本发明提供了一种城市变电器表面涂层,由变电器表面向外依次包括热镀锌层、改性环氧树脂层和反光涂层,其中所述的改性环氧树脂涂层包括以下质量百分比的组分,环氧树脂60‑70%,翼齿六棱菊汁液10‑15%,鱼腥草汁液5‑10%,樟脑油5‑10%,伏都百合汁液1‑5%,氧化铝粉1‑3%,2,2,4‑三甲基‑1.3戊二醇单异丁酸酯1‑2%,其余为交联剂。本发明通过改性环氧树脂涂层的设计,可以通过较低的成本达到变电器防鸟害的效果,并且由于添加剂均为天然组分,对鸟类没有危害,不影响生态环境。

技术领域
本发明涉及变电器防护领域,具体是一种城市变电器表面涂层。
背景技术
随着人们保护自然、保护野生动物意识的增强,鸟类的数量正逐年增长,而且活动范围也越来越大,这无疑是人类保护自然生态所取得的巨大成就。然而,鸟类对城市变电器运行安全的威胁也越来越大。
鸟害主要包括鸟类停留时接触电线导致短路以及鸟类在变电器筑巢从而产生安全隐患两大类。目前变电器防鸟害手段比较单一,比如超声波防鸟、物理结构防鸟、光学防鸟等,由于变电器结构的限制,单一的防鸟害设备功能有限,效果远不如机场和大型变电站使用的驱鸟设备。并且由于城市变电器数量较大,机场运用的防鸟害设备应用于变电器上明显成本过高,不具备实际使用价值。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有技术的问题,提供了一种城市变电器表面涂层,通过改性环氧树脂涂层的设计,可以通过较低的成本达到变电器防鸟害的效果,并且由于添加剂均为天然组分,对鸟类没有危害,不影响生态环境。
本发明提供了一种城市变电器表面涂层,由变电器表面向外依次包括热镀锌层、改性环氧树脂层和反光涂层,其中所述的改性环氧树脂涂层包括以下质量百分比的组分,环氧树脂60-70%,翼齿六棱菊汁液10-15%,鱼腥草汁液5-10%,樟脑油5-10%,伏都百合汁液1-5%,氧化铝粉 1-3%,2,2,4- 三甲基 -1.3戊二醇单异丁酸酯 1-2%,其余为交联剂。
所述的反光涂层上开有均匀分布的气孔,气孔表面积占变电器表面积的0.1-0.5%。
本发明有益效果在于:
1、改性环氧树脂涂层通过鱼腥草汁液、翼齿六棱菊汁液以及伏都百合汁液等天然添加剂,散发出绝大部分鸟类不喜欢的气味,从而达到防止鸟类停留筑巢的效果,并且通过樟脑油的组合,避免了部分添加剂对昆虫的吸引,整体效果优异。
2、反光涂层在白天可以起到一定的防鸟效果,并且通过气孔大小可以控制改性环氧树脂涂层气味散发的时间,通过实验表明在孔表面积占变电器表面积的0.5%时,改性环氧涂层使用一年后散发气体比初始阶段仅减少不到10%,初步估计在一般城市环境中可以持续使用10年以上。

下面对本发明作进一步说明。
本发明提供了一种城市变电器表面涂层,由变电器表面向外依次包括热镀锌层、改性环氧树脂层和反光涂层,其中所述的改性环氧树脂涂层包括以下质量百分比的组分,环氧树脂60-70%,翼齿六棱菊汁液10-15%,鱼腥草汁液5-10%,樟脑油5-10%,伏都百合汁液1-5%,氧化铝粉 1-3%,2,2,4- 三甲基 -1.3戊二醇单异丁酸酯 1-2%,其余为交联剂。
所述的反光涂层上开有均匀分布的气孔,气孔表面积占变电器表面积的0.1-0.5%。
本发明具体应用途径很多,以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以作出若干改进,这些改进也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.一种城市变电器表面涂层,其特征在于:由变电器表面向外依次包括热镀锌层、改性环氧树脂层和反光涂层,其中所述的改性环氧树脂涂层包括以下质量百分比的组分,环氧树脂60-70%,翼齿六棱菊汁液10-15%,鱼腥草汁液5-10%,樟脑油5-10%,伏都百合汁液1-5%,氧化铝粉 1-3%,2,2,4- 三甲基 -1.3戊二醇单异丁酸酯 1-2%,其余为交联剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的城市变电器表面涂层,其特征在于:所述的反光涂层上开有均匀分布的气孔,气孔表面积占变电器表面积的0.1-0.5%。
