Detailed Description
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying examples.
As shown in fig. 2, the method for reporting a power failure event of an electric power system in this embodiment is used for an electric power system formed by a plurality of electric meters, an electric power concentrator 2, and an electric power office 3 master station, where each electric meter is in communication connection with the electric power concentrator 2, and the electric power concentrator 2 is in communication connection with the electric power office 3 master station; at least one electric meter is internally provided with a wireless communication device and a capacitor device for storing electric quantity, the input end of the capacitor device is electrically connected with a power line where the electric meter is positioned, and the output end of the capacitor device is connected with the wireless communication device; the capacitor device is charged through a power line; the power system is shown in figure 1. Specifically, the method for reporting the power failure event of the power system in this embodiment includes the following steps 1 to 4:
step 1, aiming at an ammeter with a capacitor device, under the condition that a power line where the ammeter is located is not powered off, the power line charges the capacitor device, so that electric quantity is stored in the capacitor device;
in the embodiment, the capacitor device is embedded in the wireless communication device, and the capacitor device adopts a super capacitor; as well known to those skilled in the art, the term supercapacitor refers to a new type of energy storage device between a conventional capacitor and a rechargeable battery, and the capacity of the energy storage device can reach several hundreds to thousands of methods; compared with the traditional capacitor, the super capacitor has larger capacity, specific energy or power density, wider working temperature range and extremely long service life, and the power density can reach 102-104W/kg; compared with a storage battery, the super capacitor has higher specific power and has no pollution to the environment; in view of the fact that supercapacitors are well known to those skilled in the art, they will not be described in detail herein;
the power concentrator and the power station master station in the embodiment can be connected in a power line communication mode or a wireless communication mode; of course, the power concentrator and the power station master station in this embodiment are preferably in wireless communication connection, so that data transmission between the power concentrator and the power station master station is not adversely affected by power failure of the power line; similarly, each electric meter and the power concentrator are also connected in a wireless communication mode, so that the adverse effect of power line power failure events on data transmission between the electric meters and the power concentrators is avoided;
step 2, a wireless communication device of the ammeter detects the power line where the ammeter is located in real time, and when the wireless communication device detects that the power line where the corresponding ammeter is located has a power failure, a capacitor device storing electric quantity immediately supplies power to the wireless communication device, and the wireless communication device sends power failure event information to a power concentrator in a wireless mode; the power failure event information comprises a power failure event and the time corresponding to the power failure event;
it should be noted that, in the embodiment, the operation time of the wireless communication device maintained due to the charging of the capacitor device is shorter than the normal operation time of the power concentrator, so as to ensure that the power failure event information sent by the wireless communication device can be received by the power concentrator, and the power failure event information sent by the wireless communication device is not missed to be received because the power concentrator is powered off in advance;
step 3, the power concentrator obtains the zone branch of the power line with the power failure event according to the received power failure event, and sends the prompt information of the power failure event of the zone branch to the power station master station;
and 4, the power station master station timely sends power workers to the power distribution area branch corresponding to the power failure event for power failure repair according to the power failure event prompt information sent by the power concentrator, so that the power station master station can monitor the power failure condition of each power distribution area branch in the power system in real time. Of course, the power bureau master station can also send the power failure event prompt message to the electricity meter user or the power worker to which the electricity meter belongs in a short message form.
In this embodiment, when the real-time voltage of the capacitor device reaches the normal operating voltage of the corresponding wireless communication device, the wireless communication device gives a prompt that the normal operating voltage has been reached, so as to facilitate the outside to know whether the current wireless communication device can receive the charging process of the corresponding capacitor device.
