Referring to fig. 1-5, the waste residue and waste material cleaning device for a cutting machine according to the present invention includes a cleaning device bracket 1, on which a motor 2 and a transmission shaft 3 longitudinally arranged along the cleaning device bracket are arranged, the motor being capable of driving the transmission shaft to rotate along an axis thereof; two ends of the transmission shaft are respectively provided with a gear 4 which is used for being meshed with racks 22 arranged on two sides of a workbench 21 of the cutting machine; the left side and the right side of the front end surface of the cleaning device bracket are respectively provided with a telescopic hook 5 which can stretch back and forth, the telescopic hooks are provided with concave grooves 51, and the front end of the cutting machine workbench is provided with a limiting device 23 which is used for blocking the telescopic hooks corresponding to the telescopic hooks; the front side of the cleaning device bracket is provided with an inclined slag scraping plate 6, the left side and the right side of the upper end surface of the slag scraping plate are respectively provided with a fixed hook 7 corresponding to the telescopic hooks, and the two fixed hooks are respectively hung on the two telescopic hooks; the lower end face of the slag scraping plate is provided with a connecting plate 8, and the other end of the connecting plate is rotatably connected to the lower side face of the rear end of the cleaning device bracket.
The left side and the right side of the cleaning device support are respectively provided with a pair of eccentric rollers 9 corresponding to racks arranged on two sides of the workbench of the cutting machine, and the eccentric rollers are fixed after being pressed against the upper end faces of the racks on the two sides of the workbench of the cutting machine. The left and right sides of the upper side of cleaning device support is equipped with an arc roof 10 respectively, both ends are the arc respectively and the centre is the straight line type around the arc roof, two arc ends of arc roof correspond respectively and lie in on cleaning device's the front and back terminal surface. The front end of the lower side of the cutting machine workbench is provided with an end baffle 24, the lower side of the cutting machine workbench is provided with a plurality of middle baffles 25 at intervals, and the end baffle and the middle baffles can rotate relative to the cutting machine workbench respectively. The end baffle plate and the middle baffle plate are connected with the lower side surface of the workbench of the cutting machine through a hinge. Before the cutting machine waste residue and waste material cleaning device is used, the device is arranged below a cutting machine workbench. The gear wheels arranged on two sides of the cleaning device are correspondingly meshed with the racks on two sides of the workbench of the cutting machine, namely, the gear wheels are meshed with teeth on the lower end face of the racks, meanwhile, two pairs of eccentric idler wheels arranged on two sides of the cleaning device are correspondingly pressed on the upper end faces of the racks on two sides of the workbench of the cutting machine, the pressing force of the eccentric idler wheels on the racks is adjusted by rotating the eccentric idler wheels, the eccentric idler wheels are fixed after the adjustment is finished, accordingly, the gear wheels and the racks are effectively meshed, and the tensioning force between the gear wheels and the racks can be adjusted through the eccentric idler wheels.
When the cutting machine waste residue and waste material cleaning device is used, the motor drives the transmission shaft to rotate, the transmission shaft drives gears at two ends to rotate, and the gears rotate to drive the whole cleaning device to move back and forth on two racks fixed at two sides of the cutting machine workbench, so that the whole cleaning device can move back and forth. When the cleaning device moves forwards and backwards, the arc-shaped baffle plates arranged on the two sides of the top of the cleaning device jack up the middle baffle plates on the lower side surface of the corresponding workbench of the cutting machine, so that the cleaning device can conveniently pass through.
When the whole cleaning device is pushed to the front end, the arc-shaped baffle plates arranged on the two sides of the top of the cleaning device jack up the end baffle plate at the forefront end of the workbench of the cutting machine, and meanwhile, the telescopic hook touches the limiting device, and the cleaning device support moves forwards continuously, so that the telescopic hook is pushed backwards, namely, is retracted into the cleaning device support. At the moment, the U-shaped fixed hook on the slag scraping plate is rotationally connected with the cleaning device bracket through the connecting plate at the bottom, so that the U-shaped fixed hook is lifted to the upper end face from the groove of the telescopic hook after the telescopic hook is retracted, and the whole slag scraping plate is driven to lift. The waste residue is pushed into the front waste pit, thereby completing the whole residue pushing action. Similarly, when the whole cleaning device finishes the slag pushing action and returns to the initial position, the whole cleaning device can touch the limiting device at the initial position, the telescopic hook is ejected by the limiting device, and the U-shaped fixed hook falls back into the groove of the telescopic hook from the upper end face of the telescopic hook, so that the whole slag scraping plate falls back to the initial position.
Therefore, the waste residue and waste material cleaning device of the cutting machine adopts the motor to drive the gear to drive the whole cleaning device to reciprocate back and forth on the rack arranged on the workbench of the cutting machine, and when the clamping force between the gear and the rack is regulated through the eccentric roller, the cleaning device pushes away the corresponding end baffle and the middle baffle through the arc baffle arranged on the cleaning device when in the back and forth motion so as to ensure smooth passing of the whole cleaning device, and the slag pushing action of the slag scraping plate is realized through the combined action of the limiting device, the telescopic hook, the fixed hook and the connecting plate, so that manual operation is not needed, the whole process is automatic, the working efficiency is greatly improved while the slag pushing work is effectively ensured, and the labor cost is reduced.
