Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of water quality purification of aquaculture water, in particular to a membrane filter-containing aquaculture water circulation purification device.
Background
At present, the total culture quantity and consumption of livestock and poultry in China are at the top of the world, the aquaculture yield in China is continuously rising, but the aquaculture in China is at the cost of consuming a large amount of resources and sacrificing environmental benefits, the water pollution is serious, and the economic loss and the environmental pollution caused by the deterioration of water quality are very serious. In order to save water resources and energy, the development direction of aquatic product cultivation is to adopt circulating water for cultivation.
Industrialized culture is generally considered to be an effective way for solving environmental pollution and improving product quality. The breeding enterprises also hope to realize sustainable development by developing industrialized breeding, especially to meet the requirements of global open markets and further reduce the production cost. The existing industrial culture in China basically adopts open flow production and is in the primary stage of industrial culture. The problems of old and crude facilities, immature production process, low production rate, poor production stability, frequent diseases in the culture process, serious pollution to culture production environment, reduced quality of cultured products and the like generally exist. The method is characterized in that the water consumption is too large, the pretreatment of water quality is simple, the yield is difficult to improve, most breeding units do not set post-treatment, and breeding wastewater is directly discharged, thereby causing regional pollution and endangering the lasting survival of enterprises. Therefore, the way of closed circulating water industrial cultivation is taken from the global aspects of environment protection and continuous resource utilization, the current production situation is changed, the uncoordinated relation between cultivation production and environment protection is thoroughly improved, and the best way is to be taken.
The biological aquaculture water circulation purification equipment is an effective technical means for reducing agricultural water pollution, and is an important way for realizing healthy, safe, efficient and environment-friendly sustainable development of the aquaculture industry. However, at present, the technical level of water treatment facilities in the aquaculture industry in China is low, the equipment is simple and crude, most of the water treatment facilities only stay at the stages of simple precipitation, filtration, air floatation and disinfection, no high-efficiency treatment facilities exist, and the circulating water aquaculture cannot be realized.
The circulating water purification equipment establishes an aquatic ecological self-purification capacity system on the basis of the natural water purification principle, and adopts the biochemical filtration technology to control the water quality change, so that the aquaculture sewage is recycled after being treated, the sewage discharge in the aquaculture process is reduced, and the green ecological aquaculture is realized.
