell body 11, a brake insert plate 34b which is slidably sleeved on the brake core bar 34a and used for abutting against the brake roller 32b, an inclined slide way 34c which is arranged on the brake insert plate 34b and gradually inclines towards the center of the shell body 11 from top to bottom, a lifting insert rod 34d which is slidably inserted in the lifting blind hole 15a, an L-shaped insert rod 34e which is arranged on the side surface of the lifting insert rod 34d and inserted in the inclined slide way 34c, and a second pressure spring 34f which is arranged in the lifting blind hole 15a and used for driving the lifting insert rod 34d to ascend;
the driving upper cover 4 includes:
the annular cover body 41 is arranged above the shell body 11, a driving wiping strip 41a is arranged at the position, corresponding to the driving wheel disc 31b, of the lower edge of the inner edge of the annular cover body 41, and the lifting inserted rod 34d is driven by a second pressure spring 34f to abut against the lower end face of the annular cover body 41 in a normal state;
a circumferential side wall 42 disposed below the outer edge of the annular cover 41, the circumferential side wall 42 being disposed at the periphery of the housing body 11, and a driving inner ring 42a engaged with the lifting ring groove 12 being formed inward at the lower edge of the circumferential side wall 42;
and a third pressure spring 43 wound in the lifting ring groove 12, wherein the upper end of the third pressure spring 43 is abutted against the driving inner ring 42a, and the lower end of the third pressure spring 43 is abutted against the lower edge of the lifting ring groove 12.
Further, the housing body 11 is made of a plastic material.
The use method of the tablet breaking device comprises the following steps:
step 1, adjusting the opening and closing of the opening and closing device 3:
the annular cover body 41 is pressed downwards to drive the circumferential side wall 42 to overcome the resistance of the third compression spring 43 and descend;
the annular cover body 41 drives the lifting inserted rod 34d and the L-shaped inserted rod 34e to descend by overcoming the acting force of the second pressure spring 34f, the L-shaped inserted rod 34e acts on the inclined slide way 34c to further drive the brake inserting plate 34b to move towards the direction far away from the center of the shell body 11, the brake inserting plate 34b is separated from the brake roller 32b, and the output device 32 is in a free rotating state;
while the annular cover 41 is rotated counterclockwise while maintaining the downward-pressing posture of the annular cover 41, the driving wiping strip 41a adjusts any one of the opening and closing devices 3 to the closed state: the driving wiping strip 41a drives the driving wheel disc 31b and the input cone pulley 31c to rotate, the input cone pulley 31c drives the corresponding output cone pulley 32c, the brake roller 32b and the driving gear 32d to rotate, the driving gear 32d drives the rack body 33b to slide towards the direction close to the shell body 11, the rack body 33b is inserted into the corresponding opening and closing through hole 15c through the communicating slot 15b to close the same, and the rack body 33b is blocked above the corresponding telescopic sub-rod 24;
continuing to rotate the annular cover 41, adjusting in sequence the opening and closing devices 3 so as to keep at least one opening and closing device 3 closed;
the downward pressure on the annular cover body 41 is released, and the third pressure spring 43 drives the driving inner ring 42a, the circumferential side wall 42 and the annular cover body 41 to move upwards;
the second pressure spring 34f drives the corresponding L-shaped inserted rod 34e and the corresponding lifting inserted rod 34d to move upwards, the L-shaped inserted rod 34e acts on the inclined slide way 34c to drive the brake inserting plate 34b to move towards the direction close to the center of the shell body 11, the brake inserting plate 34b abuts against the brake roller 32b to brake the brake inserting plate, and the output device 32 and the opening and closing rack 33 are in stable postures;
step 2, taking the medicine:
taking down the groove blocking cover on the medicine placing groove 21a and taking out the medicine in the groove blocking cover, and then installing and resetting the groove blocking cover;
step 3, crushing the medicine:
the middle cylinder 21 is pulled upwards to drive the fixed female cylinder 23 to move upwards;
for the closed opening and closing through hole 15c, the rack body 33b inserted in the through hole shields the corresponding telescopic sub-rod 24 to move upwards, the corresponding fixed main cylinder 23 moves upwards and compresses the first compression spring 25 in the fixed main cylinder 23, and the first compression spring 25 provides resistance for the fixed main cylinder 23 and the middle-placed cylinder 21 to move upwards;
for the open-close through hole 15c, the corresponding telescopic sub-rod 24 is allowed to move upwards, the first pressure spring 25 in the corresponding fixed main cylinder 23 cannot be compressed, and thus the upward movement resistance of the middle cylinder 21 cannot be provided;
the medicine is put into the hitting cavity 14 through the medicine inlet through hole 14a, and the medicine slides to the bottom of the lower bottom 14b of the cavity under the action of gravity;
the middle cylinder 21 is loosened, the middle cylinder 21 quickly descends, and the bottom disk 22 beats and crushes the medicines.