In addition, in practical situations, a large number of electric meters are usually arranged in an electric power system, and once a power line has a power failure, the large number of electric meters can simultaneously send power failure event information to the power concentrator, so that the power concentrator needs to receive the power failure event information sent by all the electric meters to cause instantaneous network impact on the power concentrator, a network between each electric meter and the power concentrator is seriously blocked, and the reporting efficiency of the power line power failure event information is seriously affected. In order to avoid the instantaneous network impact on the power concentrator caused by the reporting of the power line outage event information, the following steps a1 to a5 are further adopted in the embodiment to avoid the adverse effect of the instantaneous network impact on the power concentrator. Wherein the steps a1 to a5 are as follows:
step a1, aiming at a plurality of electric meters on each district branch in the electric power system, taking the electric meters with capacitance devices and communication devices on each district branch as key node electric meters of the corresponding district branch;
for example, referring to fig. 1, assuming that electric meters 111 and 112 on the first district branch each have a capacitive device and a communication device, and electric meters 113 and 114 on the first district branch each have no capacitive device and no communication device, electric meters 111 and 112 are taken as key node electric meters on the first district branch;
similarly, assuming that meters 122 and 123 on the second leg each have a capacitive device and a communication device, and meters 121, 124 and 125 on the second leg each have no capacitive device and communication device, meters 122 and 123 are considered critical node meters on the second leg;
assuming that the meter 133 on the third district branch has a capacitance and communication device, and the meters 131 and 132 on the third district branch have no capacitance and communication device, the meter 133 is taken as a key node meter on the third district branch;
step a2, the power concentrator 2 respectively receives and records the power failure event prompt information sent by each key node electricity meter for multiple times, and respectively forms power failure event prompt information historical records aiming at each key node electricity meter;
specifically, referring to fig. 1, the power concentrator receives and records the power outage event prompt information sent by the key node electric meters 111 for multiple times, and forms a power outage event prompt information history record for the key node electric meters 111; likewise, the power concentrator forms a power outage event cue information history for the key node meters 112, forms a power outage event cue information history for the key node meters 122, forms a power outage event cue information history for the key node meters 123, and forms a power outage event cue information history for the key node meters 133;
step a3, the power concentrator 2 screens out the key node electric meters with the maximum correct probability of the sent power failure event prompt information as core node electric meters on the distribution area branch corresponding to the key node electric meters according to the power failure event prompt information historical records corresponding to the key node electric meters, and the power concentrator only receives the power failure event report information of the core node electric meters;
for example, in fig. 1, for two key node meters, namely, a key node meter 111 and a key node meter 112, on a first district branch, if the power concentrator determines that the power failure event prompt message sent by the key node meter 111 has the maximum correct probability, the key node meter 111 is used as a core node meter on the first district branch, so that the power concentrator only receives the core node meter, that is, the power failure event report message of the meter 111;
similarly, for the two key node electricity meters, namely the key node electricity meter 122 and the key node electricity meter 123, on the second district branch, if the power concentrator determines that the power failure event prompt message sent by the key node electricity meter 122 has the maximum correct probability, the key node electricity meter 122 is used as the core node electricity meter on the second district branch, so that the power concentrator only receives the core node electricity meter, namely the power failure event report message of the electricity meter 122;
for the key node electricity meters 133 on the third district branch, the electricity concentrator uses the key node electricity meters 133 as core node electricity meters on the third district branch, so that the electricity concentrator only receives the core node electricity meters, namely the reported information of the power failure events of the electricity meters 133;
step a4, when any district branch in the power system has a power failure, recording the power failure time of the ammeter on the district branch, switching the task of reporting the power failure time of the district branch to the core node ammeter on the district branch, and only allowing the core node ammeter on the corresponding district branch to send power failure event reporting information to the power concentrator;
step a5, the power concentrator sends the information of the power failure event of the corresponding distribution area branch to the power station master station for processing.
Of course, for step a4 in this embodiment, the core node meters on each corresponding zone branch may respectively send the power outage event notification information to the power concentrator according to the preset sending sequence.
In this embodiment, the power office master station may further send the communication information of the power failure event occurring in the corresponding distribution area to each electricity meter user corresponding to the distribution area, so that the electricity meter users can take measures to cope with the power line power failure event that has occurred.
In addition, in order to facilitate the power station staff to accurately locate the power line position where the power failure occurs, in the method for reporting the power system power failure event in this embodiment, the power station master station may determine the power failure section where the power failure event occurs on the distribution room branch according to the power failure event information sent by the power concentrator, so as to inform the power station staff of the obtained power failure section.
In this embodiment, the following steps b1 to b3 are further added to ensure the completeness and reliability of data acquisition for each electric meter, so as to avoid that the power failure event information cannot be reported to the power office master station in time due to a problem occurring in the communication link at the power concentrator. Wherein, the steps b1 to b3 are as follows:
b1, acquiring and storing the accumulated power failure times of the branch of the affiliated distribution area and the power failure events of the last preset times by the core node electric meters on the branches of the distribution areas every day;
step b2, the power concentrator sequentially collects and stores the power failure events of the accumulated power failure times of the corresponding distribution area branches stored by each core node ammeter and the last preset times every day according to a preset collection sequence;
and b3, the power concentrator reports the power failure events of the accumulated power failure times of the branches of each district stored in the step a2 and the last preset times to the master station of the power bureau every day.
Although preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail hereinabove, it should be clearly understood that modifications and variations of the present invention are possible to those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
