Abstract
本发明涉及发动机保护剂技术领域,具体涉及一种用于发动机的中性润滑油,所述用于发动机的中性润滑油,包括以下重量份的物质:基础油75~90重量份、降凝剂0.1~0.5重量份、粘指剂3~8重量份、添加剂8~15重量份、有机钼0.1~0.3重量份、高温抗氧剂0.3~0.8重量份、分散剂0.1~0.5重量份、消泡剂0.001~0.003重量份。本发明通过在基础油中加入抗磨剂有机钼和高温抗氧剂,能够提高合成油的油品黏度,能够使润滑油温度较高的情况下依然能形成完整油膜,减少机油的挥发,从而缓解发动机因机械原因引起的烧机油情况。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及发动机保护剂技术领域,具体涉及一种用于发动机的中性润滑油。
背景技术
在当前润滑油工业取得了很大的发展,特别是随着社会的不断发展和科学技术的不断提高,以及各种新老设备的技术创新,汽车工业的发展更为突出,因此润滑油工业为了使各种机械设备的功效达到更高的设计要求也必须不断的研发,不断的创新,目前因为汽车工业的不断发展,发动机润滑油占据了润滑油一半的市场,因此受到了各润滑油生产企业和科研单位的高度重视,有很多研发成果功效突出,效果理想,但在批量生产后品质下降,其主要原因是追求利益所致。
因此市面上高品质润滑油价格昂贵,而价格理想的润滑油更多的是功效单一,使用效果不理想,换油周期达不到发动机的基本要求。更有一些生产单位为了追求理想的利润,给产品找卖点,而只注重产品的高抗磨,而忽略了润滑油由于挥发造成的机油粘度降低,而给发动机带来损伤。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的主要目的是提供一种用于发动机的中性润滑油,它能够改善发动机因机油粘度降低而对发动机形成的损伤。
本发明的发明人在长期研究过程中发现:车辆因行驶状况恶劣,机油的粘度降低较快、导致机油挥发变快,而产生“烧机油”现象,这就对发动机造成很大的磨损和损伤,车辆动力不足或是发动机噪声大。
为解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种用于发动机的中性润滑油,包括以下重量份的物质:基础油75~90重量份、降凝剂0.1~0.5重量份、粘指剂3~8重量份、添加剂8~15重量份、有机钼0.1~0.3重量份、高温抗氧剂0.3~0.8重量份、分散剂0.1~0.5重量份、消泡剂0.001~0.003重量份。
根据本发明,优选条件下,所述用于发动机的中性润滑油,包括以下重量份的物质:基础油81.24重量份、降凝剂0.3重量份、粘指剂5重量份、添加剂12.6重量份、有机钼0.13重量份、高温抗氧剂0.6重量份、分散剂0.13重量份、消泡剂0.002重量份。
根据本发明,本发明对基础油的种类没有特殊的要求,可以为所述领域技术人员常知的基础油,优选条件下,所述基础油包括合成油PAO 4、脂3970和合成油PAO150中的至少一种。
根据本发明,本发明通过在润滑油中加入有机钼抗磨剂,能够利于在油膜薄的情况下依然能够起到抗磨损效果,形成的油膜起到缓冲的作用和降噪功能,优选条件下,所述有机钼选自MoDDP和/或MoDTC。
根据本发明,降凝剂能够降低润滑油的表观粘度和屈服值冰点,从而达到提高润滑油的低温流动性,有效地细化蜡晶,优选条件下,所述降凝剂为降凝剂1-189。
本发明中通过在润滑油中加入粘指剂,提高润滑油的黏度稳定性,降低发动机温度对润滑油黏度的影响,优选条件下,所述粘指剂为粘指剂SV203。
优选条件下,所述添加剂为添加剂9490。
本发明通过在润滑油中加入高温抗氧剂,能够减少润滑油或发动机在高温条件氧化,一方面减少原材料的损耗,另一方面还能减少发动机内部油泥积碳内的产生量,优选条件下,所述高温抗氧剂选自高温抗氧剂L-135和/或高温抗氧剂L-57。
本发明中,通过在润滑油中加入清净分散剂,能够及时分解形成的油泥积碳,避免油泥积碳的累积,优选条件下,所述清净分散剂为清净分散剂154。
根据本发明,优选条件下,所述消泡剂选自消泡剂2#。
本发明中,所述润滑油的制备方法为:在基础油中加入降凝剂、粘指剂、添加剂、有机钼、高温抗氧剂、分散剂、消泡剂,混合均匀后,即得到用于发动机的中性润滑油。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下技术效果:
本发明通过在基础油中加入抗磨剂有机钼和高温抗氧剂,能够提高合成油的油品黏度,能够使润滑油温度较高的情况下依然能形成完整油膜,减少机油的挥发,从而缓解发动机因机械原因引起的烧机油情况。

Claims (10)
1.一种用于发动机的中性润滑油,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的物质:基础油75~90重量份、降凝剂0.1~0.5重量份、粘指剂3~8重量份、添加剂8~15重量份、有机钼0.1~0.3重量份、高温抗氧剂0.3~0.8重量份、分散剂0.1~0.5重量份、消泡剂0.001~0.003重量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于发动机的中性润滑油,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的物质:基础油81.24重量份、降凝剂0.3重量份、粘指剂5重量份、添加剂12.6重量份、有机钼0.13重量份、高温抗氧剂0.6重量份、分散剂0.13重量份、消泡剂0.002重量份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的用于发动机的中性润滑油,其特征在于,所述基础油包括合成油PAO 4、脂3970和合成油PAO150中的至少一种。
4.根据权利要求2所述的用于发动机的中性润滑油,其特征在于,所述有机钼选自MoDDP和/或MoDTC。
5.根据权利要求2所述的用于发动机的中性润滑油,其特征在于,所述降凝剂为降凝剂1-189。
6.根据权利要求2所述的用于发动机的中性润滑油,其特征在于,所述粘指剂为粘指剂SV203。
7.根据权利要求2所述的用于发动机的中性润滑油,其特征在于,所述添加剂为添加剂9490。
8.根据权利要求2所述的用于发动机的中性润滑油,其特征在于,所述高温抗氧剂选自高温抗氧剂L-135和/或高温抗氧剂L-57。
9.根据权利要求2所述的用于发动机的中性润滑油,其特征在于,所述清净分散剂清净分散剂154。
10.根据权利要求2所述的用于发动机的中性润滑油,其特征在于,所述消泡剂为消泡剂2#。
