Abstract
本发明一种防水连接器,包括定位件及导线端子,定位件包括定位件壳体及插针,定位件壳体内设置有沉孔,插针插接设置在沉孔内,且插针与导线端子连接的一端与定位件壳体的端面齐平或低于定位件壳体的端面,导线端子插接端的横截面呈椭圆形。本发明沉孔的设置,可有效规避生产过程中导线端子短路的问题;圆形插针的设置,便于导线端子的组装;椭圆形导线端子插孔,可有效提高端子插拔力,端子与插针直接插接组装的方式,无需任何技能要求,任何普工、正常工作环境均可进行组装,有效扩大产能,降低行业成本,提升劳动者收入。该组装方式替代目前国内外连接器普遍的焊接方式,能有效的解决传统焊接方式给环境及操作工带来的不良影响。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种连接器,具体涉及一种防水连接器及其组装方式,该组装方式快捷,便于大规模生产。
背景技术
连接器是机电设备、交通运输、储能、医疗、军事等领域设备中常用到的零部件,长久以来连接器导体与导线之间以焊接的方式实现连接,该种焊接方式存在以下问题:1.焊接过程中焊接的毛刺、焊点的大小容易导致绝缘不良;2.焊锡所用的助焊溶剂容易导致对人体伤害、对环境产生影响;3.对焊接工有严格的技术要求,不适应大规模生产;4.人工焊接,产品质量得不到保障。
发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明的目的在于设计提供一种防水连接器及其组装方式。
所述的一种防水连接器,包括定位件及其与定位件连接的导线端子,其特征在于定位件包括定位件壳体及设置在定位件壳体内的插针,定位件壳体内设置有沉孔,所述插针插接设置在沉孔内,且插针与导线端子连接的一端与定位件壳体的端面齐平或低于定位件壳体的端面,所述导线端子插接端的横截面呈椭圆形。
所述的一种防水连接器,其特征在于所述插针与导线端子的连接部为圆形。
所述的一种防水连接器,其特征在于所述沉孔的内径大于插针的外径。
所述的一种防水连接器,其特征在于所述沉孔的深度大于导线端子长度的三分之一。
所述的一种防水连接器,其特征在于所述插针的数量为2-15个。
所述的一种防水连接器的组装方式,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
1)端子冲压:导线以端子为过桥导体进行冲压,冲压后端子与插针的连接端平面为椭圆形,与导线的连接端为内扣式锁紧;
2)端子插接:端子按照导线颜色的排列对应插入定位件插针上,导线端子的顶部插入到沉孔的底部,即完成组装过程。
本发明结构新颖、设计合理、操作简单,沉孔的设置,可有效规避生产过程中导线端子短路的问题;圆形插针的设置,便于导线端子的组装;椭圆形导线端子插孔,可有效提高端子插拔力,端子与插针直接插接组装的方式,无需任何技能要求,任何普工、正常工作环境均可进行组装,有效扩大产能,降低行业成本,提升劳动者收入。该组装方式替代目前国内外连接器普遍的焊接方式,能有效的解决传统焊接方式给环境及操作工带来的不良影响。

具体实施方式
以下结合说明书附图对本发明做进一步详细说明,并给出具体实施方式。
实施例1
如图1-3、6所示,本发明一种防水连接器用插接式沉孔定位件,该定位件为2-9针,包括定位件壳体及设置在定位件壳体内的插针,定位件壳体内对应设置有2-9个沉孔,插针公母一一对应插接设置在沉孔内,且插针与导线端子连接的一端与定位件壳体的端面齐平或低于定位件壳体的端面,导线端子插接端的横截面呈椭圆形。其中,插针与导线的连接部为圆形,为便于插接和限位,沉孔的内径大于插针的外径;为避免生产过程中导线端子短路,将沉孔的深度设置为大于导线端子长度的三分之一。
该防水连接器的组装方式,包括以下步骤:1)端子冲压:导线以端子为过桥导体进行冲压,冲压后端子与插针的连接端平面为椭圆形,与导线的连接端为内扣式锁紧;2)端子插接:端子按照导线颜色的排列对应插入定位件插针上,导线端子的顶部插入到沉孔的底部,即完成组装过程。
实施例2
如图4所示,该实施例中定位件为7-15针,结构与实施例1结构基本相同,不同之处在于定位件壳体与导线端子连接端分两个端面,突出端面为1-3针,该结构设置可有效避免生产过程中导线端子短路现象的发生。组装方式同实施例1。
实施例3
如图5所示,该实施例中定位件为7-15针,结构与实施例1、2结构基本相同,不同之处在于定位件内不同沉孔直径大小及形状不同,该结构设置便于部分沉孔能容纳三线并联,定位件的上下端沉孔方式一致。组装方式同实施例1。
Claims (6)
1.一种防水连接器,包括定位件及其与定位件连接的导线端子,其特征在于定位件包括定位件壳体(1)及设置在定位件壳体(1)内的插针(2),定位件壳体(1)内设置有沉孔(3),所述插针(2)插接设置在沉孔(3)内,且插针(2)与导线端子连接的一端与定位件壳体(1)的端面齐平或低于定位件壳体的端面,所述导线端子插接端的横截面呈椭圆形。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种防水连接器,其特征在于所述插针(2)与导线端子的连接部为圆形。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种防水连接器,其特征在于所述沉孔(3)的内径大于插针(2)的外径。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种防水连接器,其特征在于所述沉孔(3)的深度大于导线端子长度的三分之一。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种防水连接器,其特征在于所述插针(2)的数量为2-15个。
6.权利要求1所述的一种防水连接器的组装方式,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
1)端子冲压:导线以端子为过桥导体进行冲压,冲压后端子与插针的连接端平面为椭圆形,与导线的连接端为内扣式锁紧;
2)端子插接:端子按照导线颜色的排列对应插入定位件插针上,导线端子的顶部插入到沉孔的底部,即完成组装过程。
