技术领域
本发明属于医药技术领域，涉及一种治疗食管癌的中药组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
食管癌是常见的消化道肿瘤，全世界每年约有30万人死于食管癌。其发病率和死亡率各国差异很大。我国是世界上食管癌发病率和死亡率最高的国家之一，每年平均病死约15万人。5年生存率在15％-25％。男多于女，发病年龄多在40岁以上。食管癌典型的症状为进行性咽下困难，先是难咽干的食物，继而是半流质食物，最后水和唾液也不能咽下。
现有技术中，治疗食管癌临床上尚无特效的西药，手术和化疗是常用治疗方法，但临床对化疗有效反应率只有19-40％，而且容易产生耐药性，在临床应用过程中，发现西药副作用越来越多，目前尚未发现一种疗效好、见效快的药物。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述技术存在的缺陷，提供一种起效快、疗程短、副作用小、标本兼治的治疗食管癌的中药组合物及其制备方法。
其具体技术方案为：
一种治疗食管癌的中药组合物，包括由下述重量份的原料药：旋复花25-35份、代赭石25-35份、党参10-15份、血竭8-10份、莪术10-15份、元胡10-20份、石见穿10-20份、蜈蚣10-20份、当归10-12份、生地10-15份、石斛10-15份、天花粉10-15份、三七8-10份、威灵仙10-15份、僵蚕10-15份、半夏10-12份、茯苓10-20份、柴胡5-10份、白术5-10份、细辛5-9份、鹅不食草10-15份、猪牙皂角8-10份、白芥子5-9份、甘草8-10份、黄连10-15份。

其中，旋复花的功效：消痰行水，降气止呕；代赭石的功效:降气止呕定喘，凉血止血，平抑肝阳；党参的功效：补中，益气，生津；血竭的功效为散瘀定痛，止血生肌；莪术的功效为：行气，破血，消积，止痛；元胡，性温、味辛、苦，入心、肝、脾经，有活血、行气、止痛之功效，其止痛作用显著，作用部位广泛，且持久而无毒性，是一味比较优良的止痛药；石见穿的功效为：清热解毒，活血镇痛；蜈蚣的功效为：祛风定惊，攻毒散结；当归有补血活血，润肠通便的功效；生地有凉血清热、滋阴补肾、生津止渴之功效；石斛的功效为:生津益胃，清热养阴；天花粉的功效为：清热生津，消肿排脓；三七用于止血，散瘀，消肿，定痛；威灵仙用于祛风湿，通经络，消痰涎，散癖积；僵蚕用于祛风定惊，化痰散结；半夏用于散瘀止痛；解毒消肿；茯苓用于利水渗湿，健脾宁心；柴胡苦平、归经、入肝、胆经.功能:发表、退热、疏肝、解郁；白术性味苦、甘、温，无毒，归脾、胃经，具有补气健脾、燥湿利水、止汗的功效；细辛的功效为：祛风，散寒，行水，开窍；鹅不食草有祛风、散寒、胜湿、去翳的功效；猪牙皂的功效与作用为祛痰开窍，散结消肿；白芥子利气豁痰，温中散寒，通络止痛；甘草用于补脾益气，清热解毒，祛痰止咳，缓急止痛，调和诸药；黄连用于泻火，燥湿，解毒。

本发明所述治疗食管癌的中药组合物的剂型是颗粒剂、片剂、散剂、丸剂、胶囊剂、滴丸剂、糖浆剂、合剂中的任何一种。
一种本发明治疗食管癌的中药组合物的制备方法，按照本发明所述重量份称取各个原料药混合，粉碎成粉，加入适当辅料，按常规工艺制成颗粒剂、片剂、散剂、丸剂、胶囊剂、滴丸剂、糖浆剂、合剂等口服制剂。
